Program Description

General Terms and Conditions of Get Shopping Voucher IDR 50,000 at MyIM3 ("General Terms and Conditions of the Program”). These are the terms and conditions that is applicable to customers who participate in Get Shopping Voucher IDR 50,000 at MyIM3 ("Program") organized by Mastercard® Indonesia ("Mastercard").

Program Participants hereby agree and are bound by all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period

The Program is valid from 25 January - 31 March 2026 ("Program Period").

Participant Criteria

This program is valid for Danamon customers who have and transact with Danamon Mastercard® Credit Card ("Program Participants").

General Terms and Conditions of the Program

  1. Program Participants are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. The Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel the Program Participant's participation in this Program if the Program Participant does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. The Program Participant is solely responsible for any risk of loss, claim, lawsuit, and/or other liabilities in connection with the Program Participant's participation and/or cancellation of participation in the Program.
  4. Valid for Program Participants who have and transact with Danamon Mastercard® Credit Card ("Card").
  5. The terms and conditions of the program are as follows:
    1. Promo is only valid for Freedom Internet package with a minimum transaction of IDR 150,000 on myIM3 application.
    2. By meeting the minimum transaction, Program Participants will receive Indomaret voucher of IDR 50,000.
    3. The program quota is available for the first 2,000 users.
    4. Voucher will be sent via SMS or notification in myIM3 application maximum 7 (seven) days after last month’s transaction.
    5. 1 (one) user is only eligible to get 1 (one) voucher during the program period.
    6. Voucher is valid for one time use only and cannot be redeemed to cash.
    7. Program participants are required to download myIM3 application via google play store or Appstore.
  6. The winner that has been decided is absolute and cannot be protested.
  7. Mastercard® have the right to cancel the Cardholder's participation and/or prize if the Cardholder does not meet or violates the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  8. Mastercard® reserves all rights in connection with this Promotion, including the right to amend or interpret the Terms and Conditions, change the list of participating partners, and terminate, suspend or suspend the Promotion in its sole discretion without prior notice.
  9. Other terms and conditions related to the card and Danamon's products and/or services, as long as they are not regulated differently in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program are declared to remain valid and binding on the Cardholder and become an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  10. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership. These terms and conditions remain in effect as long as they are not otherwise provided for in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  11. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Danamon reserves the right to correct/amend/complete the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Danamon. In the event of a change in benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Cardholder has the right to express his/her objection in writing to Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of the change made by Danamon through Danamon's communication media. The Cardholder agrees that the Cardholder is deemed to have agreed to such changes in the event that the Cardholder does not raise any objections within such timeframe. If the Cardholder does not agree to the change, the Cardholder has the right to cancel the Program membership by first completing all of the Cardholder's obligations to Danamon (if any).
  12. The Cardholder declares that there are no and will not be transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  13. If there is a report of any indication of fraud, violations and/or irregularities in transactions, Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, cancel participation in the Program, or award prizes to the Cardholder concerned.
  14. Cardholders can submit complaints about banking products/services orally or in writing through the nearest Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

Other Conditions

  1. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Banking Accounts and Services of PT Danamon Indonesia Tbk and the General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership, General Terms and Conditions of Credit Card Membership, such Terms and Conditions remain valid as long as they are not otherwise regulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  2. The Program Participant hereby agrees and acknowledges that the Bank reserves the right to correct/amend/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at the Bank.   3. The Program Participant declares that there is no and will not be any transaction that indicates money laundering and/or other transactions that are not allowed under the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  4. If there is an indication of fraud, violation, abuse, transaction irregularities, improper transactions, money laundering and/or actions that are not in accordance with laws and regulations, the Bank has the right to cancel the transaction, stop the use of the Bank's products/services, cancel participation in the Program, or cancel the provision of Program benefits to the relevant Program Participant. Program Participants are still obliged to pay off all their obligations to the Bank (if any).
  5. If irregularities are found related to this Program or if it is felt that fraud has occurred, Program Participants are advised to immediately inform Hello Danamon.
  6. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
  7. PT Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a guarantee participant from the Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Warning

Program Participants should beware of fraud committed by individuals on behalf of the Danamon by promising rewards of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal act committed by other parties/third parties related to or on behalf of the Program is beyond the Danamon authority.
