Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card Spending Program 2026

Program Description

The General Terms and Conditions of the JCB 2026 Spending Program (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) are the terms and conditions that apply to Cardholders who participate in the JCB 2026 Spending Program (“Program”) organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) and form an integral and inseparable part of the Cardholder’s application for the JCB Spending Program 2026 (“Application”).

Program Period

This program is valid for applications submitted between 15 February 2026 and 31 March 2026 ("Program Period").

Participant Criteria

Customers who are eligible to participate in this Program are as follows:

  • Danamon JCB Precious Credit Cardholder.
  • Customers who make a minimum transaction of IDR 250,000 per month for 2 (two) months (15 February 2026 – 31 March 2026) with a total of IDR 500,000 as stipulated in the Program's General Terms and Conditions.
  • Eligible transactions include both online and offline retail transactions.
  • The Program also applies to Danamon employees.

Hereinafter referred to as ("Cardholders").

General Terms and Conditions of the Program

  1. Cardholders must read, understand, and agree to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Cardholders must make a minimum transaction of IDR 250,000 during the 2 (two) months from 15 February 2026 to 31 March 2026.
  3. Cardholders are fully responsible for all risks of loss, claims, lawsuits, and/or claims related to their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. Applies to Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card.
  5. The Card must be active, not in arrears, and not blocked.
  6. Cardholders must visit the redemption booth and meet with the redemption officer to show their purchase receipt and credit card to ensure that the transaction card number is correct.
  7. Cardholders who meet the criteria will receive a 10% cashback reward from the transaction value or a maximum of IDR 50,000.
  8. The reward is not cumulative.
  9. The reward will be credited no later than 60 working days after the program ends.
  10. If necessary, in accordance with Bank Danamon's policy, Bank Danamon will confirm by telephone to the Cardholder's mobile phone number registered in the Bank Danamon system.
  11. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Cardholder's participation in the Program if they do not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program and/or based on Bank Danamon's assessment/examination, they do not comply with Bank Danamon's policy.

Power of Attorney

  1. Program Participants hereby authorise the Bank to debit their accounts at the Bank.
  2. The authorisation granted by the Program Participant in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program is granted to the Bank with the right of substitution and as long as the Program Participant's obligations to the Bank have not been fully fulfilled, such authorisations cannot be revoked or terminated for any reason, including but not limited to the reasons stated in Article 1813 (termination of authorisation: by the revocation of the authorisation by the authorised person; by notification of termination of the authorisation by the authorised person; by the death, incapacity or bankruptcy of the authorising party or the authorised person), 1814 (the authorising party may revoke the authorisation whenever it so desires, and if there are grounds for doing so, compel the attorney to return the power of attorney held by him) and 1816 (the appointment of a new attorney to carry out the same affairs shall result in the revocation of the first power of attorney, effective from the date of notification of the appointment to the latter) The Indonesian Civil Code and these powers are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.

Program Participant Complaints

  1. Program participants and/or their representatives may submit complaints regarding banking products/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. General Terms and Conditions of This program is an integral part of the "General Terms and Conditions for Bank Danamon Accounts and Banking Services" and the "General Terms and Conditions for Bank Danamon Credit Card Membership".
  2. Program Participants hereby agree and acknowledge that the Bank reserves the right to amend/change/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time by giving notice through the communication media available at the Bank. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, as well as other changes, Program Participants have the right to submit their objections in writing to the Bank within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of such changes by the Bank through the Bank's communication media. Program Participants agree that Program Participants are deemed to have agreed to the notified changes if they do not submit an objection within the aforementioned period. If Program Participants do not agree to the changes, they have the right to cancel their participation in the Program by first settling all of their obligations to the Bank (if any).
  3. Program Participants declare that they are not currently and will not engage in transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the laws and regulations applicable in Indonesia.
  4. If there are indications of fraud, cheating, abuse, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering and/or actions that are not in accordance with laws and regulations, the Bank reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of the Bank's products/services, cancel participation in the Program, or cancel the provision of Program benefits to the Program Participant concerned. Program Participants remain obligated to settle all their obligations to the Bank (if any).
  5. If any provision in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program is prohibited or cannot be implemented or becomes invalid or is declared null and void by a government or court ruling, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, and the other provisions shall remain valid and binding and can be implemented as stipulated in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  6. If any irregularities are found in relation to this Program or if fraud is suspected, Program Participants are advised to immediately report this through Hello Danamon.
  7. The Terms and Conditions of this Program are written in Indonesian and English. In the event of any differences in provisions or interpretation between the Indonesian and English versions, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
  8. The titles and terms used in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program are solely intended to facilitate understanding of the contents of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  9. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority.
  10. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Warning

Program participants must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals acting on behalf of the Bank by promising prizes of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or acting on behalf of the Bank or this Program are beyond the Bank's responsibility.
