Program Description

General Terms and Conditions of the 20% (twenty percent) Discount or Buy 2 (two) Bakmi/Nasi Bonus 1 Drink at Janji Jiwa Makassar and 20% (twenty percent) Discount at Avirahotel Makassar Program (“General Terms and Conditions of this Program”) are the terms and conditions applicable to customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) who own and transact using a Card (“Cardholder”) participating in the 20% (twenty percent) Discount Programme or Buy 2 (two) Noodles/Rice Bonus 1 Drink at Janji Jiwa Makassar and 20% (twenty percent) discount at Avirahotel Makassar ("Program") organised by Bank Danamon in collaboration with merchant partners Janji Jiwa & Avirahotel Makassar.

Cardholders hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program as follows:

Program Period

The program runs from 15 September 2025 to 15 March 2026 ("Program Period”).

Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Cardholders are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel Cardholders' participation in this Program if Cardholders do not comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Cardholders are fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with the Cardholder's participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. The Program is valid under the following conditions:
    1. Janji Jiwa Program:
      1. The Janji Jiwa Program applies to Cardholders as follows: Danamon Debit Cards/Danamon Bank ATM Cards, Danamon Credit Cards bearing the Visa, Mastercard®, American Express®, and JCB logos, and Danamon American Express® Charge Cards, but does not include Corporate Cards, and applies to payment transactions using QRIS D -Bank PRO with funds sourced from Debit Cards ("QRIS Debit") and/or Credit Cards ("QRIS CC").
      2. The Janji Jiwa Program is subject to the following conditions:
        1. 20% Discount Program
          1. The 20% (twenty percent) Discount Program is valid with a minimum transaction of IDR 150,000.00 (one hundred and fifty thousand Rupiah) before tax and service charges.

          1. Buy 2 (two) portions of Bakmi or Buy 2 (two) portions of rice and get 1 (one) Bonus Classic Chocolate Regular drink. This offer is only valid at the Janji Jiwa Culture 1155 outlet, Avirahotel Adhyaksa Baru, Jl. Adhyaksa Baru No. 18a, Makassar.
          2. The program applies to the purchase of all noodle/rice variants available at Janji Jiwa (Mushroom Chicken Noodle, Smoked Cakalang Noodle, Truffle Mushroom Chicken Noodle, Curry Noodle, Indonesian Gultik Rice, Smoked Cakalang Rice, Salted Egg Chicken Rice, Crispy Chicken Skin Rice, and Red Sambal Chicken Rice).
          3. The Buy 2 (two) Portions of Bakmi or Buy 2 (two) Rice Dishes Bonus 1 (one) Regular Chocolate Drink program cannot be combined with the 20% (twenty percent) discount program or any other programs and/or promotions.
      3. The Janji Jiwa program applies to dining in and takeaway.
      4. The Janji Jiwa program applies every day, including public holidays, during the Program Period.
    2. avirahotel Program:
      1. The avirahotel program applies to Cardholders as follows: Danamon Debit Cards/Danamon Bank ATM Cards, Danamon Credit Cards bearing the Visa, Mastercard®, American Express®, and JCB logos, and Danamon American Express® Charge Cards (however, this does not include Corporate-type Credit Cards and Charge Cards)
      2. The avirahotel Program is subject to the following conditions:
        1. The avirahotel program offers a 20% (twenty percent) discount/price reduction, applicable to room bookings of at least 1 (one) room for 3 (three) nights.
        2. The program applies to bookings of all room types.

        4. The program is subject to the rates set by avirahotel.
        5. Room price information and bookings can only be made directly with Avirahotel.
        6. The program is not valid during the blackout period, which is on 31 December 2025.
  5. The program applies to both primary and supplementary cards.
  6. The program applies to one (1) transaction per day with the same card number.
  7. The program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promotions.
  8. By conducting transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, Cardholders are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. Transactions conducted by Cardholders constitute valid proof of Cardholders' participation in the Program and Cardholders' agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

Customer Complaints

  1. Cardholders and/or Cardholder representatives may submit complaints regarding banking products/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. The complaint service procedure can be accessed via the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. The products and/or services of merchant partners are not the products and responsibility of Bank Danamon, and are therefore entirely the responsibility of the merchant partners. If you encounter any problems and/or have any complaints regarding these products, services, and/or Programs, please contact the relevant merchant partner.
  2. Cardholders declare that there are no and will be no transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  3. If there are indications of fraud, cheating, abuse, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering, and/or other actions that are not in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of Bank Danamon products/services, cancel participation in the Program, or cancel the provision of Program benefits to the Cardholder concerned. Cardholders remain obligated to settle all their obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  4. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program form an integral part of the "General Terms and Conditions of Bank Danamon Accounts and Banking Services", "General Terms and Conditions of the latest version of D-Bank PRO", "General Terms and Conditions of Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk", the "General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Debit/ATM Cards", the "General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership", the "General Terms and Conditions of Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership", and other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these provisions and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall prevail.
  5. Cardholders hereby agree and acknowledge that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend/change/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, as well as other changes, the Cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of such changes by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Cardholder agrees that the Cardholder is deemed to have agreed to the changes if the Cardholder does not submit an objection within the above period. If the Cardholder does not agree to the changes, the Cardholder has the right to cancel their participation in the Programme by first settling all of the Cardholder's obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  6. If any provision in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program is prohibited or cannot be implemented or becomes invalid or is declared null and void by a government or court ruling, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, and the other provisions shall remain valid and binding and can be implemented as stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  7. If any irregularities related to this Program are found or if fraud is suspected, Cardholders are advised to immediately inform Hello Danamon.
  8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).
  9. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

Reminder

Cardholders must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon by promising gifts of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or acting on behalf of the Programme are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
