General Terms and Conditions of the Program (“General Terms and Conditions”) constitute the terms and conditions applicable to Customers participating in Cashback Program for QRIS – Cinema (“Program”) organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”).

By participating, the Customer agrees to and is bound by all provisions set forth in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:


I. Program Period

Program Period is from 10 October 2025 – 17 October 2025 (“Program Periode”).


II. Participant Criteria

Eligible Customers for this Program are as follows:

  1. Customers of Bank Danamon who have the D-Bank PRO application and hold an active Danamon savings account and/or credit card during the Program Period.
  2. This Program is applicable to employees of Bank Danamon.

Hereinafter referred to as the (“Customer”).


III. Program Terms And Conditions

  1. Before participating in the Program, Customers are required to read, understand, and comply with the characteristics, benefits, risks, fees, and other provisions of the Program and agree to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to reject or cancel a Customer's participation in this Program if the Customer does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. The Customer is fully responsible for all risks of loss, claims, lawsuits, and/or claims related to their participation and/or cancellation of their participation in this Program.
  4. Customers must have an account and be registered with the D-Bank PRO Mobile Banking Service.
  5. By conducting transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and to be subject to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program. Transactions conducted by the Customer constitute valid evidence of the Customer's participation in the Program and the Customer's agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.


IV. General Terms And Conditions For The Giving Of Reward

  1. Customers will receive a reward if they have fulfilled the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, as long as the quota is still available.
  2. The reward scheme is in the form of cashback (”Reward”), Customer can receive Cashback 100% up to Rp 25.000 (twenty five thousand Rupiah) by performing QRIS payment using D-Bank PRO for cinema ticket payment at Cinepolis and/or Cinema XXI and/or CGV with source of fund savings and/or source of fund Credit Card with the minimum transaction of Rp 10.000 (ten thousand Rupiah)
  3. Quota as referred to above is regulated as follows:
    1. For 1 (one) CIF (Customer Information File) Customer can only receive maximum 1 (one) time during Program Period.
    2. The cashback quota is set at 5,000 (five thousand) transaction during Program Period (“Program Quota”).
  4. Cashback will be credited to the customer's account used for the banking transaction no later than 14 (fourteen) working days after the end of the Program Period in the month the transaction was made.
  5. Participation in this Program is free of charge.
  6. The transaction verification process is entirely under the authority of Bank Danamon.
  7. Customers understand and agree that if the cashback quota is exhausted before the Program Period ends, they will not receive cashback.
  8. If the customer’s account used for the transaction is inactive, blocked, or in any condition that prevents cashback crediting, the customer acknowledges that cashback cannot be provided.

By participating, the Customer agrees to and is bound by all provisions set forth in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

The reward scheme is in the form of cashback (”Reward”), Customer can receive Cashback 100% up to Rp 25.000 (twenty five thousand Rupiah) by performing QRIS payment using D-Bank PRO for supermarket payment at Yogya Supermarket or Diamond Supermarket or Hypermart or Super Indo or Hero Supermarket with QRIS source of fund savings and/or source of fund Credit Card with the minimum transaction of Rp 10.000 (ten thousand Rupiah).
  3. The prize quota as referred to above is regulated as follows:
    1. For 1 (one) CIF (Customer Information File) Customer can only receive maximum 1 (one) time during Program Period.
    2. The cashback quota is set at 5,000 (five thousand) transaction during Program Period (“Program Quota”).
  4. Cashback will be credited to the customer's account used for the banking transaction no later than 14 (fourteen) working days after the end of the Program Period in the month the transaction was made. If the Customer does not have a Danamon savings account, the Customer will not receive the Cashback Reward for the transaction made.

By participating, the Customer agrees to and is bound by all provisions set forth in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period is from 10 October 2025 – 17 October 2025. (“Program Period”).


II. Participant Criteria

Eligible Customers for this Program are as follows:

IV. General Terms and Conditions for Giving of Prizes

  1. Customers will receive a reward if they have fulfilled the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, as long as the quota is still available.
  2. The prize quota as referred to above is regulated as follows:
    1. The reward scheme is in the form of cashback (“Reward”) of up to 100% with a maximum of RP 25.000 (twenty five thousand Rupiah) by performing E-Money Mandiri Top Up through D-Bank PRO.
    2. Each Customer Information File (CIF) is entitled to receive the Reward a maximum of 1 (one) time during the Program Period.
    3. The cashback quota is set at 3,750 (three thousand seven hundred fifty) transactions during the Program Period (“Program Quota”).
  3. Cashback will be credited to the customer's account used for the banking transaction no later than 30 (thirty) working days after the end of the Program Period in the month the transaction was made.
  4. Participation in this Program is free of charge.
  5. The transaction verification process is entirely under the authority of Bank Danamon.
  6. Customers understand and agree that if the cashback quota is exhausted before the Program Period ends, they will not receive cashback.
  7. If the customer’s account used for the transaction is inactive, blocked, or in any condition that prevents cashback crediting, the customer acknowledges that cashback cannot be provided.

General Terms and Conditions of the Program (“General Terms and Conditions”) constitute the terms and conditions applicable to Customers participating in Cashback Program For Virtual Account (VA) E-Commerce Payment (“Program”) organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”).

By participating, the Customer agrees to and is bound by all provisions set forth in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:


I. Program Period

Program Period is from 10 October 2025 – 17 October 2025. (“Program Period”).


II. Participant Criteria

Eligible Customers for this Program are as follows:

  1. Customers of Bank Danamon who have the D-Bank PRO application and hold an active Danamon savings account and/or credit card during the Program Period.
  2. This Program is applicable to employees of Bank Danamon.

IV. General Terms And Conditions For The Giving Of Reward

  1. Customers will receive a reward if they have fulfilled the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, as long as the quota is still available.
  2. The reward scheme is in the form of cashback (”Reward”), Customer can receive Cashback 100% up to Rp 25.000 (twenty five thousand Rupiah) by performing payment using Virtual Account (VA) at selected E-Commerce with the minimum transaction of Rp 10.000 (ten thousand) Rupiah.
  3. The selected E-Commerce that is valid for this transaction is; (1) Tokopedia, and (2) Blibli.
  4. Quota as referred to above is regulated as follows:
    1. For 1 (one) CIF (Customer Information File) Customer can only receive maximum 1 (one) time during Program Period.
    2. The cashback quota is set at 2,000 (two thousand) transaction during Program Period (“Program Quota”).
  5. Cashback will be credited to the customer's account used for the banking transaction no later than 30 (thirty) working days after the end of the Program Period in the month the transaction was made.
  6. Participation in this Program is free of charge.
  7. The transaction verification process is entirely under the authority of Bank Danamon.
  8. Customers understand and agree that if the cashback quota is exhausted before the Program Period ends, they will not receive cashback.
  9. If the customer’s account used for the transaction is inactive, blocked, or in any condition that prevents cashback crediting, the customer acknowledges that cashback cannot be provided.

Cashback 100% up to IDR 35,000 for Admin Fee from Biller Payment and E-Wallet Top Up

General Terms and Conditions of the Program (“General Terms and Conditions”) constitute the terms and conditions applicable to Customers participating in Cashback Program for Admin Fee from Biller Payment and E-Wallet Top Up (“Program”) organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”).

By participating, the Customer agrees to and is bound by all provisions set forth in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:


I. Program Period

Program Period is from 10 October 2025 – 31 October 2025. (“Program Period”).


II. Participant Criteria

Eligible Customers for this Program are as follows:

  1. Customers of Bank Danamon who have the D-Bank PRO application and hold an active Danamon savings account and/or credit card during the Program Period.
  2. This Program is applicable to employees of Bank Danamon.

Hereinafter referred to as the (“Customer”).


III. Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Before participating in the Program, Customers are required to read, understand, and comply with the characteristics, benefits, risks, fees, and other provisions of the Program and agree to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to reject or cancel a Customer's participation in this Program if the Customer does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. The Customer is fully responsible for all risks of loss, claims, lawsuits, and/or claims related to their participation and/or cancellation of their participation in this Program.
  4. Customers must have an account and be registered with the D-Bank PRO Mobile Banking Service.
  5. By conducting transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and to be subject to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program. Transactions conducted by the Customer constitute valid evidence of the Customer's participation in the Program and the Customer's agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.


IV. General Tersm and Conditions for Giving of Prizes

  1. Customers will receive a reward if they have fulfilled the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, as long as the quota is still available.
  2. The reward scheme is in the form of cashback (“Reward”) of up to 100% of the admin fee for biller and/or e-wallet transactions, with a maximum cashback of Rp5,000 (five thousand Rupiah). Cashback is given for biller payment and/or e-wallet top-up transactions with a minimum transaction amount of Rp25,000 (twenty-five thousand Rupiah).
  3. Quota as referred to above is regulated as follows:
    1. Customers must conduct biller transactions and/or e-wallet top-ups with partners/service providers available on the D-Bank PRO Mobile Banking Service.
    2. Biller transaction include payments for (1) PLN, (2) Top Up Token PLN, (3) BPJS, (4) PDAM (Water Utility), (5) TV Payment, (6) Insurance Premium, (7) Gaming Vouchers, (8) Streaming Vouchers, dan (9) Purchase of Phone Credit or Data Packages.
    3. The following are included as E-Wallet Service Providers: (1) ShopeePay, (2) OVO, (3) DANA, (4) GoPay, and (5) LinkAja.
    4. Each Customer Information File (CIF) is entitled to receive the Reward a maximum of 7 (seven) times during the Program Period.
    5. The cashback quota is set at 140,000 (one hundred forty thousand) transactions during the Program Period or 20,000 (twenty thousand) customers during the Program Period (“Program Quota”).
    6. The cashback that customers will receive is only for the admin fee of biller transactions, not for the total amount of the biller transaction.
  4. Cashback will be credited to the customer's account used for the banking transaction no later than 30 (thirty) working days after the end of the Program Period in the month the transaction was made.
  5. Participation in this Program is free of charge.
  6. The transaction verification process is entirely under the authority of Bank Danamon.
  7. Customers understand and agree that if the cashback quota is exhausted before the Program Period ends, they will not receive cashback.
  8. If the customer’s account used for the transaction is inactive, blocked, or in any condition that prevents cashback crediting, the customer acknowledges that cashback cannot be provided.

Customer Complaints

  1. Customers may submit complaints regarding banking products/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, via Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or by email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. The complaint handling procedure can be accessed via the website https://www.danamon.co.id/en/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Other Term and Conditions

  1. Other terms and conditions related to banking products, services, and/or Transactions, insofar as they are not regulated differently in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, shall remain valid and binding upon the Customer and form an integral part of this Program.
  2. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program form an inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions of Bank Danamon Accounts and Banking Services” and the “General Terms and Conditions of D-Bank PRO.” These terms and conditions remain valid unless otherwise regulated in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to revise/amend/supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to these General Terms and Conditions will be communicated through the communication channels available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to benefits, risks, fees, terms, and conditions under these General Terms and Conditions, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) business days from the date the changes are communicated by Bank Danamon. The Customer agrees that if no objection is submitted within the specified period, the Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the changes. If the Customer does not agree to the changes, the Customer has the right to cancel their participation in the Program, provided that all obligations to Bank Danamon (if any) have been settled. The Customer declares that there are no and will not be any Transactions that indicate money laundering or other Transactions prohibited under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  4. The Customer agrees that Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the Prize distribution under this Program if the Customer does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  5. The Customer declares that there are no and will not be any Transactions that indicate money laundering or other Transactions prohibited under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  6. In the event of any indication of fraud, misconduct and/or irregular Transactions, unreasonable Transactions, money laundering, and/or actions that violate applicable laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the Transactions, cancel the Customer’s participation in the Program, and/or cancel the Cashback distribution to the relevant Customer. The Customer remains obligated to settle all outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon.
  7. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program have been adjusted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including regulations issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
  8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI), and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) guarantee program.

Reminder

Customers must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals claiming to represent Bank Danamon and promising Cashback in any form. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by third parties in connection with or claiming to represent the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
