Program Description

The General Terms and Conditions of the Approved & Get Danamon PayLight Card Program (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) is a program from PT Bank Danamon Indonesia TBK (“Bank Danamon”) for New Danamon PayLight Cardholders (“Cardholders”) to obtain Grab Food e-Vouchers in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”).

Program Participants hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period

The program is implemented during the period from 1 April 2026 to 28 February 2027 ("Program Period").

Program Participant Criteria

This program is only open to Program Participants who meet the following criteria:

  1. New customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank") who apply for and are approved to have a Danamon PayLight Card through D-Bank PRO ("Program Participants").

General Terms and Conditions of the Program

  1. Cardholders are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Program Participant's participation in this Program if the Program Participant does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Cardholders are fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with the participation and/or cancellation of Program Participants in this Program.
  4. Applies to Cardholders who apply for a Danamon PayLight Card through D-Bank RO.
  5. Cardholders are required to accumulate a minimum of IDR 250,000 (two hundred and fifty thousand rupiah) in retail transactions after the card is approved by Danamon ("Transaction Period"), in accordance with the illustration of the Transaction Period in the following table:

  6. The reward is in the form of a Grab Food e-Voucher worth IDR 25,000 (twenty five thousand rupiah) , which will be sent directly to the Cardholder's Grab account.
  7. With the approval and issuance of the card to the Cardholder during the Program Period, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be subject to the Program's General Terms and Conditions. The approval and issuance of the card to the Cardholder and the transactions made by the Cardholder constitute valid proof of the Cardholder's participation in the Program and the Cardholder's agreement to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

Program Participant Complaints

  1. Program participants may submit complaints regarding banking products/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. The complaint service procedure can be accessed via the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. General Terms and Conditions This program is an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk and the General Terms and Conditions for Danamon Credit Card Membership. These terms and conditions remain valid unless otherwise stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this program.
  2. The products, services and/or benefits provided by JCB are the responsibility of JCB, and are not the products and responsibility of Danamon. If there are any problems and/or complaints regarding these products, services and/or benefits, please contact JCB.
  3. Program Participants hereby agree and acknowledge that Danamon reserves the right to amend/change/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Danamon. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, Program Participants have the right to submit their objections in writing to Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of such changes by Danamon through the communication media. Program Participants agree that Program Participants are deemed to have agreed to the changes if they do not submit an objection within the specified period. If Program Participants do not agree to the changes, they have the right to cancel their participation in the Program after first fulfilling all of their obligations to Danamon (if any).
  4. Program Participants declare that there are no and will be no transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the laws and regulations applicable in Indonesia.
  5. If there are indications of fraud, cheating, abuse, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering and/or actions that do not comply with laws and regulations, Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of Danamon products/services, cancel participation in the Program, or cancel the benefits of the Program for the Program Participant concerned. The Program Participant is still obliged to settle all their obligations to Danamon (if any).
  6. If any irregularities related to this Program are found or if fraud is suspected, Program Participants are advised to immediately inform Hello Danamon.
  7. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority.
  8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Warning

Program participants must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals acting on behalf of Danamon by promising prizes of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or acting on behalf of the Program are beyond Danamon's authority.
