Program Description

These General Terms and Conditions (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) constitute the terms and conditions applicable to Customers participating in the “Payroll Program – Scan QRIS for Lunch 100% Cashback up to IDR 15,000” (“Program”) organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk (“Bank Danamon”)

By participating, customer agree to and is bound by all provisions in these General Terms and Conditions of the program as follows:

Program Period

The Program Periode is from October 8 – December 31, 2025 (“Program Period”)

Program Participant Criteria

Customers eligible to participate in this program are as follows:

  1. Payroll customers from non-Bank Danamon Indonesia companies (Customers acquired by Danamon for Payroll channel) (“Customers”)

Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Before participating in the Program, the Customer must read, understand, and acknowledge the characteristics, benefits, risks, costs, and other provisions of the Program and agree to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to reject or cancel the Customer’s participation in this Program if the Customer does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. The Customer is fully responsible for any risks, losses, claims, lawsuits, and/or demands related to their participation or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. The Customer must have an account and be registered on the D-Bank PRO Mobile Banking Service.
  5. By conducting transactions in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the Program and these General Terms and Conditions. Transactions made by the Customer serve as valid proof of participation and consent to these terms.

Syarat dan Ketentuan Pemberian Hadiah

  1. Customers will receive the reward if they meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, subject to quota availability.
  2. Reward quota is determined as follows:
    1. Customers must make a payment transaction using QRIS via D-Bank PRO with a Debit Card and/or Credit Card as the source of funds, with no minimum transaction amount, between 11:00 – 13:00 WIB during the Program Period (“Transaction”).
    2. One (1) CIF is entitled to receive a maximum of two (2) Cashbacks during the Program Period.
    3. The Cashback quota is 12,000 Customers throughout the Program Period or 4,000 Customers per month (“Program Quota”).
    4. Participation in this Program is free of charge.
  3. The reward will be credited to the Savings Account used for the transaction on D-Bank PRO within a maximum of 45 (forty-five) business days after the end of the month in which the Transaction was made.
  4. Transaction verification is entirely at the discretion of Bank Danamon.
  5. Customers understand and agree that if the Cashback quota is exhausted before the Program Period ends, they will not receive Cashback.
  6. If the Customer’s account used for the Transaction is inactive, blocked, or in any condition preventing Cashback crediting, the Customer acknowledges that Cashback cannot be provided.

Program Participant Complaints

  1. Customers may submit complaints regarding banking products/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch, Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. Other terms and conditions related to banking products, services, and/or transactions remain valid and binding unless otherwise stated in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program form an integral part of the “General Terms and Conditions of Bank Danamon Accounts and Banking Services” and the “General Terms and Conditions of D-Bank PRO.” These terms remain valid unless otherwise specified herein.
  3. The Customer agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend, modify, or supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any changes will be communicated through Bank Danamon’s available communication channels. If there are changes to benefits, risks, costs, or terms, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection within 30 (thirty) business days from the date of notification. Failure to object within this period will be deemed as acceptance. If the Customer does not agree, they may cancel participation in the Program after fulfilling all obligations to Bank Danamon (if any). The Customer declares that there are no and will be no transactions indicative of money laundering and/or other prohibited transactions under Indonesian law.
  4. Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the reward if the Customer fails to meet these General Terms and Conditions.
  5. The Customer declares that there are no and will be no transactions indicative of money laundering and/or other prohibited transactions under Indonesian law.
  6. In case of fraud, irregularities, suspicious transactions, money laundering, or any actions contrary to applicable laws, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel transactions, participation in the Program, and/or Cashback rewards. The Customer remains obligated to settle all obligations to Bank Danamon.
  7. These General Terms and Conditions comply with applicable laws and regulations, including those of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
  8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI) and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) guarantee program.

Reminder

Customers must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals claiming to represent Bank Danamon and promising Cashback in any form. Any fraud or criminal acts committed by third parties in connection with or claiming to represent this Program are beyond Bank Danamon’s control.
