Program Description

Get a Complimentary Grab Dine Out vouchers with Danamon Mastercard® Credit Card Program General Terms and Conditions ("Program General Terms and Conditions"). These are the Terms and Conditions applicable to customers participating in Get a Complimentary Grab Dine Out vouchers with Danamon Mastercard® Credit Card Program ("Program") organized by Mastercard® Indonesia ("Mastercard").

Program Participants hereby agree and are bound by all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period

The Program is valid from 15 December 2025-30 June 2026 ("Program Period").

Participant Criteria

This program is valid for Danamon Customers who have and transact with Danamon Mastercard® Classic Credit Cards, Danamon Mastercard® Gold Credit Card, Danamon Mastercard® Platinum Credit Card, Danamon Mastercard® World Credit Card, and Danamon Mastercard® World Elite Credit Card ("Program Participants").

Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Program Participants are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel the Program Participant's participation in this Program if the Program Participant does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. The Program Participant is solely responsible for any risk of loss, legal action, lawsuit, and/or claim in connection with the Program Participant's participation and/or cancellation of participation in the Program.
  4. Program Participant can redeem the following complimentary voucher:
    1. Singapore: Get SGD 6 Grab Dine Out voucher with minimum spend of SGD 36.
    2. Malaysia: Get MYR 8 Grab Dine Out voucher with minimum spend of MYR 50.
    3. Thailand: Get THB 50 Grab Dine Out voucher with minimum spend of THB 300.
  5. How to redeem complimentary dine out voucher:
    1. Make a purchase order in Grab Application under Dine Out section.
    2. Upon checkout, click "Offers" and key in promo code “MCDINEOUT”.
    3. Ensure that the payment method is using Danamon Mastercard® Credit Card that is saved on Grab application to enjoy the offer.
    4. Place the order in Grab application.
  6. The program is valid under the following conditions:
    1. Program Participant can only redeem this offer once per month.
    2. A successful redemption is only made upon checkout.
    3. This promotion is valid on the latest Grab app version only.
    4. This voucher is applicable for use on a single dine out transaction in Singapore, Malaysia, or Thailand only.
    5. Any outstanding balance after deducting the face value of the voucher must be paid in full using an eligible Danamon Mastercard® Credit Card.
    6. This voucher does not apply to surcharges and platform fees.
    7. This voucher cannot be stacked with other promotions unless otherwise indicated.
    8. This voucher must be fully utilized, and any unutilized amount will be forfeited.
    9. This voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable, and only valid until the date of expiry.
    10. This promotional program is valid subject to availability.
    11. The Grab Dine Out voucher shall be applied instantly upon entering the promo code on the Grab App.

  7. Mastercard® reserves the right to cancel the Cardholder's participation and/or rewards if the Cardholder does not meet or violates the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  8. Mastercard® reserves all rights in connection with this Promotion, including the right to amend or interpret the Terms and Conditions, change the list of participating partners, and terminate, suspend or suspend the Promotion in its sole discretion without prior notice.
  9. Other terms and conditions related to the card and Danamon's products and/or services, as long as they are not regulated differently in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program are declared to remain valid and binding on the Cardholder and become an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  10. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership. These terms and conditions remain in effect as long as they are not otherwise provided for in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  11. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Danamon reserves the right to correct/amend/complete the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Danamon. In the event of a change in benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Cardholder has the right to express his/her objection in writing to Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of the change made by Danamon through Danamon's communication media. The Cardholder agrees that the Cardholder is deemed to have agreed to such changes in the event that the Cardholder does not raise any objections within such timeframe. If the Cardholder does not agree to the change, the Cardholder has the right to cancel the Program membership by first completing all of the Cardholder's obligations to Danamon (if any).
  12. The Cardholder declares that there are no and will not be transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  13. If there is a report of any indication of fraud, violations and/or irregularities in transactions, Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, cancel participation in the Program, or award prizes to the Cardholder concerned.
  14. Cardholders can submit complaints about banking products/services orally or in writing through the nearest Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Banking Accounts and Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk and the General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership, General Terms and Conditions of Credit Card Membership, such Terms and Conditions remain valid as long as they are not otherwise regulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  2. The Program Participant hereby agrees and acknowledges that the Danamon reserves the right to correct/amend/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. If the Program Participant does not agree to the change, the Program Participant has the right to cancel the Program participation by first completing all Program Participant's obligations to the Danamon (if any).
  3. The Program Participant declares that there is no and will not be any transaction that indicates money laundering and/or other transactions that are not allowed under the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  4. If there is an indication of fraud, violation, abuse, transaction irregularities, improper transactions, money laundering and/or actions that are not in accordance with laws and regulations, the Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction, stop the use of the Danamon's products/services, cancel participation in the Program, or cancel the provision of Program benefits to the relevant Program Participant. Program Participants are still obliged to pay off all their obligations to the Danamon (if any).
  5. If irregularities are found related to this Program or if it is felt that fraud has occurred, Program Participants are advised to immediately inform Hello Danamon.
  6. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
  7. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a guarantee participant from the Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Warning
