Program Description

These General Terms and Conditions of the Program ("General Terms and Conditions of the Program") constitute the terms and conditions applicable to Customers participating in the D-Bank PRO Hobbystation Fest 2026 QRIS Cashback Program ("Program") organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon").

Customers hereby agree to and are bound by all the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period

The program runs from 18 to 19 April 2026

Participant Criteria

Customers eligible to participate in this Program are those who meet the following criteria:

  1. Customers who have a Danamon savings account and/or a Danamon Credit Card along with an active Savings Account during the Program Period;
  2. Customers who own and are registered on the D-Bank PRO application with the latest version;
    Hereinafter referred to as (“Customers”).

General Terms and Conditions of the Program

  1. Before participating in the Program, Customers must read, understand and be fully aware of the characteristics, benefits, risks, costs and other terms and conditions of the Program, and agree to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Customer's participation in this Program if the Customer fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. The Customer is fully responsible for any risks of loss, claims, lawsuits, and/or claims arising from the Customer's participation in and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. The Customer must carry out payment transactions using QRIS D-Bank PRO with funds sourced from a Debit Card ("QRIS Debit") and/or with funds sourced from a Credit Card ("QRIS Credit Card") via the D-Bank PRO app ("Transaction").
  5. Customers who carry out Transactions in accordance with the provisions set out in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program during the Program Period are entitled to a Cashback reward ("Reward") of 100%, up to a maximum of Rp 25,000 (twenty-five thousand rupiah), with a minimum transaction value of Rp 25,000 (twenty-five thousand rupiah).
  6. The Program is valid at all Hobbystation Fest 2026 merchants.
  7. Each Customer's CIF is entitled to only 1 (one) Cashback Reward per merchant during the Program Period.
  8. The Program quota is 700 (seven hundred) transactions during the Program Period ("Quota").
  9. The Customer understands and agrees that if the Cashback Quota is exhausted before the end of the Program Period, the Customer will not receive a Cashback.
  10. The Customer will not receive a Reward if the Transaction does not comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  11. By making Transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Such Transactions constitute valid proof of the Customer's participation in the Program and the Customer's agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

Cashback Disbursement

  1. Cashback Prizes will be credited to the Customer’s savings account no later than 7 (seven) working days after the transaction is made. If the Customer does not have a Danamon savings account, the Customer will not receive the Cashback Prize for the transaction carried out.
  2. Participation of Customers in this Program is free of charge.
  3. Customers understand and agree that in the event the Program Quota has run out before the Program Period ends, the Customer will not receive the Cashback Prize.

Customer Complaints

  1. Customers may submit complaints regarding banking products or services either verbally or in writing via their nearest Bank Danamon branch, Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id, which is available 24 hours a day.
  2. The procedure regarding the customer complaints service can be accessed via the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Other Term and Conditions

  1. The products and/or services from Merchant Hobbystation Fest 2026 are not products nor the responsibility of Danamon, and therefore are entirely the responsibility of Merchant Hobbystation Fest 2026. If there are any issues and/or complaints related to these products, services, and/or Programs, please contact the person in charge at Merchant Hobbystation Fest 2026.
  2. Other terms and conditions related to products, services, and/or transactions, as long as they are not regulated differently in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, shall remain valid and binding on Customers and form an inseparable part thereof.
  3. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program are an inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions of Accounts and Services of Danamon” and the “General Terms and Conditions of D-Danamon PRO.” These terms and conditions remain valid unless otherwise regulated in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  4. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Danamon has the right to amend/modify/supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified through communication channels available at Danamon. In the event of changes to benefits, risks, fees, terms, and conditions under these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer has the right to submit objections in writing to Danamon within 30 (thirty) business days from the date the changes are notified by Danamon through its communication channels. The Customer agrees that they are deemed to have accepted such changes if no objection is submitted within that period. If the Customer does not agree to the changes, they have the right to cancel their participation in the Program after first settling all obligations to Danamon (if any). The Customer declares that there are no and will not be any transactions indicated as money laundering and/or other transactions prohibited under applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia
  5. The Customer agrees that Danamon has the right to cancel the granting of Cashback under this Program if the Customer does not fulfill the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  6. The Customer declares that there are no and will not be any transactions indicated as money laundering and/or other transactions prohibited under applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  7. If there are indications of fraud, irregularities and/or deviations in transactions, unusual transactions, money laundering, and/or actions not in accordance with laws and regulations, Danamon has the right to cancel transactions, cancel Program participation, or cancel Cashback granting to the relevant Customer. The Customer remains obliged to settle all obligations to Danamon.
  8. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program have been adjusted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including regulations of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Danamon Indonesia (BI), and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).

Reminder

Customers are advised to be wary of scams perpetrated by individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon who promise cashback in any form. Any scams or other criminal acts committed by third parties in connection with or on behalf of the Program are beyond the control of Bank Danamon.
