These General Terms and Conditions of the Morizora Developer Promo Program ("General Terms and Conditions") govern the participation of individuals who join the Program ("Program"), organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank") in collaboration with FKS Land – Tallasa City ("Partner").

By participating in the Program, participants agree to abide by all provisions outlined in these General Terms and Conditions.

Program Period

The Program will run from September 1, 2025, to October 31, 2025 ("Program Period").

Program Participant Criteria

Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Program Participants are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. The Bank reserves the right to reject or cancel a participant’s enrollment in the Program if they do not meet the General Terms and Conditions.
  3. Program Participants assume full responsibility for any risks, losses, claims, lawsuits, and/or demands arising from their participation or cancellation in this Program.

Program Participant Complaints

  1. Program Participants may submit complaints regarding banking products or services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank branch, Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id atau info.kprdanamon@danamon.co.id.

Additional Terms and Agreements

  1. These General Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions for Bank Danamon Accounts and Banking Services, including, but not limited to, the terms governing Danamon Bank Cards, Debit/ATM Cards, and American Express Credit Cards. These terms remain valid unless stated otherwise in this Program's General Terms and Conditions.
  2. If the Program involves collaboration with a Partner, all products, services, and benefits provided by the Partner are the Partner’s sole responsibility. Any complaints or issues related to these offerings must be directed to the relevant Partner.
  3. The Bank reserves the right to modify or update these General Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the Bank’s official channels. If the modifications affect benefits, risks, fees, or conditions, participants may file an objection in writing within 30 working days. If no objection is raised, participants are considered to have accepted the changes. Those who disagree may withdraw from the Program, provided they fulfill all financial obligations to the Bank.
  4. Participants confirm that their transactions do not involve money laundering or any unlawful activity under Indonesian regulations.
  5. If fraudulent activity, misuse, abnormal transactions, or money laundering is suspected, the Bank reserves the right to:
    • Cancel transactions
    • Terminate product or service usage
    • Revoke participation in the Program
    • Withhold Program benefits
    Participants remain responsible for fulfilling any outstanding obligations to the Bank.
  6. Any irregularities or suspected fraud should be immediately reported to Hello Danamon.
  7. These General Terms and Conditions comply with applicable laws and regulations, including those set forth by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
