Program Description

Tap-to-Ride in China with Danamon American Express Credit and Charge Card Program General Terms and Conditions ("Program General Terms and Conditions"). These are the terms and conditions applicable to customers participating in Tap-to-Ride in China with Danamon American Express Credit and Charge Card Program ("Program") organized by American Express ("American Express").

Program Participants hereby agree and are bound by all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period

The Program is valid from 1 January - 31 December 2026 ("Program Period").

Participant Criteria

This program is valid for Danamon customers who have and transact using Danamon Credit and Charge Cards with American Express logo ("Program Participants").

Participant Criteria

  1. Program Participants are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel the Program Participant's participation in this Program if the Program Participant does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. The Program Participant is solely responsible for any risk of loss, claim, lawsuit, and/or claim in connection with the Program Participant's participation and/or cancellation of participation in the Program.
  4. Promotion coverage:
    1. For Beijing transit: All Beijing subway lines (including two airport lines, Xijiao Line, Yizhuang T1 Line, as well as suburban Railway Line S2).
    2. For Guangzhou transit: All station faregates at Guangzhou Metro marked with the American Express logo.
  5. The program is valid with the following conditions:
    1. The promotion is valid when Program Participant tap their Danamon American Express Credit and Charge Card for a single subway ride in Beijing or Guangzhou
    2. The promotion does not include contactless payment scenarios at automated ticket vending machines at subway concourses, POS terminals, and ticket vending machines at service counters
    3. The transaction date, time, payment method, and accounting method are subject to the records in Subway's payment processing system.
    4. The actual deduction time recorded by Subway's payment processing system will be used as the basis for promotional eligibility.
    5. If a "qualified transaction" is refunded or canceled, the actual amount paid by Program Participant will be refunded proportionally to the original payment card.
    6. The promotion that is being refunded or cancelled for the original transaction will be considered as used and will not be refunded to the Program Participant.
    7. When requesting a refund or transaction cancellation, if the promotion was not applied to the original transaction, the offering will not be granted afterward.
    8. If Program Participant fail to make the first payment due to card status issues subsequent supplemental payments or transactions will not be eligible for the promotion.
    9. No compensation will be provided for failed transactions or missed offering due to inactivated card functions or abnormal card status.
    10. The promotion will end once the quota is exhausted.
    11. The promotion can only be used twice per Danamon American Express Credit or Charge Card per day for Beijing transit.
  6. American Express reserves the right to cancel the Cardholder's participation and/or rewards if the Cardholder does not meet or violates the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

  8. American Express reserves all rights in connection with this Promotion, including the right to amend or interpret the Terms and Conditions, change the list of participating partners, and terminate, suspend or suspend the Promotion in its sole discretion without prior notice.
  9. Other terms and conditions related to the card and Danamon's products and/or services, as long as they are not regulated differently in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program are declared to remain valid and binding on the Cardholder and become an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  10. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Danamon American Express Credit and Charge Card Membership. These terms and conditions remain in effect as long as they are not otherwise provided for in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  11. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Danamon reserves the right to correct/amend/complete the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Danamon. In the event of a change in benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Cardholder has the right to express his/her objection in writing to Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of the change made by Danamon through Danamon's communication media. The Cardholder agrees that the Cardholder is deemed to have agreed to such changes in the event that the Cardholder does not raise any objections within such timeframe. If the Cardholder does not agree to the change, the Cardholder has the right to cancel the Program membership by first completing all of the Cardholder's obligations to Danamon (if any).
  12. The Cardholder declares that there are no and will not be transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  13. If there is a report of any indication of fraud, violations and/or irregularities in transactions, Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, cancel participation in the Program, or award prizes to the Cardholder concerned.
  14. Cardholders can submit complaints about banking products/services orally or in writing through the nearest Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Banking Accounts and Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk and the General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit and Charge Card American Express Membership, General Terms and Conditions of Credit and Charge Card Membership, such Terms and Conditions remain valid as long as they are not otherwise regulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  2. The Program Participant hereby agrees and acknowledges that the Danamon reserves the right to correct/amend/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time.   3. The Program Participant declares that there is no and will not be any transaction that indicates money laundering and/or other transactions that are not allowed under the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  4. If there is an indication of fraud, violation, abuse, transaction irregularities, improper transactions, money laundering and/or actions that are not in accordance with laws and regulations, the Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction, stop the use of the Danamon's products/services, cancel participation in the Program, or cancel the provision of Program benefits to the relevant Program Participant. Program Participants are still obliged to pay off all their obligations to the Danamon (if any).
  5. If irregularities are found related to this Program or if it is felt that fraud has occurred, Program Participants are advised to immediately inform Hello Danamon.
  6. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
  7. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a guarantee participant from the Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Warning

Program Participants should beware of fraud committed by individuals on behalf of the Danamon by promising rewards of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal act committed by other parties/third parties related to or on behalf of the Program is beyond the Danamon's authority.
