Program Description

These General Terms and Conditions of the Visa Epic Dining Experience for Danamon Visa Infinite Card (“Program Terms and Conditions”) apply to customers participating in the Visa Epic Dining Experience for Danamon Visa Infinite Card (“Program”) organized by Visa Indonesia (“Visa”).

By participating in the Program, participants agree to and are bound by all provisions stated in the Program Terms and Conditions as follows:

Program Period

The Program is valid from 1 October 2025 to 31 March 2026 (“Program Period”).

Participant Criteria

Eligible participants:

  1. This Program applies to Danamon Bank customers who hold a Danamon Visa Infinite Credit Card (“Card”),
  2. The Card must be active, have no outstanding payments, and not be blocked.
  3. The Program also applies to Danamon Bank employees.

Hereinafter referred to as “Program Participants”.

General Terms and Conditions of the Program

  1. Program Participants must read and understand the Program Terms and Conditions.
  2. The Bank reserves the right to reject or cancel a participant’s involvement in the Program if they do not meet the Program Terms and Conditions.
  3. Program Participants are fully responsible for any risks, losses, claims, lawsuits, and/or demands related to their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. The Program offers a 20% discount with a maximum benefit of IDR 500,000
  5. Minimum transaction of IDR 1,500,000 is required.

  7. Visa reserves the right to cancel a Cardholder’s participation and/or reward if the Cardholder fails to comply with the Program Terms and Conditions.
  8. Other terms and conditions related to the card or products and/or services of Bank Danamon, as long as not regulated differently in these Program Terms and Conditions, remain valid and binding on the Cardholder and form an integral part of the Program Terms and Conditions.
  9. These Program Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership. These terms and conditions remain valid unless otherwise regulated in these Program Terms and Conditions.
  10. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to revise/amend/supplement these Program Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to these Program Terms and Conditions will be notified through communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to benefits, risks, fees, terms and conditions under these Program Terms and Conditions, the Cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) business days from the date of notification by Bank Danamon through its communication media. The Cardholder agrees that they are deemed to have accepted the changes if no objection is submitted within that period. If the Cardholder does not agree to the changes, they have the right to cancel their participation in the Program after settling all obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  11. The Cardholder declares that there are no and will not be any transactions suspected of money laundering and/or other transactions prohibited under the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
  12. If there is a report of suspected fraud, misconduct, and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, cancel Program participation, and/or revoke rewards granted to the Cardholder.
  13. The Cardholder may submit complaints regarding banking products/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  14. Complaint handling procedures can be accessed via the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.
  15. These Program Terms and Conditions have been adjusted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including regulations of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
  16. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Program Participant Complaints

  1. Program Participants may submit complaints regarding banking products/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank branch or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. Procedures regarding complaint services can be accessed via the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program constitute an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk and the General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership. These terms and conditions remain valid unless otherwise regulated in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Program Participants hereby agree and acknowledge that the Bank reserves the right to revise/amend/supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified through communication media available at the Bank. In the event of changes to benefits, risks, fees, terms and conditions under these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, Program Participants have the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) business days from the date of notification by the Bank through its communication media. Program Participants agree that they are deemed to have accepted the changes if no objection is submitted within that period. If Program Participants do not agree to the changes, they have the right to cancel their participation in the Program after settling all obligations to the Bank (if any).
  3. Program Participants declare that there are no and will not be any transactions suspected of money laundering and/or other transactions prohibited under the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
  4. If there are indications of fraud, misconduct, misuse, irregular transactions, unusual transactions, money laundering, and/or actions that do not comply with applicable laws and regulations, the Bank reserves the right to cancel transactions, terminate the use of Bank products/services, cancel Program participation, or revoke Program benefits granted to the relevant Program Participant. Program Participants remain obligated to settle all obligations to the Bank (if any).
  5. If any irregularities related to this Program are found or if fraud is suspected, Program Participants are advised to immediately report to Hello Danamon.
  6. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program have been adjusted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including regulations of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
  7. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Warning

Program participants must be wary of fraud committed by individuals claiming to represent the Bank by promising prizes in any form. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by third parties associated with or claiming to represent the Program are beyond the Bank's jurisdiction.
