Program Description

General Terms and Conditions of the Program (“General Terms and Conditions”) constitute the terms and conditions applicable to Customers participating in Cashback Program for QRIS Crossborder Transaction (“Program”) organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”).

By participating, the Customer agrees to and is bound by all provisions set forth in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period

Program Period is from 11 November 2025 – 31 January 2026. (“Program Period”).

Program Participant Criteria

Customers who are eligible to participate in this Program are as follows:

  1. Danamon customers who have an active Danamon savings account during the Program Period.
  2. Customers who conduct transactions as stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  3. Customers who have D-Bank PRO.
  4. This program is also valid for Bank Danamon employees.

hereinafter referred to as “Customer”.

General Term and Condition

  1. Before participating in the Program, Customers are required to read, understand, and comprehend the characteristics, benefits, risks, costs, and other provisions of the Program and agree to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Customer's participation in this Program if the Customer does not comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. The Customer is fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with the Customer's participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. Customers must have an account and be registered with the D-Bank PRO Mobile Banking Service.
  5. By conducting transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and to be subject to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program. Transactions conducted by the Customer constitute valid evidence of the Customer's participation in the Program and the Customer's agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

Cashback Disbursement

  1. Customers will receive prizes if they fulfill the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, provided the quota is available.
  2. The Prize scheme is in the form of cashback ("Prize").
  3. For this Program, to receive the cashback prize, Customers must comply with the program terms and conditions of 10% up to IDR 50,000 (fifty thousand Rupiah) by making payment transactions using QRIS D-Bank PRO Crossborder using savings funds with a minimum transaction of IDR 100,000 (one hundred thousand Rupiah) ("Transaction").
  4. The Cashback Program Quota for QRIS Crossborder Transactions is subject to the following conditions:
    Program Period Program Quota
    11 - 30 November 2025 600 Transactions
    1 - 31 December 2025 900 Transactions
    1 - 31 January 2026 1.000 Transactions
  5. Valid transactions are QRIS Crossborder transactions conducted in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Japan (for Japan, transactions will begin to be calculated starting August 17).
  6. The maximum QRIS transaction limit set by Bank Indonesia is IDR 10,000,000 (ten million Rupiah) per transaction, and a maximum of IDR 25,000,000 (twenty-five million Rupiah) per day.
  7. For one CIF (Customer Information File), customers are only entitled to a maximum of three (3) cashback transactions during the Program Period.
  8. Cashback will be credited to the customer's bank account used to make the transaction no later than 30 (thirty) business days after the Program Period ends in the month in which the transaction was made.
  9. Customer participation in this Program is free of charge.
  10. If the customer's account used to make the transaction is inactive, blocked, or in any other condition that prevents cashback crediting, the customer hereby acknowledges that cashback cannot be provided.

Customer Complaints

  1. Customers can submit complaints about banking products/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id which is available 24 hours a day.
  2. The procedure for customer complaints can be accessed through the website https://www.danamon.co.id/en/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah .

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. Other terms and conditions related to banking products, services, and/or transactions, as long as not regulated differently in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, shall remain valid and binding on the Customer and become an integral part of this Program.
  2. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral part of the “General Terms and Conditions of Bank Danamon Accounts and Banking Services” and “General Terms and Conditions of D-Bank PRO”. These terms and conditions remain valid unless otherwise stated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  3. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to revise/amend/supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to these General Terms and Conditions will be communicated through the communication channels available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to benefits, risks, fees, terms, and conditions under these General Terms and Conditions, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) business days from the date the changes are communicated by Bank Danamon. The Customer agrees that if no objection is submitted within the specified period, the Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the changes. If the Customer does not agree to the changes, the Customer has the right to cancel their participation in the Program, provided that all obligations to Bank Danamon (if any) have been settled. The Customer declares that there are no and will not be any Transactions that indicate money laundering or other Transactions prohibited under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  4. The Customer agrees that Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the Prize distribution under this Program if the Customer does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  5. The Customer declares that there are no and will be no transactions that are suspected of money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  6. In the event of any indication of fraud, misconduct and/or irregular Transactions, unreasonable Transactions, money laundering, and/or actions that violate applicable laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the Transactions, cancel the Customer’s participation in the Program, and/or cancel the Cashback distribution to the relevant Customer. The Customer remains obligated to settle all outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon.
  7. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program have been adjusted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including regulations issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
  8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI), and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) guarantee program.

Reminder

Customers must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon by promising cashback in any form. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or acting on behalf of the Program are outside the authority of Bank Danamon.
