The General Terms and Conditions of the 13% (thirteen percent) Savings Program on Agoda.com ("General Terms and Conditions of the Program") are the terms and conditions that apply to customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon") who participate in the 13% (thirteen percent) Savings Program on Agoda.com ("Program") organised by Bank Danamon in collaboration with Mastercard Asia/Pacific Pte. Ltd and PT Mastercard Indonesia ("Mastercard").
Customers hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:
Program Period
Program Participant Criteria
This program is only available to customers who hold a Danamon Global Currency Card Debit/ATM Card with BIN No. 541143 ("Customers").
Terms and Conditions
- Customers are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
- Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Customer's participation in this Program if the Customer does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
- Customers are fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.

The Program is valid under the following conditions:
- To participate in the Program, Customers must make a minimum purchase of USD 170 (one hundred and seventy United States Dollars) for accommodation/hotel products on Agoda.com (“Agoda”) via the special link: www.agoda.com/danamonmcid ("Transaction"), during the Program Period and while quotas are still available.
- The Program is subject to a maximum quota of 2,300 (two thousand three hundred) Transactions. If the quota is exhausted before the Program Period ends, the Program will be terminated early.
- Transactions can only be made for hotel/accommodation bookings that have a "Promotion" label on the search results page and “Prepaid” ,"Pay Now" and “Book Now, Pay Later” , with a stay period until 31 December 2026. The Program does not apply to rooms that have a "Pay at property" label.
- In the event that the Customer books a hotel or accommodation marked with the “Book Now, Pay Later” label and selects the “Pay Later” option, the Customer shall ensure that sufficient funds are available in their account at the payment due date as determined by Agoda. Failure to maintain sufficient funds may result in the cancellation of the Transaction
- The Program is only valid for room charges (excluding local taxes, service charges, additional charges, personal expenses, and the like).
- Customers who have made a Transaction will receive a discount/saving of 13% (thirteen percent) with a maximum saving of USD 50 (fifty United States Dollars).
- The discount/savings will only be displayed on the booking form after entering payment details using a Danamon Global Currency Card Debit/ATM Card.
- The minimum transaction and maximum savings in currencies other than United States Dollars (USD) will follow the rate applicable at the time of the transaction.
- Customers must ensure that their Danamon Global Currency Card Debit/ATM Card limit is available before making a transaction.
- The program is non-transferable, non-cumulative, non-exchangeable for cash or other products, and cannot be combined with other programs and/or promotions, discounted products, and fixed-price products (unless otherwise specified).
- The program does not apply to transactions using QRIS (whether with account funds or credit cards).
- Participation in the Program is free of charge for Customers.
- By conducting Transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. The Transactions conducted by the Customer constitute valid proof of the Customer's participation in the Program and the Customer's agreement to be subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
Customer Complaints

Customers and/or customer representatives may submit complaints regarding banking products/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

Other Terms and Conditions
- Agoda's products and/or services are not the products and responsibility of Bank Danamon, and are therefore entirely the responsibility of Agoda. If there are any problems and/or complaints regarding these products, services, and/or Programs, please contact Agoda directly.
- Customers declare that there are no and will be no transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
- If there are indications of fraud, cheating, abuse, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering, and/or other actions that are not in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of Bank Danamon products/services, cancel participation in the Program, or cancel the provision of Program benefits to the Customer concerned. Customers remain obliged to settle all their obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
- The General Terms and Conditions of this Program form an integral part of the "General Terms and Conditions of Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk", the "General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Debit/ATM Cards", and the "General Terms and Conditions of Tabungan Danamon LEBIH PRO" and other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these provisions and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall prevail.
- Customers hereby agree and acknowledge that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend/change/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, as well as other changes, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of such changes by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Customer agrees that the Customer is deemed to have agreed to the changes if the Customer does not submit an objection within the above period. If the Customer does not agree to the changes, the Customer has the right to cancel their participation in the Program by first settling all of the Customer's obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
- If any provision in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program is prohibited or cannot be implemented or becomes invalid or is declared null and void by a government or court ruling, this shall not affect the validity of other provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, and the other provisions shall remain valid and binding and can be implemented as stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
- If any irregularities related to this Program are found or if fraud is suspected, the Customer is advised to immediately inform Hello Danamon.
- PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation.
- The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia.
Reminder
Customers must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon by promising gifts of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other/third parties associated with or acting on behalf of the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
