Program Description

The General Terms and Conditions of the 0% My Own Installment Program D-Bank PRO 2026 ("General Terms and Conditions of the Program") are the terms and conditions applicable to Cardholders who participate in the 0% My Own Installment Program D-Bank PRO 2026 (“Program”) organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon") and form an integral part of the Cardholder's application during the submission process of the 0% My Own Installment Program D-Bank PRO 2026 (“Application").

Program Period

This program is valid for applications submitted between 18 February 2026 and 31 March 2026 ("Program Period").

Participant Criteria

Customers who are eligible to participate in this Program are as follows:

  1. Customers who are active Bank Danamon credit card and charge card holders during the Program Period.
  2. Customers who make transactions as stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  3. The Program also applies to Bank Danamon Employees.

Hereinafter referred to as (“Cardholder”).

General Terms and Conditions of the Program

  1. Cardholders are required to read, understand, and agree to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program when applying through the D-Bank PRO application.
  2. Cardholders are required to register by completing and submitting their application for participation in the program through the D-Bank PRO application, which is an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Cardholders are fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with the Cardholder's participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. Applies to all Danamon Credit Cards and Danamon Charge Cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express) ("Cards").
  5. This Program does not apply to Danamon Corporate Card.
  6. Cards must be active, not in arrears, and not blocked.
  7. The Cards and transactions included and submitted to this Program are those selected by the primary Cardholder on the D-Bank PRO application.
  8. The minimum transaction that can be converted into installments is IDR 1,000,000 (one million rupiah) and the maximum transaction that can be converted into installments is IDR 50,000,000 (fifty million rupiah), with an installment period of 6 (six) months.

  10. The transaction information displayed in the D-Bank PRO application is transactions that are on the primary card and additional cards, but only primary cardholders are eligible to apply for this program.
  11. Transactions that can be converted into installments are limited to retail transactions and do not include cash advances, insurance premium payments, money transfers, bill payments, existing installment transactions or those already converted into installments, and transaction fees.
  12. Transactions made in currencies other than the Rupiah will be converted to Rupiah in accordance with the conversion rules based on the applicable exchange rates of the principal (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express) and the conversion fees set by Bank Danamon at the time the transaction is recorded by Bank Danamon. Therefore, the transaction value in Rupiah displayed on the D-Bank PRO application before the transaction is posted may differ from the transaction value in Rupiah after the transaction is posted.
  13. Cardholders agree that Bank Danamon has the right to charge interest and administration fees for this Program in accordance with the amounts stated in the D-Bank PRO application.
  14. The installment amount displayed on the confirmation page of the D-Bank PRO application is only an estimate based on the Cardholder's choice of tenor and interest rate. The actual installment amount is as stated on the Cardholder's billing statement.
  15. Interest and administration fees will follow the selected installment period and will be charged to the Cardholder for each transaction converted into installments.
  16. Installment interest is calculated using a fixed installment calculation, whereby the total fixed installment will have a different composition of loan principal and interest each month, with the composition being inversely proportional from the first installment until the installment payment is settled at Bank Danamon.
  17. The conversion of transactions into installments will be processed within 1-2 (one to two) working days after the transaction is successfully recorded. If the transaction is not successfully recorded within 5 (five) working days, the Program application will be cancelled.
  18. If necessary, in accordance with Bank Danamon's policy, Bank Danamon will confirm by telephone to the Cardholder's mobile phone number registered in Bank Danamon's system.
  19. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel the Cardholder's participation in the Program if they do not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program and/or based on Bank Danamon's assessment/examination, they are found to be not in accordance with Bank Danamon's policy.
  20. The Cardholder will receive a notification of the Program application via email to the Cardholder's email address registered in Bank Danamon's system.
  21. Any early repayment or cancellation of a Program transaction will be subject to a penalty fee of 5% (five percent) of the remaining principal of the Program loan and the interest accrued at that time (if any).
  22. For each late payment of a Program instalment, the Cardholder will be charged a penalty in accordance with the applicable fees at Bank Danamon.
  23. In the event that the Cardholder does not pay the minimum bill for their Bank Danamon Credit Card or Charge Card (or does not pay the full bill specifically for Danamon American Express Charge Cards) for 2 (two) consecutive months on the due date, Bank Danamon will charge the entire remaining principal plus a penalty fee of 5% (five percent) of the remaining principal of the Program loan, late fees and interest accruing at that time (if any).

Power of Attorney

  1. For the purpose of this Program, the Cardholder hereby grants the Bank Danamon power of attorney to convert transactions made with the Cardholder’s Card into installments.
  2. The power of attorney granted by the Program Participant under these Program General Terms and Conditions is provided to the Bank with the right of substitution and shall remain in effect as long as the Program Participant obligations to the Bank have not been fully fulfilled. This power of attorney may not be revoked or terminated for any reason, including those specified in Article 1813 (termination of power of attorney: by revocation by the grantor; by notification of termination by the attorney; by the death, guardianship, or bankruptcy of either the grantor or attorney), Article 1814 (the grantor may revoke the power of attorney at any time, and if there are grounds, may compel the attorney to return the granted power), and Article 1816 (the appointment of a new attorney to handle the same matter results in the revocation of the first power of attorney, effective upon notification to the first attorney of such appointment) of the Indonesian Civil Code. This power of attorney forms an integral part of these General Terms and Conditions.

Program Participant Complaints

  1. The Program Participant or their representative may submit complaints related to banking products and/or services either verbally or in writing through the Bank’s nearest branch office, via Hello Danamon at 1-500-090, or by email to hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. The procedures for the customer complaint service may be found on the official website of the Bank at the following link: www.danamon.co.id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. These Program General Terms and Conditions is an inseparable part of “The General Terms and Conditions of Bank Danamon Accounts and Banking Services”, “The General Terms and Conditions of Membership for Danamon Bank Credit Cards”, and other terms and conditions as adjusted to the Program], as well as other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, shall apply. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between such terms and conditions and Program General Terms and Conditions, the Program General Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
  2. The Program Participant agrees and acknowledges that the Bank reserves the right to amend/change/or supplement these Program General Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes shall be communicated through the Bank’s available communication media. In the event of any change in the benefits, risks, fees, and general terms and conditions and other changes, the Program Participant has the right to submit a written objection to the Bank within 30 (thirty) Business Days from the date of such notification by the Bank via its available communication channels. The Program Participant agrees that if no objection is submitted within the specified period, the Program Participant shall be deemed to have accepted the changes. If the Program Participant does not agree with the changes, the Program Participant has the right to discontinue Program participation by first completing all obligations to the Bank (if any).
  3. The Program Participant represents and warrants that the Program Participant is not currently engaged in, and will not engage in, any transactions that may be indicative of money laundering and/or any other transactions prohibited under the prevailing laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.
  4. In the event of any indication of fraud, misconduct, deception, irregular transactions, unreasonable transactions, money laundering, and/or any actions that are contrary to applicable laws and regulations, the Bank reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of the Bank’s products/services, revoke the Program Participant participation in the Program, and/or cancel the provision of Program benefits to the relevant Program Participant. The Program Participant shall remain obligated to fulfill all outstanding obligations to the Bank, if any.
  5. If any provision of these Program General Terms and Conditions are, by reason of any government regulation or court decision, prohibited, unenforceable, rendered invalid, or declared null and void, such circumstance shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Program General Terms and Condition, which shall remain in full force and effect and binding upon the parties as set forth herein.
  6. In the event that any irregularities related to the Program are discovered, or if any fraudulent activity is suspected, the Program Participant is advised to promptly report such matters through Hello Danamon.
  7. These Program Terms and Conditions are prepared in both Indonesian and English. In the event of any discrepancy or difference in interpretation between the Indonesian and English versions, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
  8. The headings and terminology used in these Program General Terms and Conditions are intended solely to facilitate understanding of the contents of these Program General Terms and Conditions.
  9. These Program General Terms and Conditions have been adjusted to comply with the prevailing laws and regulations, including regulations issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
  10. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan/OJK) and Bank Indonesia, and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Program of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).

Warning

Program Participant must exercise due caution against fraudulent activities perpetrated by individuals or entities falsely claiming to represent the Bank and offering rewards in any form. The Bank shall not be held liable for any acts of fraud or other criminal conduct committed by third parties in connection with or under the pretense of association with the Bank or this Program.
