Program Description

The Program General Terms and Conditions Save 20% at Hotel Gran Melia Jakarta, Yoshi Izakaya, Tien Chao, Café Gran Via, Chillin Pool Bar, El Bombon (“Program General Terms and Conditions”) constitute the terms and conditions applicable to Cardholders of Save 20% at Hotel Gran Melia Jakarta, Yoshi Izakaya, Tien Chao, Café Gran Via, Chillin Pool Bar, El Bombon ("Program") organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank") in collaboration with PT Suryalaya Anindita International (Sai) ("Partner").

Cardholders hereby agrees to and is bound by all provisions set forth in the following Program General Terms and Conditions:

Program Period

The Program shall be conducted during the period commencing on 1 August 2025 until 31 July 2026 (“Period of Program”).

Participating Outlet

This program is valid for accommodations at Hotel Gran Meliá Jakarta, and for food and beverages at Yoshi Izakaya, Tien Chao, Café Gran Via, Chillin Pool Bar, and El Bombon, located at Jl. H. R. Rasuna Said 5, RT.5/RW.4, Kuningan Tim., Kecamatan Setiabudi, Kota Jakarta Selatan, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta 12950;

Program Terms and Conditions

  1. The program applies to Bank Danamon customers who own and make transactions using the following types of cards (“Cardholders”): (i) Bank Danamon Debit/ATM Cards with Mastercard and GPN logos; and (ii) Bank Danamon Credit Cards and Charge Cards with Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express logos, excluding corporate cards ("Cards").
  2. Cardholders are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Cardholder's participation in this Program if the Cardholder does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  4. The Cardholder is fully responsible for all risks, including loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims arising from their participation in or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  5. The program is valid under the following conditions:
    • The program offers a 20% (twenty percent) discount off the nightly room rate for the following room types (Deluxe Room, Premium Room, RedLevel Room, Grand Premium RedLevel Room, Junior Suite RedLevel, Deluxe Junior Suite RedLevel, Grand Suite RedLevel, Presidential Suite RedLevel), based on the prevailing rate on that day as listed on the Gran Melia Jakarta website. The applicable discount results in the final rate as illustrated below: *Room rates are subject to the rates applicable on the day of booking on the Hotel Gran Melia Jakarta website.
    • The program offers a 20% (twenty percent) discount on Food and Beverages at Gran Melia Jakarta’s restaurant outlets, which include:
      • - Yoshi Izakaya
      • - Tien Chao
      • - Café Gran Via
      • - Chillin Pool Bar
      • - El Bombon
    • The 20% (twenty percent) Food & Beverage discount applies to both buffet and à la carte menus at Gran Melia Jakarta restaurant outlets (Yoshi Izakaya, Café Gran Via).
    • The 20% (twenty percent) Food & Beverage discount applies to à la carte menus at Gran Melia Jakarta restaurant outlets (Tien Chao, Chillin Pool Bar, El Bombon).
    • The 20% (twenty percent) Food & Beverage discount does not apply to beer and alcoholic beverages at Gran Melia Jakarta restaurant outlets (Yoshi Izakaya, Tien Chao, Café Gran Via, Chillin Pool Bar, El Bombon).
    • The program does not apply to payments made via QRIS using credit card funds.
  6. The program cannot be combined with other promotions or cooperation programs.
  7. The program is valid for transactions made on a full payment basis.
  8. The program applies to both primary and supplementary cards.
  9. By making a transaction in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by its terms. The transaction serves as valid evidence of the Cardholder's participation in the Program and agreement to its terms.

Cardholder Complaints

  1. Cardholders may submit complaints related to banking products and/or services either verbally or in writing through the Bank’s nearest branch office, via Hello Danamon at 1-500-090, or by email to hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. The complaint handling procedure can be accessed via the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. The products, services, and/or benefits provided by Gran Melia Jakarta, Yoshi Izakaya, Tien Chao, Café Gran Via, Chillin Pool Bar, El Bombon are the sole responsibility of the Partner and do not constitute products or responsibilities of the Bank. In the event of any issues and/or complaints related to such products, services, and/or benefits, please contact the relevant Partner.
  2. Cardholders represents and warrants that the Cardholders is not currently engaged in, and will not engage in, any transactions that may be indicative of money laundering and/or any other transactions prohibited under the prevailing laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.
  3. In the event of any indication of fraud, misconduct, deception, irregular transactions, unreasonable transactions, money laundering, and/or any actions that are contrary to applicable laws and regulations, the Bank reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of the Bank’s products/services, revoke the Cardholders participation in the Program, and/or cancel the provision of Program benefits to the relevant Program Participant. Cardholders shall remain obligated to fulfill all outstanding obligations to the Bank, if any.
  4. Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, as long as they are not regulated differently in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, shall remain valid and binding for the Cardholders and form an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  5. These Program General Terms and Conditions is an inseparable part of the General Terms and Conditions of Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, The General Terms and Conditions of Membership for Danamon Bank Cards, and the General Terms and Conditions of Membership for Danamon American Express Credit Cards and Charge Cards, as well as other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, shall apply. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between such terms and conditions and Program General Terms and Conditions, the Program General Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
  6. Cardholders agrees and acknowledges that the Bank reserves the right to amend/change/or supplement these Program General Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes shall be communicated through the Bank’s available communication media. In the event of any change in the benefits, risks, fees, and general terms and conditions and other changes, the Cardholders has the right to submit a written objection to the Bank within 30 (thirty) Business Days from the date of such notification by the Bank via its available communication channels. Cardholders agrees that if no objection is submitted within the specified period, the Cardholders shall be deemed to have accepted the changes. If the Cardholders does not agree with the changes, the Cardholders has the right to discontinue Program participation by first completing all obligations to the Bank (if any).
  7. If any provision of these Program General Terms and Conditions are, by reason of any government regulation or court decision, prohibited, unenforceable, rendered invalid, or declared null and void, such circumstance shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Program General Terms and Condition, which shall remain in full force and effect and binding upon the parties as set forth herein.
  8. In the event that any irregularities related to the Program are discovered, or if any fraudulent activity is suspected, Cardholders is advised to promptly report such matters through Hello Danamon.
  9. These Program Terms and Conditions are prepared in both Indonesian and English. In the event of any discrepancy or difference in interpretation between the Indonesian and English versions, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
  10. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan/OJK) and Bank Indonesia, and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Program of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).
  11. These Program General Terms and Conditions have been adjusted to comply with the prevailing laws and regulations, including regulations issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

Reminder

Cardholders must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon by promising prizes of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or acting on behalf of the Programme are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
