Program Description

The New Danamon Credit and Charge Card Activation Program 2026 (“Program”) is a program from PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) for new cardholders of Danamon Credit and Charge Cards (“Card”) to receive cashback or bonus points in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”).

Program Period

The Program is valid for the period from 1 March 2026 to 28 February 2027 (“Program Period”).

Program Participant Criteria

New customers who become cardholders of Danamon Credit or Charge Card approved and issued by Bank Danamon during the Program Period, and who have never previously owned a Danamon Credit Card, are eligible to participate in this Program. The Program also applies to Bank Danamon employees (“Cardholders”).

General Terms and Conditions of the Program

  1. Cardholders are required to read and understand the Program’s General Terms and Conditions.
  2. Danamon reserves the right to reject or cancel the Cardholder’s participation in this Program if the Cardholder does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. The Cardholder is fully responsible for any risks, losses, claims, lawsuits, and/or demands related to their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. The Cardholder must meet the minimum accumulated transaction requirement as stated in item III of the Program’s General Terms and Conditions within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of card approval and issuance by Bank Danamon (“Transaction Period”), with the following illustration:

  5. Cardholder is required to meet the Total Managed Funds amount in accordance with the applicable requirements for each card type, as follows:

    With the following conditions:

    1. The calculation of Total Managed Funds consists of the total funds held by the Customer, including Savings, Current Accounts, Time Deposits, Investment Products, and Bancassurance Unit Link Products, as applicable.
    2. The calculation period for the Total Managed Funds value in this Program is 30 days from the date the card is approved.
  6. The Cardholder is required to register a recurring bill payment service (bill payment) using their Danamon Credit Card and/or Charge Card within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date the card is approved and issued.
  7. Transactions counted during the Transaction Period are retail purchases, excluding the following transactions:
    1. Insurance payments registered with Bank Danamon
    2. Cash Advances (cash withdrawals using the credit card limit)
    3. Money Transfers (fund transfers using the credit card limit)
    4. QRIS transactions using a credit card as the source of funds
    5. Transactions converted into installments, including the monthly installment payments
  8. By having the Credit Card and/or Charge Card approved and issued during the Program Period, and by conducting transactions in accordance with this Program during the Transaction Period, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and comply with the Program’s General Terms and Conditions. The approval and issuance of the Card, as well as the transactions made by the Cardholder, serve as valid evidence of the Cardholder’s participation in the Program and the Cardholder’s consent to comply with the Program’s General Terms and Conditions.

Prize Awarding Mechanism

  1. The cashback and bonus points will be awarded no later than 60 calendar days after the Transaction Period ends and are not applicable on a multiples basis.
  2. The cashback and bonus points will be credited to the Principal Cardholder’s Danamon Credit Card or Charge Card, and will appear on the billing statement in the following month after the winner data extraction period.
  3. The cashback and bonus points will not be awarded if the Danamon Credit Card or Charge Card is blocked or if there is any overdue payment during the Transaction Period.
  4. Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel the cashback and bonus points for transactions deemed irregular, including cash swipe transactions and transactions at merchants suspected of selling prohibited products under applicable regulations.
  5. If the Cardholder cancels any transaction during the Transaction Period that results in the Cardholder no longer meeting the Program’s General Terms and Conditions, the Cardholder agrees that Danamon has the right not to award the cashback and bonus points.

Cardholder Complaints

  1. Cardholders may submit complaints regarding banking products/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. Procedures regarding complaint handling services can be accessed through the website: www.danamon.co.id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Program Risk

  1. Program participants will not receive the Reward if they do not meet the Program’s Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to requirements related to the program period, minimum accumulated transactions, bill payment registration, and/or Total Managed Funds according to the card type.

Other Conditions

  1. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program form an integral and inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions for Danamon Banking Accounts and Services,” the “General Terms and Conditions for Danamon Credit Card Membership,” the “General Terms and Conditions for Danamon American Express Cards,” the “General Terms and Conditions for Danamon Reward D-Point,” and the “General Terms and Conditions for Membership Rewards® Points.” In the event of any differences or inconsistencies between these terms and the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the applicable terms shall be the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  2. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that the Bank reserves the right to amend, modify, or supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time by providing notification through the communication channels available at the Bank. If there are any changes to the benefits, risks, fees, terms and conditions under this Program, or other changes, the Cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to the Bank within 30 (thirty) business days from the date such notification is made by the Bank through its communication channels. The Cardholder agrees that they shall be deemed to have accepted the changes if no objection is submitted within this period. If the Cardholder does not agree to the changes, the Cardholder has the right to cancel their participation in the Program after settling all obligations owed to the Bank (if any).
  3. The Cardholder declares that they are not currently and will not engage in any transactions that indicate money laundering activities and/or other transactions prohibited under the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  4. If there are indications of fraud, misuse, irregular transactions, unusual activities, money laundering, and/or actions that violate applicable laws and regulations, the Bank has the right to cancel transactions, terminate the use of the Bank's products/services, cancel Program participation, and/or cancel the benefits provided under the Program for the relevant Cardholder. The Cardholder remains obligated to settle any outstanding obligations to the Bank (if any).
  5. If any provision in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program is prohibited, unenforceable, invalid, or declared null and void by government regulation or a court decision, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, which shall remain in full force and effect and be enforceable as stipulated.
  6. If any irregularities related to this Program are found or if there is any suspicion of fraud, the Cardholder is advised to immediately report it via Hello Danamon.
  7. The headings and terms used in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program are solely intended to facilitate understanding of the content of these General Terms and Conditions.
  8. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program have been adjusted to comply with the prevailing laws and regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority (OJK). PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia, and is a participant of the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).

Warning

Cardholders must exercise caution against fraud committed by individuals claiming to represent the Bank and promising rewards of any kind. Any fraudulent activity or other criminal acts carried out by third parties in connection with or claiming affiliation with the Program are beyond the authority and responsibility of the Bank.
