Program Description

The General Terms and Conditions of the Danamon Group Program - Iphone dan Samsung Exhibition (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) are the terms and conditions that apply to Customers participating in the Danamon Group Program - Iphone dan Samsung Exhibition (“Program”) organized by PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank”) collaborating with PT Home Credit Indonesia ("Partner").

The Customer hereby agrees to and binds themselves to all provisions under the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period

The program is valid from 2 – 13 March 2026 (“Program Period”).

Customer Criteria

This program is applicable to Danamon’s individual customers who come to the Bank's branch locations below during the Program event within the Program Period (”Danamon Group Program - Iphone dan Samsung Exhibition”):

General Terms and Conditions of the Program

  1. Customers must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Customer's participation in this Program if the Customer does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Customers are fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. Customers are required to:
    1. Have an active savings account with the Bank (individual account):
    2. Open saving account at a Danamon’s branch (if the Customer does not yet have an active account with the Bank);
    3. Purchase one of the following iPhone Series or Samsung Series products ("Product") at a Danamon branch during Danamon Group – iPhone and Samsung Exhibition Event with financing provided by Partner via My Home Credit application.

    4. Register/bind Danamon Direct Debit (recurring) as the payment source for installments on iPhone and Samsung Series product purchases as per point c, using your Danamon savings account number in the Partner's My Home Credit application. For Danamon LEBIH PRO Savings, debits will be made from your rupiah currency account.
  5. Upon purchasing the Product in accordance with the provisions of point 4 above, Customers who meet the credit analysis criteria (credit underwriting) applicable at the Partner will receive financing from the Partner with the following details:

    Tenor

    14 months (12+2)

    Customers will receive special interest rates with a 14-month tenor. If customers always make their installment payments on time, they will only need to pay for 12 (twelve) months of the 14-month tenor.

    Admin Fee

    IDR 0

    Customers are exempt from administrative fees when making purchases at Danamon branches as stipulated in these General Terms and Conditions.

    Monthly Fee

    IDR 0

    Customers are exempt from monthly fees when making monthly installment payments as stipulated in these General Terms and Conditions.

    hereinafter referred to as ("Partner Financing Promotion"). Other provisions such as insurance and other costs follow the provisions of the Partner.

  6. By conducting transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be subject to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program. Such transactions constitute valid evidence of the Customer's participation in the Program and agreement to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  7. There is no charge for the Customer's participation in this Program.

Program Illustration

Program Illustration Example:

  1. Flow Illustration of Program 1 (Illustration: Customer already has a Danamon account, receives Partner Financing Promotion, makes instalment payments on time)
    1. Customer A intends to purchase a Samsung S25 Ultra using Partner Financing at the BDI Surabaya Gubernur Suryo branch for IDR 15,000,000 on 6 March 2026.
    2. Customer A already has a Danamon Lebih PRO account and is willing to register/bind Danamon Direct Debit, so the Customer is entitled to apply for Financing from Partner with the Partner Financing Promotion.
    3. If Customer A meets the financing analysis criteria applicable at the Partner(Partner credit underwriting), the Partner financing contract in the My Home Credit application will be approved and formed with the applicable Partner Financing Promotion.
    4. Based on the analysis conducted by the Partner on Customer A's profile, the interest rate on Customer A's installments is 1.19%.
    5. The administration fee for the Partner financing that must be paid by Customer A is IDR 0.
    6. Customer A is then directed to bind Danamon Direct Debit to the Samsung S25 Ultra purchase financing contract on the My Home Credit application.
    7. In April 2026, Customer A made the first installment payment of IDR 1,250,000 and will be automatically exempt from monthly fees thereafter through the previously linked Danamon direct debit, provided the account balance is sufficient.
    8. Customer A made timely installments every month, so they only needed to make installments of IDR 1,250,000 for 12 months.
  2. Flow Illustration of Program 2 (Illustration: Customer does not yet have a Danamon account, receives Partner Financing Promotion, makes installment payments on time)
    1. Customer B intends to purchase a Samsung Galaxy ZFold7 using Mitra financing at the BDI Surabaya Gubernur Suryo branch for IDR 15,000,000 on 2 March 2026.
    2. Customer B does not yet have a Danamon account, so Customer B is directed to open an account at a Danamon branch. Once the account has been created and Customer B is willing to register/bind Danamon Direct Debit, the Customer is entitled to apply for financing from the Partner with the Partner Financing Promotion.
    3. If Customer B meets the financing analysis criteria applicable at the Partner (Partner's credit underwriting), the Partner financing contract in the My Home Credit application will be approved and formed with the applicable Partner Financing Promotion.
    4. Based on the Partner's analysis of Customer B's profile, the interest rate on Customer B's installments is 0%.
    5. The administration fee for the Partner's financing that must be paid by Customer B is IDR 0.
    6. Customer B is then directed to bind Danamon Direct Debit to the financing contract for the purchase of the Samsung Galaxy ZFold7 on the My Home Credit application.
    7. In April 2026, Customer B made the first installment payment of IDR 1,071,500 and was automatically exempt from monthly fees for the following months through the previously linked Danamon direct debit if the balance was sufficient.
    8. Customer B made their installment payments on time every month, so they only needed to make installment payments of IDR 1,071,500 for 12 months.
  3. Flow Illustration of Program 3 (Illustration: Customer already has a Danamon account, receives Partner Financing Promotion, is late in making installment payments)
    1. Customer C intends to purchase a Samsung Galaxy ZFlip7 using Mitra financing at the BDI Surabaya Governor Suryo branch for IDR 15,000,000 on 4 March 2026.
    2. Customer C already has a Danamon Lebih PRO account and is willing to register/bind Danamon Direct Debit, thereby entitling the Customer to apply for financing from the Partner with the Partner Financing Promotion.
    3. If Customer C meets the financing analysis criteria applicable at the Partner (Partner's credit underwriting), the Partner financing contract in the My Home Credit application will be approved and formed with the applicable Partner Financing Promotion.
    4. Based on the Partner's analysis of Customer C's profile, the interest rate on Customer C's installments is 1.19%.
    5. The administrative fee for Partner financing that must be paid by Customer C is IDR 0.
    6. Customer C is then directed to bind Danamon Direct Debit to the financing contract for the purchase of the Samsung Galaxy ZFlip7 on the My Home Credit application.
    7. In April 2026, Customer C made the first installment payment of IDR 1,250,000 and was automatically exempt from monthly fees for the following months through the previously linked Danamon direct debit.
    8. However, in the 12th month, the account balance was insufficient and the Customer did not top up the balance by the due date. Customer C was late in making the installment payment and therefore had to pay an additional 2 (two) months' installments. As a result, the Customer was required to make installment payments of IDR 1,250,000 for 14 months.

Customer Complaints

  1. Customers may submit complaints regarding banking products/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. The complaint handling procedure can be accessed via website: www.danamon.co.id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program form an integral part of the "General Terms and Conditions of Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk" and the "General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Online Payment Direct Debit Services". In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these provisions and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall prevail.
  2. The products and/or services of the Partner are not the products and/or services and responsibilities of Bank Danamon, and are therefore entirely the responsibility of the Partner. If there are any problems and/or complaints regarding the products and/or services of the Partner, Customers may contact the Partner via Whatsapp/Call Partner (021 2953 9600) or via e-mail care@homecredit.co.id.
  3. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend/change/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of such changes by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Customer agrees that the Customer is deemed to have agreed to the changes if the Customer does not submit an objection within that period. If the Customer does not agree to the changes, the Customer has the right to cancel their participation in the Program by first settling all of the Customer's obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  4. The Customer declares that there are no and will be no transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  5. If there are indications of fraud, cheating, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering and/or actions that are not in accordance with laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, cancel participation in the Program, and/or the awarding of rewards to the Customer concerned. Customers remain obligated to settle all their obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  6. If any provision of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program is prohibited or cannot be implemented or becomes invalid or is declared null and void by a government or court ruling, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, and the other provisions shall remain valid and binding and can be implemented as stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  7. If any irregularities are found in relation to this Program or if fraud is suspected, Customers are advised to immediately report this through Hello Danamon.
  8. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
  9. The titles and terms used in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program are solely intended to facilitate understanding of the content of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  10. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).
  11. PT Home Credit Indonesia (HCI) is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

Warning

Customers must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon by promising gifts of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other/third parties associated with or acting on behalf of Bank Danamon or the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
