Program Description

Mastercard & STB Partnership Program General Terms and Conditions ("Program General Terms and Conditions") are the terms and conditions applicable to customers participating in the Mastercard & STB Partnership Program ("Program") organized by Mastercard Indonesia ("Mastercard").

Program Participants hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period

The Program Period is from September 1, 2025 until March 31, 2026 ("Program Period").

Participant Criteria

This program is valid for Bank Danamon customers who own and transact using Danamon Mastercard Credit Card ("Program Participant").

Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Program Participants are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. The Bank reserves the right to refuse or cancel the Program Participant's participation in this Program if the Program Participant does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Program Participants are solely responsible for all risks of losses, claims, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with the Program Participant's participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. Applicable for Program Participant who own and transact using Danamon Mastercard Credit Card (“Card”).
  5. The following are the details of the Program:

    Global Blue Get up to extra 30% on GST (Goods and Services Tax) refund at participating malls with Mastercard. November 25, 2025 - March 31, 2026
    1. Eligible Goods are items purchased above SGD 100 (including GST) in value which is eligible for a GST refund upon exportation of the Eligible Good in accordance with the applicable Singapore GST legislation.
    2. The maximum Extra Tourist refund payable per verified transaction is SGD 500.
    3. The extra Tourist refund can only be refunded to a nominated Card of the Program Participant.
    4. Participating malls: Jewel Changi Airport, Paragon, Raffles City, Takashimaya S.C., 313@Somerset, Wisma Atria.
    5. Eligible Goods purchased as part of the Promotion will not be eligible for return or exchange unless the purchased Eligible Good is faulty or defective in some way.

    Marina Bay Sands Spend min. SGD 3,000 at Marina Bay Sands to receive up to SGD 160 Resort Dollars & a luxury gift set.   September 1, 2025 - February 28, 2026
    1. Program Participants must be a Sands LifeStyle (“SL”) member and Tourist (not residing or working in Singapore).
    2. Present required verification documents at the Redemption Venue located at Shoppes level 1 (Near Sands Expo and Convention Centre) only, between 10.30AM to 11PM.
    3. Program Participants who are eligible to receive additional rewards (Elite/Paiza gift) need to present their redemption kiosk slip printed from the kiosk at the Participating Outlet to collect their gift.
    4. Bonus Resort Dollars will be credited into the Program Participant’s accounts within 48 hours upon successful login on the kiosk or upon successful issuance at Retail Concierge counter.
    5. The Reward made available to Program Participant pursuant to the terms of the Promotion is not exchangeable or refundable for cash, credit or in-kind.

    1. Each Program Participant is eligible to receive the Reward only once during the Promotional Period. The Reward is limited to the first 300 redemptions of new Kris+ user.
    2. To qualify, Program Participants must create a new Kris+ account by logging in with KrisFlyer credentials on the Kris+ app for the first time during the Promotional Period and enter the referral code KPVISITSG during this first login. Upon successful account creation, 1,000 KrisPay miles (worth SGD 10) will be credited instantly to the Kris+ wallet.
    3. Reward/Rebates are awarded as KrisPay miles valid for 6 months from date of credit and are not transferrable to KrisFlyer accounts.
    4. Kris+ reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions, amend the list of Participating Kris+ Partners for Eligible In-App Payment Transactions, and terminate or otherwise amend this Promotion without prior notice, at its sole and absolute discretion.

  9. This promo program is valid as long as the availability of goods at the time of purchase is still available.
  10. Mastercard reserves the right to cancel a Cardholder’s participation and/or the awarding of rewards if the Cardholder does not meet or violates the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  11. Mastercard reserves all rights in relation to this Promotion, including the right to amend or interpret the Terms and Conditions, modify the list of participating partners, and terminate, postpone, or suspend the Promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice.
  12. Other terms and conditions related to the card and the products and/or services of Bank Danamon, as long as they are not regulated differently in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program are declared to remain valid and binding on the Cardholder and become an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  13. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership. These terms and conditions remain valid as long as they are not otherwise regulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  14. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to correct/amend/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event that there is a change in benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Cardholder has the right to submit his objection in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of the change made by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Cardholder agrees that the Cardholder is deemed to have agreed to such changes in the event that the Cardholder does not raise any objections within such timeframe. If the Cardholder does not agree to the change, the Cardholder has the right to cancel the Program membership by first completing all of the Cardholder's obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  15. The Cardholder declares that there are no and will not be transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not allowed under the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  16. If there is a report of any indication of fraud, misconduct and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction, cancel the Program participation, or give prizes to the Cardholder concerned.
  17. Cardholders may submit complaints about banking products/services orally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

Other Conditions

  1. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Banking Accounts and Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk and the General Terms and Conditions of Bank Danamon Credit Card Membership, the General Terms and Conditions of Credit Card Membership, such Terms and Conditions remain valid as long as they are not otherwise regulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  2. The Program Participant hereby agrees and acknowledges that the Bank reserves the right to correct/amend/complete the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at the Bank. In the event that there is a change in benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Program Participant has the right to submit his objection in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the time the notification of the change is made by the Bank through the Bank's communication media. The Program Participant agrees that the Program Participant is deemed to have agreed to such changes in the event that the Program Participant does not raise any objections within such time frame. If the Program Participant does not agree to the change, then the Program Participant has the right to cancel the Program participation by first settling all Program Participant's obligations to the Bank (if any).
  3. Program Participants declare that there are no and will not be transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not allowed based on the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  4. If there are indications of fraud, misconduct, abuse, transaction irregularities, improper transactions, money laundering and/or actions that are not in accordance with laws and regulations, the Bank has the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of the Bank's products/services, cancel participation in the Program, or cancel the provision of Program benefits to the Program Participant concerned. Program Participants are still obliged to pay off all their obligations to the Bank (if any).
  5. If irregularities are found related to this Program or if it is felt that fraud has occurred, Program Participants are advised to immediately inform Hello Danamon.
  6. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
  7. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a guaranteed participant of the Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Warning

Program Participants must be careful of fraud committed by individuals on behalf of the Bank by promising prizes in any form. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or on behalf of the Program are beyond the Bank's authority.
