Program Description

These General Terms and Conditions of the Program (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) constitute the terms and conditions applicable to Customers participating in the D-Bank PRO Main Campaign Biller Program (“Program”) organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”).

The Customer hereby agrees and is bound by all the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period

The Program Period is divided into a transaction period and a prize claim period as follows:

  1. Transaction Period:
    1. April : 15 – 30 April 2026
    2. May : 15 – 31 May 2026
    3. June : 15 – 30 June 2026
    (“Transaction Period”).
  2. Periode Klaim Hadiah:
    1. April Transaction : 11 May 2026
    2. May Transaction : 10 June 2026
    3. June Transaction : 10 July 2026
    (“Prize Claim Period”).

Participant Criteria

Customers eligible to participate in this Program are those who meet the following criteria:

  1. Customers who hold a Danamon savings account and/or a Danamon credit card, along with an active savings account throughout the Program Period;
  2. Customers who have and are registered on the latest version of the D-Bank PRO app; and

hereinafter referred to as (“Customers”).

Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Customers are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Customer’s participation in this Program if the Customer fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. The Customer is fully responsible for any risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims arising from the Customer’s participation in and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. To participate in this Program, the Customer must carry out a Top-Up transaction (namely: Prepaid TV, Game Vouchers, Prepaid Electricity, Streaming Vouchers, Telkom/Indihome, Mobile Top-Up, Data Packages and Postpaid) or a biller payment transaction (namely: Postpaid Electricity payments, Airline Tickets, Water Bills, e -Mandate, Property Tax, Insurance Premiums, Credit Card Payments, TV/Internet Subscriptions, Loans, Education, and Zakat and Infak), or Telco transactions (namely: Telkom/Indihome, Mobile Top-ups, Data Packages, and Postpaid) a minimum of 3 (three) times each month during the Transaction Period (“Transactions”).
  5. Customers eligible to claim the Prize during this Prize Claim Period are those selected based on Transactions validated by Bank Danamon and invited via official channels—namely email and/or WhatsApp—to the email address and mobile number registered with Bank Danamon (“Invited Customers”).
  6. Nasabah Terundang dapat melakukan klaim gratis hadiah sebagai berikut:
    • A fuel voucher worth IDR 1,000,000 (one million rupiah), or
    • a PLN transaction cashback voucher worth IDR 1,000,000 (one million rupiah), or
    • an E-Wallet transaction cashback voucher worth IDR 1,000,000 (one million rupiah).
    (“Prize”).
  7. Each CIF is entitled to a maximum of one prize during the Program Period.
  8. The quota during the Prize Claim Period is as follows:

    Juni 10 Juli 2026 Voucher cashback 100% (seratus persen) transaksi top up E-Wallet hingga Rp 1.000.000 (satu juta Rupiah) 100 voucher
    (“Program Quota”).
  9. By carrying out transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions. Any transactions carried out by the Customer shall constitute valid proof of the Customer’s participation in the Program and of the Customer’s agreement to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions.

Prize Claim Mechanism

  1. Customers may claim their Prize via D-Bank PRO on the specified date and time, which will be communicated through official channels via email and/or WhatsApp to the email address and mobile phone number registered with Bank Danamon.
  2. The first customers, subject to the Program quota, will receive their Prize once they have been successfully verified as customers.
  3. Participation in this Program is free of charge.
  4. Customers understand and agree that if the Program Quota is exhausted before the Program Period ends, they will not receive a Prize.

Prize Usage Mechanism

  1. Prizes will be sent via email and/or to the customer’s telephone number registered in the Bank’s system.
  2. Fuel vouchers can be used on the MyPertamina app in accordance with the voucher’s validity period, which will be stated in the email and/or text message sent.
  3. Prizes in the form of 100% (one hundred per cent) cashback vouchers for prepaid/postpaid PLN purchases and E-Wallet top-ups up to IDR 1,000,000 (one million Rupiah) can be used by transacting directly via D-Bank PRO, subject to the following conditions:

Customer Complaints

  1. Customers may submit complaints regarding banking products or services either verbally or in writing via their nearest Bank Danamon branch, Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id, which is available 24 hours a day.
  2. The procedure regarding the customer complaints service can be accessed via the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Other Term and Conditions

  1. Products and/or services provided by BBM, PLN and E-Wallet are not the products or responsibility of Bank Danamon and are therefore entirely the responsibility of the respective merchant partners. Should you encounter any issues and/or have any complaints regarding these products, services and/or the Programme, please contact the relevant representatives of BBM, PLN and E-Wallet.
  2. Other terms and conditions relating to products, services and/or banking transactions, insofar as not otherwise provided for in the General Terms and Conditions of this Programme, remain in full force and effect and are binding on the Customer, forming an integral and inseparable part of this Program.
  3. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program form an integral and inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions of Bank Danamon Accounts and Banking Services” and the “General Terms and Conditions of D-Bank PRO”. Such terms and conditions remain in force unless otherwise provided for in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  4. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon is entitled to amend, modify or supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Programme from time to time. Any amendments, additions or updates to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified via the communication channels available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions under these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer is entitled to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date such changes are notified by Bank Danamon via Bank Danamon’s communication channels. The Customer agrees that the Customer shall be deemed to have consented to such changes if the Customer does not raise an objection within the aforementioned period. Should the Customer not consent to such changes, the Customer is entitled to cancel their participation in the Program provided that the Customer first settles all outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon (if any). The Customer declares that there are no, and will be no, transactions indicating money laundering offences and/or other transactions prohibited under the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
  5. The Customer agrees that Bank Danamon is entitled to cancel the provision of Special Ticket Prices under this Program if the Customer fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  6. The Customer declares that there are no, and will be no, transactions suspected of money laundering offences and/or other transactions prohibited under the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
  7. Should there be any indication of fraud, misconduct and/or irregular transactions, unusual transactions, money laundering offences and/or actions inconsistent with the law, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, cancel participation in the Program, or cancel the award of the Prize to the Customer concerned. Customers remain obliged to settle all outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon.
  8. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been aligned with applicable laws and regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI), and is a participant in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) scheme.

Notice

Customers are advised to be wary of scams perpetrated by individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon who promise prizes of any kind. Any scams or other criminal acts committed by third parties in connection with or on behalf of the Program are beyond the control of Bank Danamon.
