Danamon Mastercard® Credit Card Spending Program

Program Description

The General Terms and Conditions of the Bank Danamon Mastercard Credit Card Spending Program 2025 ("General Terms and Conditions of the Program") are the terms and conditions that apply to customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon") who are invited customers who have and transact using a Bank Danamon Mastercard Credit Card ("Cardholders") and participate in the 2025 Mastercard Credit Card Spending Program ("Program") organised by Bank Danamon.

Cardholders hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period

This program is valid from 1 November to 31 January 2026 (“Program Period”).

Program Participant Criteria

  1. This program is only valid for customers invited to participate in the 2025 Mastercard Credit Card Spending Program.
  2. Customers must make transactions using an approved Mastercard Credit Card as stipulated in the Program Terms and Conditions.

Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Cardholders are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of this Program
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Cardholder's participation in this Program if the Cardholder does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Cardholders are fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. Cardholders who meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program are entitled to receive a Tokopedia E-Voucher ("Voucher") with the following terms and conditions:
    1. Cardholders must make domestic retail transactions (offline and/or online) during the Program Period with a minimum accumulated transaction amount according to the selected tiering.
    2. Transactions counted are those made on the Main Card and Additional Cards registered at the same CIF level.
    3. Prizes will only be awarded once during the Program Period on a customer level basis.
    4. Prizes are limited to the first 500 people for the 100,000 e-voucher and the first 167 people for the 250,000 e-voucher each month and will be awarded based on the order of time and the nominal value of eligible transactions.
    5. Cardholders must make transactions in the same month using their Danamon Mastercard Credit Card, which is part of the Program, with the Program Offer month sent by Bank Danamon. Transactions included in the Program are the accumulation of transactions made using the Primary Card and Additional Cards over a period of 1 (one) month, with the Program Offer Period and Program Transaction Period details as follows:

    6. Transactions included in the Program are online and/or offline retail purchases ("Retail Transactions");
    7. The Program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promotions;
    8. Cardholders must use their Cards for payment.
    9. By transacting in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, Cardholders are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and to be subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. Transactions made by Cardholders constitute valid proof of Cardholders' participation in the Program and Cardholders' agreement to be subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

  1. Tokopedia Vouchers will only be given to Cardholders whose cards are active, have no outstanding payments, and are not blocked.
  2. Tokopedia Vouchers will be sent via WhatsApp and SMS from the Cardholder registered with Bank Danamon Indonesia.
  3. If the Cardholder cancels any transaction during the Program Period, causing the Cardholder to no longer meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Cardholder understands and agrees that Bank Danamon has the right not to give the Tokopedia Voucher reward
  4. Cardholders who are declared eligible to receive the reward will receive an official notification from Bank Danamon via WhatsApp and SMS regarding their win and the voucher delivery process.
  5. The voucher will be given within 30 (thirty) working days after the monthly transaction period.
  6. The validity period of the Tokopedia E-Voucher follows the provisions of Tokopedia.
  7. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or any other form.

Program Participant Complaints

  1. Cardholders or their representative may submit complaints related to banking products and/or services either verbally or in writing through the Bank’s nearest branch office, via Hello Danamon at 1-500-090, or by email to hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. The procedures for the customer complaint service may be found on the official website of the Bank at the following link: https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the Cardholder’s participation in this Program if the Cardholder fails to comply with these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. The Cardholder declares that there are no and will not be any transactions indicative of money laundering and/or other transactions prohibited under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  3. In the event of any indication of fraud, irregularities, abnormal transactions, money laundering, and/or other actions that do not comply with applicable laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel transactions, revoke Program participation, terminate Card usage, and/or withdraw Program benefits from the relevant Cardholder. The Cardholder remains obligated to settle all outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  4. Other terms and conditions related to Bank Danamon’s products and/or services shall remain valid and binding on the Cardholder, insofar as they are not otherwise stipulated in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, and shall form an integral part thereof.
  5. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program constitute an inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership.” Such terms and conditions shall remain applicable unless otherwise provided herein.
  6. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend, modify, or supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any changes, additions, or updates will be communicated through Bank Danamon’s available communication channels. In the event of changes to benefits, risks, fees, or terms and conditions under these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within thirty (30) business days from the date of notification. The Cardholder shall be deemed to have accepted such changes if no objection is submitted within the specified period. If the Cardholder does not agree to the changes, the Cardholder may cancel participation in the Program after fulfilling all obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  7. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program have been adjusted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including those issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
  8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Corporation scheme.

Warning

Cardholders must exercise caution against fraud perpetrated by individuals claiming to represent the Bank and promising rewards in any form. Any fraudulent acts or other criminal activities carried out by third parties in connection with or under the guise of this Program are beyond the authority and responsibility of the Bank.
