Program Description

The General Terms and Conditions of the 15% (fifty percent) Discount Program at Nandini Jungle by Hanging Gardens (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) are the terms and conditions applicable to customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) who own and transact using a Card (“Cardholders”) who participate in the 15% (fifty percent) Savings Program at Nandini Jungle by Hanging Gardens (“Program”) organised by Bank Danamon in collaboration with merchant partner Nandini Jungle (“Nandini Jungle”).

Cardholders hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program as follows:

Program Period

The program is implemented during the period from 1 September 2025 to 31 August 2026 (“Program Period”).

Participating Outlet

The program is valid at Nandini Jungle, located at Jl. Banjar Susut, Desa Buahan, Payangan, Bali 80571, Indonesia.

Program Terms and Conditions

  1. The program is valid for the following Cardholders:
    (i) Bank Danamon Mastercard & GPN Debit/ATM Cards, and
    (ii) Bank Danamon Credit Cards and Charge Cards with Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express logos, excluding corporate cards ("Cards").
  2. Cardholders are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Cardholder's participation in the Program if the Cardholder does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  4. Cardholders are fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims arising from their participation in or cancellation of participation in the Program.
  5. The program is valid under the following conditions:
    • The program is applicable at Nandini Jungle, located at Banjar Susut, Buahan Village, Payangan, Bali 80571, Indonesia.
    • The program offers a 15% (fifteen percent) discount on every room booking transaction at the best available rate, subject to the applicable terms and conditions of Nandini Jungle.
    • The program is valid for bookings and/or reservations made directly with Nandini Jungle by Hanging Gardens.
    • The program includes a daily mezze breakfast for 2 (two) guests.
    • The program includes a freshly prepared fruit basket upon arrival, daily Balinese afternoon tea at Wild Ginger Restaurant, daily shuttle bus service to Ubud City, daily village tours, free cycling around the village, free high-speed Wi-Fi, and free daily sunset yoga at Djiwa Shala, subject to availability or applicable terms from Nandini Jungle.
    • For a minimum stay of 3 (three) nights, Cardholders will receive 1 (one) 60-minute spa session for 2 (two) guests.
    • For a minimum stay of 5 (five) nights, Cardholders will receive 1 (one) 3-course dinner for 2 (two) guests.
  6. The program is valid for both main and supplementary cards.
  7. The program is valid for 1 (one) transaction per day per Card with the same Card number.
  8. The program is valid every day, including national holidays, during the Program Period.
  9. The program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promotions.
  10. By making a transaction in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, Cardholders are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by its terms. The transaction serves as valid evidence of the Cardholder's participation in the Program and their agreement to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

Cardholder Complaints

  1. Cardholders and/or Cardholders representatives may file complaints regarding banking transactions/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. The complaint handling procedure can be accessed via the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. The products and/or services of merchant partners are not products of Bank Danamon and are not the responsibility of Bank Danamon, and are therefore entirely the responsibility of the merchant partners. If there are any problems and/or complaints regarding the products, services and/or Program, please contact the relevant merchant partner.
  2. Cardholders declare that there are no and will be no transactions that are suspected of money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the laws and regulations applicable in Indonesia.
  3. If there are indications of fraud, cheating, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering, and/or actions that are not in accordance with the laws and regulations in force, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of the Card, cancel participation in the Program, and/or revoke the benefits granted to the Cardholder. The Cardholder remains obliged to settle all of his/her obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  4. Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, as long as not regulated differently in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, are declared to remain valid and binding on the Cardholder and become an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  5. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program constitute an integral part and are an integral part of the ‘General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership’. ‘General Terms and Conditions of Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership’. These terms and conditions remain valid unless otherwise stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  6. Cardholders agree that Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel Cardholders' participation in this Program if Cardholders do not comply with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  7. Cardholders hereby agree and acknowledge that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend/change/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes in benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program and other changes, the Cardholder has the right to submit his/her objection in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of such changes by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon will consider the Cardholder to have accepted the changes if the Cardholder does not submit an objection within the aforementioned period. If the Cardholder does not accept the changes, the Cardholder has the right to cancel their participation in the Program by first settling all obligations of the Cardholder to Bank Danamon (if any).
  8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Agency (LPS).
  9. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

Reminder

Cardholders must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon by promising prizes of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or acting on behalf of the Programme are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
