Program Description

The General Terms and Conditions of the NTP Deal 2026 Program ("General Terms and Conditions of the Program") are the terms and conditions applicable to Customers participating in the New To Product (NTP) Deal 2026 Program (“Program”) organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) and form an integral part of the NTP Deal 2026 Program Participation Form (“Form”).

The Customer hereby agrees to and binds themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period

The Program Period shall commence on 1 January 2026 and end on 31 March 2026 (“Program Period”).

Program Participant Criteria

Customers eligible to participate in this Program are those who meet the following criteria:

  1. New to Product (NTP) Customers, namely Customers who do not have mutual funds, bonds, structured products and/or deposits for 6 (six) months prior to participating in the Program, both conventional and sharia products, or Customers who have mutual funds, bonds, structured products and/or deposits but have no transactions (purchases, placements, transfer, or sale) in the 6 (six) months prior to participating in the Program, whether conventional or sharia products, with a savings or current account ( ) with an active single account status. This does not apply to joint accounts (joint or”), combined accounts (join and”), and inactive (dormant) accounts.
    Note:
    Transactions considered in this Program do not include
    • For mutual funds:
      (i) Money Market Mutual Fund purchases
      (ii) Mutual Fund transactions using Danamon Regular Investment Plan (DRIP)
    • For bonds:
      (i) Retail bond purchases in the primary market
  2. Non-New to Product (Non-NTP) customers who have conducted mutual fund, bond, and/or structured product transactions within the last 6 (six) months prior to participating in the Program, whether conventional or sharia products, and then purchase mutual fund, bond, and/or structured products using fresh funds, with a savings or current account with active single account status. This does not apply to joint accounts (joint "or"), joint accounts (joint "and"), and dormant accounts.

General Terms and Conditions of the Program

  1. Customers must read, accept, understand and agree to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program and register by signing the Form and the General Terms and Conditions of this Program attached thereto, which form an integral part of the Form, and agree to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel the Customer's participation in this Program if the Customer does not comply with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  3. The Customer is solely responsible for all risks, losses, claims, and/or liabilities arising from the Customer's participation in and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. Fresh funds used for product purchases are (i) funds deposited in cash through a Bank Danamon branch; or (ii) funds transferred to the Customer's account, which are calculated by adding the funds to the baseline. Fresh funds must be equal to or greater than the nominal value of the product purchase to participate in this Program. The calculation of fresh funds is as follows:
    Current month's balance : Savings Balance + Current Account + Deposits + Investment Balance
    Baseline : Savings Balance + Current Account + Deposits + Investment Balance at the end of the previous month
  5. Customers are required to make a purchase transaction from one or more of the following product types:
    1. MUTUAL FUND PRODUCTS AND/OR BONDS
      1. Purchase or transfer of mutual fund products and/or purchase of bond products with a minimum net value of IDR 50,000,000 (fifty million Rupiah) per product per transaction.
      2. Purchase or transfer of mutual fund products and/or purchase of bond products only applies to transactions with a minimum service fee (fee) of 1% (one percent), which will be calculated in this Program.
      3. The purchase or transfer of mutual fund products and the purchase of bond products do not include: (i) money market mutual funds and Danamon Regular Investment Plan (DRIP) for mutual funds; and (ii) the purchase of retail bonds in the primary market for bond products.
      4. If the investment transaction is conducted in a foreign currency, the minimum transaction amount will be calculated using the exchange rate applicable in the Danamon Bank system at the time of the transaction.
      5. Accumulation applies to purchases per mutual fund and/or bond product that meet the General Terms and Conditions of this Program and are made in the same month.  
      6. The products included are mutual funds and bonds, including but not limited to non-Sharia mutual funds, Sharia-based mutual funds, non-Sharia bonds, and Sharia-based bonds.  
    2. STRUCTURED PRODUCTS
      1. Purchases of Market Linked Deposit (MLD) and/or Dual Currency Investment (DCI) with a minimum net purchase amount equivalent to IDR 50,000,000.00 (fifty million Rupiah) per product per transaction.
      2. The purchase of Market Linked Deposit (MLD) products is only applicable for transactions with a minimum service fee of 0.75% p.a. (zero point seven five percent per annum) and a minimum tenor of 6 (six) months, which will be calculated under this Programme.
      3. The purchase of Dual Currency Investment (DCI) products is only valid for transactions with a minimum service fee of 2% p.a. (two percent per annum) and a minimum tenor of 1 (one) month, which will be calculated under this Program.
      4. If the investment transaction is made in a foreign currency, the minimum transaction amount will be calculated using the exchange rate applicable in the Danamon Bank system at the time of the transaction.
      5. Accumulation applies to purchases of structured products that meet the General Terms and Conditions of this Program and are made in the same month.
    3. DEPOSIT PRODUCT
      1. The minimum opening amount for a deposit product is IDR 50,000,000 (fifty million rupiah) per product per transaction.
      2. The opening of a deposit product must originate from fresh funds.
      3. The tenor must be at least 6 (six) months.
      4. In the event that the Customer withdraws or closes the deposit product before the specified tenor, the Customer will be subject to a penalty in accordance with the applicable product terms and conditions, and any rewards already received by the Customer will be withdrawn by the Bank and deducted from the deposit withdrawal amount.
      5. Accumulation applies to deposit products that meet the General Terms and Conditions of this Program and are opened in the same month.
      6. Applies only to the opening of products in Indonesian Rupiah with the maximum interest rate/profit sharing rate in accordance with the interest rate/profit sharing rate of Online Deposits.
  6. This programme cannot be combines with other programmes.  

Terms and Conditions of Rewards

  1. Customers who participate in the Program and meet the General Terms and Conditions of this Program are entitled to receive a prize ("Prize") based on the following scheme:

    1. Only purchase transactions of products with a net purchase/placement amount of at least IDR 50,000,000 (fifty million Rupiah) per product per transaction will be counted toward the Customer's fulfillment assessment for Program participation.
    2. The additional fresh fund reward for investment products using fresh funds applies to purchases of each mutual fund, bond, and/or structured product, where the total fresh funds must be equal to or greater than the total purchase amount of the mutual fund, bond, and/or structured product. If the fresh funds are not equal to or greater than the total purchase amount of the product, the cashback reward for investment product purchases using fresh funds will be calculated based on the total purchase amount of the investment products using fresh funds.
    3. The reward for deposit product placements only applies to placements using fresh funds.
    4. Customers who purchase products and fulfill the General Terms and Conditions of the Main Scheme Program are eligible to receive an additional reward in the form of Zurich Microinsurance Dengue Fever Plus.
    5. Customers who have made product purchase transactions under the Main Scheme and fulfilled the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, and then purchase an ETF Mutual Fund product with a minimum purchase amount of IDR 50,000,000 (fifty million rupiah) within the same month, are eligible to receive an additional reward under the Additional Scheme.
    6. ETF Mutual Fund transactions counted toward the Additional Scheme are purchase transactions only and do not include transfer or sales transactions.
    7. Customers who purchase two (2) or more products in the NTP category within the same month and fulfill the General Terms and Conditions of the Program are eligible to receive an additional reward under the Additional Scheme.
    8. ETF Mutual Funds are not included in the product purchase calculation for the Additional Scheme – Combo Bundling Package.
    9. Rewards are not cumulative.
  1. Rewards will be given to Customers no later than 45 (forty-five) working days from the end of the month in which the Customer fulfills the requirements to receive the Reward.
  2. Cashback rewards are regulated as follows:
    1. If transactions are conducted on products in foreign currency, the Cashback Reward will be credited in Rupiah based on the exchange rate applicable in Bank Danamon's system at the time of the product purchase transaction. The Cashback Reward will be credited to the Customer's active savings account in Rupiah as indicated on the Form.
    2. The Customer understands and agrees that the Cashback Reward will be considered as interest income received by the Customer on the account that serves as the source of funds for the product purchase. Therefore, if the Cashback Reward exceeds the maximum insured interest rate set by the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) for savings, the portion exceeding that rate is not insured by the Deposit Insurance Corporation. The Customer can check changes to the maximum insured interest rate through Bank Danamon branch offices or via Hello Danamon.
  3. For the Dengue Fever Plus Microinsurance reward:
    1. Individual Customers who fulfill the Program Terms and Conditions and are under 65 years of age will receive the Dengue Fever Plus Microinsurance Product, valid for 12 months from the policy effective date, with a premium amount of IDR 50,000.00 (fifty thousand Rupiah).
    2. The Customer will receive the Dengue Fever Plus Microinsurance Product policy sent to the email address registered with Bank Danamon. The waiting period for claim submission is 10 calendar days from the policy effective date.
    3. The waiting period for claim submission is 10 calendar days from the policy effective date.
    4. The Customer covered under the Dengue Fever Plus Microinsurance is the Customer participating in the Program (non-transferable).
  4. The Customer is fully responsible for any tax obligations (if applicable) on the received cashback in accordance with the prevailing tax regulations in Indonesia from time to time.

Illustration Explanation:

  1. Customer A does not receive a reward for the purchased Mutual Fund because the purchase amount is less than IDR 50 million.
  2. Customer B receives a reward for the purchased Mutual Fund according to the NTP scheme of IDR 50 million – < IDR 200 million.
  3. Customer C receives a reward for the purchased Bond according to the NTP scheme of IDR 200 million – < IDR 500 million.
  4. Customer D receives a reward for the purchased Bond according to the NTP scheme of ≥ IDR 500 million.
  5. Customer E receives a reward for the purchased Mutual Fund and Bond according to the NTP scheme of IDR 50 million – < IDR 200 million, plus an additional reward under the Additional Scheme.
  6. Customer F receives a reward for the purchased MLD according to the NTP scheme of IDR 200 million – < IDR 500 million.
  7. Customer G receives a reward for the purchased Mutual Fund according to the NTP scheme of ≥ IDR 500 million, plus an additional reward under the fresh fund scheme for transactions using fresh funds.
  8. Customer H receives a reward for the purchased Mutual Fund according to the NTP scheme of ≥ IDR 500 million, plus an additional reward under the fresh fund scheme for transactions using fresh funds. The amount of the fresh fund reward is capped according to the transaction volume of the purchased product.
  9. Customer I does not receive a reward for the purchased Mutual Fund because it does not meet the NTP criteria.
  10. Customer J does not receive a reward for the purchased Deposit because the source of funds is not from fresh funds.
  11. Customer K receives a reward for the purchased Deposit according to the additional scheme with fresh funds.
  12. Customer L receives a reward for the purchased Bond according to the NTP scheme of IDR 50 million – < IDR 200 million, plus an additional reward under the Additional Scheme.

Program Participant Complaints

  1. Customers may submit complaints regarding banking products/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Danamon Bank branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. Procedures regarding customer complaint services can be accessed via the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Other Term and Conditions

  1. The verification and approval process for opening/purchasing products is the sole authority of Bank Danamon.
  2. Zurich insurance products are not products of Bank Danamon. All responsibility and risk for such insurance products are the sole responsibility of Zurich, and therefore any issues and/or complaints regarding the products and/or services should be directed to Zurich.
  3. Customers hereby understand that there are risks associated with investment products. Investment products are not Bank Danamon deposit products and are therefore not guaranteed by Bank Danamon and are not covered by the Deposit Insurance Scheme. Investment products involve investment risks, whereby customers may lose some or all of the value invested.
  4. Customers are required to read and understand the general terms and conditions applicable to Investment Products, including the marketing documents provided by Bank Danamon, before purchasing Investment Products, including all risks involved.
  5. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral part of the "General Terms and Conditions of Accounts and Banking Services", "General Terms and Conditions of Sharia Accounts and Banking Services", "General Terms and Conditions of Investment Products", and "General Terms and Conditions of D-Bank PRO". In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these provisions and the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the General Terms and Conditions of this Program shall prevail.
  6. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend/change/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Customer has the right to submit their objections in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of such changes by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Customer agrees that the Customer is deemed to have accepted the changes if the Customer does not submit an objection within the aforementioned period. If the Customer does not agree to the changes, the Customer has the right to cancel their participation in the Program after first settling all of the Customer's obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  7. The Customer declares that there are no and will be no transactions that are suspected of money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  8. If there are indications of fraud, misconduct, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering, and/or actions that are not in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, cancel the Customer's participation in the Program, or revoke the benefits of the Program for the relevant Customer. The Customer remains obligated to settle all outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  9. If any provision in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program is prohibited or cannot be enforced or becomes invalid or void by law due to a government or court decision, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, and the other provisions shall remain valid and binding and enforceable as stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  10. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority (OJK). 
  11. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Agency (LPS).

Warning

Customers are advised to be cautious of fraud committed by individuals claiming to represent Bank Danamon and offering prizes in any form. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by third parties associated with or claiming to represent the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
