Program Description

Get an RMB 30 Voucher on Alipay with a Danamon Mastercard® Credit Card General Terms and Conditions ("Program General Terms and Conditions"). These are the terms and conditions applicable to customers participating in Get an RMB 30 Voucher on Alipay with a Danamon Mastercard® Credit Card ("Program") organized by Mastercard® Indonesia ("Mastercard").

Program Participants hereby agree and are bound by all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period

The Program is valid from 8 December 2025 - 30 April 2026 ("Program Period").

Program Participant Criteria

This program is valid for Danamon customers who have and transact with Danamon Credit Cards with Mastercard® logo ("Program Participants").

General Terms and Conditions of the Program

  1. Program Participants are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. The Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel the Program Participant's participation in this Program if the Program Participant does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. The Program Participant is solely responsible for any risk of loss, claim, lawsuit, and/or claim in connection with the Program Participant's participation and/or cancellation of participation in the Program.
  4. Valid for Program Participants who have and transact with Danamon Credit Cards with the Mastercard® logo ("Card").
  5. The program is valid under the following conditions:
    1. The program is valid with a minimum spend of RMB 300 in China to get a RMB 30 voucher.
    2. Program Participants are required to download the Alipay application through the Google Play Store or Appstore.
    3. The Program is valid for Program Participants who are linking their Danamon Mastercard® Credit Card to the Alipay application for the first time.
    4. For Program Participants who have previously linked their Danamon Mastercard® Credit Card, they can re-link/re-register to participate in the Program.
    5. Payments can be made by scanning the merchant's QR code/showing the payment code on Alipay/selecting Alipay as the payment method on participating mini-apps or on merchant partner apps.
    6. This program is valid if quota is available.
  6. The conditions for using the voucher are as follows:
    1. The voucher is only valid for 7 (seven) days from the issuance date and after that it will expire.
    2. 1 (one) Alipay account is only entitled to get 1 (one) voucher during the program period.
    3. Voucher is only valid for 1 (one) use and cannot be cashed.
    4. This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion/offer.
    5. If the Program Participant cancels the transaction, the offer from the voucher will be forfeited.
    6. However, if the transaction cancellation is processed within the initial validity period of 7 (seven) days, the voucher will be automatically reactivated.
    7. Refunds will be processed based on the amount actually paid (including benefits in the voucher).
    8. The voucher is valid when Alipay is selected as the payment method.
  7. An international transaction fee of 3% may be charged for payments exceeding RMB 200.
  8. Mastercard® reserves the right to cancel the Cardholder's participation and/or rewards if the Cardholder does not meet or violates the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  9. Mastercard® reserves all rights in connection with this Promotion, including the right to amend or interpret the Terms and Conditions, change the list of participating partners, and terminate, suspend or suspend the Promotion in its sole discretion without prior notice.
  10. Other terms and conditions related to the card and Danamon's products and/or services, as long as they are not regulated differently in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program are declared to remain valid and binding on the Cardholder and become an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  11. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership. These terms and conditions remain in effect as long as they are not otherwise provided for in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  12. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Danamon reserves the right to correct/amend/complete the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Danamon. In the event of a change in benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Cardholder has the right to express his/her objection in writing to Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of the change made by Danamon through Danamon's communication media. The Cardholder agrees that the Cardholder is deemed to have agreed to such changes in the event that the Cardholder does not raise any objections within such timeframe. If the Cardholder does not agree to the change, the Cardholder has the right to cancel the Program membership by first completing all of the Cardholder's obligations to Danamon (if any).
  13. The Cardholder declares that there are no and will not be transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  14. If there is a report of any indication of fraud, violations and/or irregularities in transactions, Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, cancel participation in the Program, or award prizes to the Cardholder concerned.
  15. Cardholders can submit complaints about banking products/services orally or in writing through the nearest Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  16. Procedures regarding the complaint service can be accessed through www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Other Conditions

  1. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Banking Accounts and Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk and the General Terms and Conditions of Bank Danamon Credit Card Membership, General Terms and Conditions of Credit Card Membership, such Terms and Conditions remain valid as long as they are not otherwise regulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  2. The Program Participant hereby agrees and acknowledges that the Danamon reserves the right to correct/amend/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at the Danamon. If the Program Participant does not agree to the change, the Program Participant has the right to cancel the Program participation by first completing all Program Participant's obligations to the Danamon (if any).
  3. The Program Participant declares that there is no and will not be any transaction that indicates money laundering and/or other transactions that are not allowed under the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  4. If there is an indication of fraud, violation, abuse, transaction irregularities, improper transactions, money laundering and/or actions that are not in accordance with laws and regulations, the Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction, stop the use of the Danamon's products/services, cancel participation in the Program, or cancel the provision of Program benefits to the relevant Program Participant. Program Participants are still obliged to pay off all their obligations to the Danamon(if any).
  5. If irregularities are found related to this Program or if it is felt that fraud has occurred, Program Participants are advised to immediately inform Hello Danamon 1-500-090.
  6. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
  7. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a guarantee participant from the Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Warning

Program Participants should beware of fraud committed by individuals on behalf of the Danamon by promising rewards of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal act committed by other parties/third parties related to or on behalf of the Program is beyond the Danamon's authority.
