Program Description

Secured Term Installment Loan (hereinafter referred to as "KAB Secured") is a flagship product of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (hereinafter referred to as "Bank Danamon"). KAB Secured provides long-term loan facilities with repayments made periodically based on an agreed installment schedule.

This Special Program also enables you to raise funds for various purposes, including multi-purpose financing, as well as the construction and renovation of your valued assets.

    • Minimum gross monthly income of IDR 10 million

    Must include a valid practice license or business license

    Business player

    • Minimum of 2 (two) years of experience in the same business/industry
    • Minimum gross monthly income of IDR 10 million

    Shall include the company's deed of incorporation and its amendments

  2. Indonesian citizen living in Indonesia.
  3. Age limit for individual prospective debtors:
    1. Minimum age of 21 years at the time of loan application, and
    2. Maximum age is 65 years old at the time of loan maturity.

Terms and Conditions

  1. The maximum tenor available:

  2. Program Participants are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program
  3. Program Participants are solely responsible for any and all risks, losses, claims, lawsuits, and/or demands arising from their participation in, or cancellation of participation in, this Program.

Customer Complaints

  1. Customers and/or their authorized representatives may submit complaints regarding dissatisfaction with Bank Danamon's programs, transactions, or services through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, by calling Hello Danamon at 1-500-090 (GSM), or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id. Complaints may be submitted either verbally or in writing.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. Other terms and conditions related to Bank Danamon's products and/or services that are not otherwise regulated under these General Terms and Conditions shall remain valid and binding on the Customer and are considered an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. If the Customer meets the applicable requirements, detailed information will be provided in the Loan Facility Offer Letter.
  3. The Customer agrees that Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the Customer’s participation in this Program if the Customer fails to meet the General Terms and Conditions.
  4. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon may, from time to time, revise, amend, or supplement these General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Amendments”). Any such Amendments will be communicated to the Customer through the Bank’s available communication channels within a reasonable time frame in accordance with applicable legal provisions. In the event of changes to benefits, risks, costs, or other terms and conditions, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within thirty (30) working days from the date of such notification. If the Customer does not raise any objection within the specified period, the Customer is deemed to have accepted the changes. If the Customer does not agree with the Amendments, the Customer has the right to close the relevant account and/or service after fulfilling all obligations to the Bank, if any.
  5. All transactions must not involve money laundering or any other activities prohibited under applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  6. In the event of any reported indication of fraud, misrepresentation, or irregular transactions, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction or withhold the related funds or benefits.

  8. These General Terms and Conditions have been adjusted to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including those set by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia, and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) guarantee program.
