Program Description

TGeneral Terms and Conditions of the Program (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) are the terms and conditions that apply to Customers who participate in the TELKOMSEL COMPLETE SAVINGS PACKAGE PURCHASE Program (“Program”) organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”).

Program participants hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period

The Program Period is 14 October – 14 November 2025 (“Program Period”).

Program Participant Criteria

This program is only open to Program Participants who meet the following criteria:

  1. Bank Danamon customers who have an active Bank Danamon savings account during the Program Period.
  2. Customers who conduct transactions as stipulated in the Program's General Terms and Conditions.
  3. The Program also applies to Bank Danamon employees.

Hereinafter referred to as "Program Participants".

Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Before participating in the Program, Program Participants are required to read, understand and comprehend the characteristics, benefits, risks, costs and other terms and conditions of the Program and agree to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Program Participant's participation in this Program if the Program Participant does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Program Participants are fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with the participation and/or cancellation of the Program Participant's participation in this Program.
  4. Program participants are required to make Telkomsel's Hemat Lengkap data package purchase through the D-Bank PRO application or Danamon ATM with a minimum denomination of IDR 100,000 (one hundred thousand Rupiah) in accordance with the Program's General Terms and Conditions (“Transaction”).
  5. Program Participants who make Transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program during the Program Period are entitled to receive prizes ("Prizes") with the following details:

    The prize is valid for 30 calendar days

  6. The program quota does not apply during the program period.
  7. Program participants will not receive rewards if they do not conduct transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  8. By conducting Transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, Program Participants are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of this Program. Such Transactions constitute valid proof of Program Participants' participation in the Program and their agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

Prize Awarding Mechanism

  1. Prizes will be sent to the telephone number that the Customer used to make the Transaction no later than 24 (twenty-four) hours after the Transaction is successful.
  2. Participation in this Program is free of charge and all taxes on Prizes will be borne entirely by Bank Danamon.

Program Participant Complaints

  1. Program participants may submit complaints regarding banking products/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id, which is available 24/7.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. Telkomsel products and/or services are not Bank Danamon products and are not the responsibility of Bank Danamon, but are entirely the responsibility of Telkomsel. If you encounter any problems and/or have any complaints regarding Telkomsel's products and/or services, please contact Telkomsel Customer Services on 188, visit my.telkomsel.com, or check *888# or *800#.
  2. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk and the General Terms and Conditions of D-Bank PRO. These terms and conditions remain valid unless otherwise stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  3. Products and/or services from merchants are not products and responsibilities of Bank Danamon, so they are entirely the responsibility of the merchants. If there are any problems and/or complaints regarding products and/or services from merchants, Program Participants should contact the merchants.
  4. Program Participants hereby agree and acknowledge that the Bank reserves the right to amend/change/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at the Bank. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, Program Participants have the right to submit their objections in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of such changes by the Bank through the Bank's communication media. Program Participants agree that Program Participants are deemed to have agreed to the changes if they do not submit an objection within that period. If Program Participants do not agree to the changes, they have the right to cancel their participation in the Program by first settling all of their obligations to the Bank (if any).
  5. Program Participants declare that there are no and will be no transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the laws and regulations applicable in Indonesia.
  6. If there are indications of fraud, cheating, abuse, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering and/or actions that do not comply with laws and regulations, the Bank reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of the Bank's products/services, cancel participation in the Program, or cancel the benefits of the Program for the Program Participant concerned. The Program Participant is still obliged to settle all their obligations to the Bank (if any).
  7. If any irregularities related to this Program are found or if fraud is suspected, Program Participants are advised to immediately inform Hello Danamon
  8. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to comply with laws and regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority.
  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Reminder

Program participants must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon by promising prizes of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other/third parties associated with or acting on behalf of the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
