Program Description

General Terms and Conditions of the 0% (zero percent) Installment Program for up to 6 (six) Months at IPEKA (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) are the terms and conditions that apply to customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank”) who own and transact using a Card (“Cardholders”) who participate in the 0% (zero percent) Installment Program for up to 6 (six) Months at IPEKA (“Program”) organised by the Bank in collaboration with merchant partner Yayasan Iman, Pengharapan, dan Kasih (“IPEKA”).

Cardholders hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period

The program is valid from 1 August 2025 to 31 July 2026 (“Period of Program”)

Program Terms and Conditions

  1. The program applies to Cardholders as follows: Danamon Credit Cards bearing the Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express logos and Danamon American Express Charge Cards, but does not include corporate Credit Cards and Charge Cards ("Cards").
  2. Cardholders are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. The Bank reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Cardholder's participation in this Program if the Cardholder does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  4. Cardholders are fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  5. The Program is valid with the following details:
    • The program offers 0% (zero percent) interest installments for 3 (three) and 6 (six) month tenors for school fees (initial and monthly) at schools under the IPEKA ecosystem.
    • The program applies to transactions with the following minimum amounts:
      Tenor Minimum Transaction (IDR)
      3 (three) months 500,000.00
      (Five Hundred Thousand Rupiah)
      6 (six) months 500,000.00
      (Five Hundred Thousand Rupiah)

      Hereinafter referred to as “Installments”,

    • Each payment transaction converted into installments will incur an administration fee of IDR 25,000.00 (twenty-five thousand Rupiah), which will be borne by the Cardholder. If the installments are cancelled by the Cardholder, the administration fee will not be refunded to the Cardholder;
    • The program applies if the installment has not been submitted to the Bank through other media (e.g. SMS, email, etc.);
    • For each early repayment or cancellation of a Program transaction by the Cardholder, the Cardholder will be charged a fee/penalty of 5% (five per cent) of the remaining principal of the Program loan and the interest accruing at that time (if any); and
    • Any transaction with an installment conversion will not earn D-Points or Membership Rewards Points.
  6. The program applies to both primary and supplementary cards.
  7. The program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promotions.
  8. By conducting transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. Transactions conducted by the Cardholder constitute valid proof of the Cardholder's participation in the Program and the Cardholder's agreement to be subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

Cardholder Complaints

  1. Cardholders and/or Cardholder representatives may submit complaints regarding banking products/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. The complaint service procedure can be accessed via the website https://www.danamon.co.id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Other Term and Conditions

  1. The products and/or services of merchant partners are not the products and responsibilities of the Bank, and are therefore entirely the responsibility of the merchant partners. If you encounter any problems and/or have any complaints regarding these products, services, and/or Programs, please contact the relevant merchant partner.
  2. Cardholders declare that there are no and will be no transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  3. If there are indications of fraud, cheating, abuse, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering, and/or other actions that are not in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, the Bank reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of the Bank's products/services, cancel participation in the Program, or cancel the provision of Program benefits to the Cardholder concerned. The Cardholder remains obligated to settle all outstanding obligations to the Bank (if any).
  4. The General Terms and Conditions of this Programme are an integral part of the "General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership" and "General Terms and Conditions of Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership", and other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these provisions and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall prevail.
  5. Cardholders hereby agree and acknowledge that the Bank reserves the right to amend/change/supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified through the communication media available at the Bank. In the event of changes to benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, as well as other changes, the Cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to the Bank within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of such changes by the Bank through the Bank's communication media. The Cardholder agrees that the Cardholder is deemed to have agreed to the changes if the Cardholder does not submit an objection within the above period. If the Cardholder does not agree to the changes, the Cardholder has the right to cancel their participation in the Program by first settling all of the Cardholder's obligations to the Bank (if any).
  6. If any provision in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program is prohibited or cannot be implemented or becomes invalid or is declared null and void by a government or court ruling, this shall not affect the validity of other provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, and the other provisions shall remain valid and binding and can be implemented as stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  7. If any irregularities related to this Program are found or if fraud is suspected, Cardholders are advised to immediately inform Hello Danamon.
  8. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority.
  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Reminder

Cardholders must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals acting on behalf of the Bank by promising gifts of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other/third parties associated with or acting on behalf of the Program are beyond the Bank's authority.
