General Terms and Conditions of the Save Up to IDR 1,500,000.00 (one million five hundred thousand rupiah) and 0% Installment (zero percent) for up to 12 (twelve) months for Pre-Orders of Samsung S26 and Galaxy Buds Series at Samsung By Trio, Okeshop, and Global Teleshop (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) are the terms and conditions that apply to customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) who have and transact using a Card (“Cardholders”) who participate in:
- Savings Program up to IDR 1,500,000.00 (one million five hundred thousand rupiah) ("Savings Program"); and
- 0% (zero per cent) Instalment Program for up to 12 (twelve) months ("Installment Program").
For Pre-Orders of Samsung S26 and Galaxy Buds Series at Galaxy Buds Series at Samsung By Trio, Okeshop, and Global Teleshop (Savings Program and Installment Program collectively referred to as the "Program"). The Program is organised by Bank Danamon in collaboration with merchant partner PT Trio Distribusi (“Samsung by Trio, Okeshop dan Global Teleshop”).
Cardholders hereby agrees to and is bound by all provisions set forth in the following Program General Terms and Conditions:
A. Period of Program
The Program shall be conducted during the period commencing on 26 February 2026 until 17 March 2026 (“Period of Program”).
B. Participating Outlet
Purchases at all outlets:
- Samsung by Trio, as listed in the following link: Click here (“Outlet Samsung by trio”).
- Okeshop, as listed in the following link: Click here (“Outlet Okeshop”).
- Global Teleshop, as listed in the following link: Click here (“Outlet Global Teleshop”).
C. Program General Terms and Conditions
- The program applies to Cardholders as follows: i) Bank Danamon Credit Cards bearing the Visa, Mastercard, JCB, & American Express logo; and ii) Bank Danamon Charge Cards bearing the American Express logo, but excluding Credit Cards and Charge Cards and corporate cards ("Cards").
- Cardholders are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
- Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Cardholder's participation in this Program if the Cardholder does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
- Cardholders are fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.

The Program is valid as follows:

Savings Program
- The program is valid with the following schemes:
- The program is only valid for installment payments.
- Valid for 1 (one) transaction per 1 (one) card number at each store/outlet during the Program Period.
- The savings offered are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or returned.
- The program is not valid for multiple purchases.
- The program is valid for Cardholders, both primary and additional cards.
- Cardholders understand and agree that if the savings quota is reached before the end of the Program Period, Program Participants will not receive any savings.

Installment Program
- Installment Program is valid with the following details:
- Bank Danamon will charge an administration fee of Rp25,000.00 (twenty-five thousand rupiah) for each transaction converted into installments by the Cardholder. Merchant partners are not involved in any additional fees. The fees charged can be viewed at bdi.co.id/tarifdanbiaya.
- Transactions converted into instalments will not earn D-Points or Membership Rewards Points; and
- The application process for converting transactions into installments is done directly during the online transaction and has never been submitted through other channels (e.g., SMS, email, etc.).

Savings Program
- This program cannot be combined with other Bank Danamon programs and/or promotions.
- By conducting transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, Cardholders are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. Transactions conducted by Cardholders constitute valid proof of Cardholders' participation in the Program and Cardholders' agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
D. Complaints of Cardholders

Cardholders or their representative may submit complaints related to banking products and/or services either verbally or in writing through the Bank’s nearest branch office, via Hello Danamon at 1-500-090, or by email to hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

E. Miscellaneous

These Program General Terms and Conditions is an inseparable part of The General Terms and Conditions of Membership for Danamon Credit Cards, the General Terms and Conditions of Membership for Danamon American Express Credit Cards and Charge Cards, as well as other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, shall apply. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between such terms and conditions and Program General Terms and Conditions, the Program General Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

The products, services, and/or benefits provided by the Partner are the sole responsibility of the Partner and do not constitute products or responsibilities of the Bank. In the event of any issues and/or complaints related to such products, services, and/or benefits, please contact the relevant Partner.

Cardholders agrees and acknowledges that the Bank reserves the right to amend/change/or supplement these Program General Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes shall be communicated through the Bank’s available communication media. In the event of any change in the benefits, risks, fees, and general terms and conditions and other changes, the Cardholders has the right to submit a written objection to the Bank within 30 (thirty) Business Days from the date of such notification by the Bank via its available communication channels. Cardholders agrees that if no objection is submitted within the specified period, the Cardholders shall be deemed to have accepted the changes. If the Cardholders does not agree with the changes, the Cardholders has the right to discontinue Program participation by first completing all obligations to the Bank (if any).

Cardholders represents and warrants that the Cardholders is not currently engaged in, and will not engage in, any transactions that may be indicative of money laundering and/or any other transactions prohibited under the prevailing laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.

In the event of any indication of fraud, misconduct, deception, irregular transactions, unreasonable transactions, money laundering, and/or any actions that are contrary to applicable laws and regulations, the Bank reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of the Bank’s products/services, revoke the Cardholders participation in the Program, and/or cancel the provision of Program benefits to the relevant Program Participant. Cardholders shall remain obligated to fulfill all outstanding obligations to the Bank, if any.

If any provision of these Program General Terms and Conditions are, by reason of any government regulation or court decision, prohibited, unenforceable, rendered invalid, or declared null and void, such circumstance shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Program General Terms and Condition, which shall remain in full force and effect and binding upon the parties as set forth herein.

In the event that any irregularities related to the Program are discovered, or if any fraudulent activity is suspected, Cardholders is advised to promptly report such matters through Hello Danamon.

These Program Terms and Conditions are prepared in both Indonesian and English. In the event of any discrepancy or difference in interpretation between the Indonesian and English versions, the Indonesian version shall prevail.

The headings and terminology used in these Program General Terms and Conditions are intended solely to facilitate understanding of the contents of these Program General Terms and Conditions.

These Program General Terms and Conditions have been adjusted to comply with the prevailing laws and regulations, including regulations issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan/OJK) and Bank Indonesia, and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Program of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).

Cardholders must exercise due caution against fraudulent activities perpetrated by individuals or entities falsely claiming to represent the Bank and offering rewards in any form. The Bank shall not be held liable for any acts of fraud or other criminal conduct committed by third parties in connection with or under the pretense of association with the Bank or this Program.

- Savings Program up to IDR 1,500,000.00 (one million five hundred thousand rupiah) ("Savings Program"); and
- 0% (zero per cent) Instalment Program for up to 12 (twelve) months ("Installment Program")
For Pre-Orders of Samsung S26 and Galaxy Buds Series at Hartono (Savings Program and Installment Program collectively referred to as the "Program").
The Program is organised by Bank Danamon in collaboration with merchant partner PT Hatsonsurya Electric (“Hartono”).
Cardholders hereby agrees to and is bound by all provisions set forth in the following Program General Terms and Conditions:
A. Period of Program
