Program Description

The Program General Terms and Conditions 0% Installment up to 12 Months at OSIM (“Program General Terms and Conditions”) constitute the terms and conditions applicable to Cardholders of 0% Installment up to 12 Months at OSIM ("Program") organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank") in collaboration with OSIM ("Partner").

Cardholders hereby agrees to and is bound by all provisions set forth in the following Program General Terms and Conditions:

Program Period

The program period is valid until September 30, 2026.

Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Cardholders must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Cardholder's participation in this Program if the Cardholder does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. The Program offers 0% (zero percent) installments with the following transaction details:
    • Minimum transaction of IDR 5,000,000 (five million Rupiah) for tenors of 3 (three), 6 (six), 12 (twelve) months
    • The 0% installment program applies to Danamon Credit Card & Charge Card holders with the Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express logos.
  4. The program is valid every day, including public holidays, during the Program Period.
  5. The program does not apply to split bills.
  6. The program cannot be combined with other promotions.
  7. Each transaction converted into installments will be subject to an administration fee of IDR 25,000 (twenty-five thousand Rupiah).
  8. By conducting transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. Transactions conducted by the Cardholder constitute valid proof of the Cardholder's participation in the Program and the Cardholder's agreement to be subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

Cardholder Complaints

  1. Cardholders may submit complaints related to banking products and/or services either verbally or in writing through the Bank’s nearest branch office, via Hello Danamon at 1-500-090, or by email to hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. The complaint handling procedure can be accessed via the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. The products, services, and/or benefits provided by OSIM are the sole responsibility of the Partner and do not constitute products or responsibilities of the Bank. In the event of any issues and/or complaints related to such products, services, and/or benefits, please contact OSIM.
  2. Other terms and conditions related to Bank Danamon’s products and/or services, as long as they are not regulated differently in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, shall remain valid and binding for the Cardholders and form an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program constitute a unified whole and form an inseparable part of the 'General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk' and the 'General Terms and Conditions of Membership for Bank Danamon Credit Cards'.
  4. Cardholders represents and warrants that the Cardholders is not currently engaged in, and will not engage in, any transactions that may be indicative of money laundering and/or any other transactions prohibited under the prevailing laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.
  5. In the event of any indication of fraud, misconduct, deception, irregular transactions, unreasonable transactions, money laundering, and/or any actions that are contrary to applicable laws and regulations, the Bank reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of the Bank’s products/services, revoke the Cardholders participation in the Program, and/or cancel the provision of Program benefits to the relevant Program Participant. Cardholders shall remain obligated to fulfill all outstanding obligations to the Bank, if any.
  6. Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, as long as they are not regulated differently in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, shall remain valid and binding for the Cardholders and form an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  7. These Program General Terms and Conditions is an inseparable part of the General Terms and Conditions of Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, The General Terms and Conditions of Membership for Danamon Bank Cards, and the General Terms and Conditions of Membership for Danamon American Express Credit Cards and Charge Cards, as well as other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, shall apply. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between such terms and conditions and Program General Terms and Conditions, the Program General Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
  8. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the Cardholder’s participation in this Program if the Cardholder does not comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  9. Cardholders agrees and acknowledges that the Bank reserves the right to amend/change/or supplement these Program General Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes shall be communicated through the Bank’s available communication media. In the event of any change in the benefits, risks, fees, and general terms and conditions and other changes, the Cardholders has the right to submit a written objection to the Bank within 30 (thirty) Business Days from the date of such notification by the Bank via its available communication channels. Cardholders agrees that if no objection is submitted within the specified period, the Cardholders shall be deemed to have accepted the changes. If the Cardholders does not agree with the changes, the Cardholders has the right to discontinue Program participation by first completing all obligations to the Bank (if any).
  10. These Program Terms and Conditions are prepared in both Indonesian and English. In the event of any discrepancy or difference in interpretation between the Indonesian and English versions, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
  11. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan/OJK) and Bank Indonesia, and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Program of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).
  12. These Program General Terms and Conditions have been adjusted to comply with the prevailing laws and regulations, including regulations issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

Reminder

Cardholders must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon by promising prizes of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or acting on behalf of the Programme are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
