Program Implementation

General Terms and Conditions of the Danamon Member Get Member (MGM) Program May – July 2026 (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) constitute the terms and conditions applicable to Customers participating in the Danamon Member Get Member (MGM) Program May – July 2026 (the “Program”) organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”), and form an integral and inseparable part of the Danamon Member Get Member (MGM) Program Participation Form May – July 2026 (the “Form”).

Nasabah dengan ini setuju dan mengikatkan diri terhadap seluruh ketentuan dalam Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program sebagai berikut:

Program Period

The registration period for the Program by Referring Customers and the opening of accounts for Prospective Customers is valid from 4 May 2026 to 31 July 2026 ("Program Period").

Program Participant Criteria

  1. Danamon Bank individual customers who refer new Danamon Bank customers to this Program ("Referring Customers").
  2. Prospective individual customers who have never opened or held any products/services/accounts with Danamon Bank ("Prospective Customers").
  3. The program does not apply to Bank Danamon employees. 

(The Referring Customer and Prospective Customer are collectively referred to as "Customers").

General Terms and Conditions of the Program

  1. To participate in this Program, the Referrer Customer must first register by signing the Form as well as these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. The Referrer Customer is required to read and understand these General Terms and Conditions of the Program and sign the Form prior to the referred Customer opening an account.
  3. Bank Danamon reserves the right at any time to refuse or cancel the participation of the Referrer Customer and/or the granting of rewards under this Program if the Referrer Customer and/or Prospective Customer does not fulfill the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  4. The Referrer Customer shall be fully responsible for any risks of loss, demands, claims, lawsuits, and/or any other claims in relation to the participation and/or cancellation of participation of the Referrer Customer in this Program.
  5. The Prospective Customer is required to open a savings account at Bank Danamon (excluding digital products and current accounts), for the Optimal or Privilege program as stipulated in point V.1 of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  6. Bank Danamon reserves the right to accept, postpone, or reject any account opening application from the Prospective Customer in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable to savings account opening, and for this purpose Bank Danamon will provide notification to the Prospective Customer in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations.
  7. The Prospective Customer is required to participate in the fund blocking program that is valid during the Program Period (“Fund Blocking Program”) with a minimum blocking tenor of 3 (three) months. The funds placed by the Prospective Customer for the Fund Blocking Program must be fresh funds, namely funds obtained through transfer from another bank account to the account under the name of the Prospective Customer.
  8. The Prospective Customer is required to comply with the general terms and conditions of the program as referred to in point 7 above, which are regulated separately from the Form and these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  9. In the event that the Prospective Customer opens a joint account (joint account AND/OR), all such Prospective Customers must be new customers, with the following provisions:
    1. The Prospective Customer is not permitted to open a joint account (joint account AND/OR) with the Referrer Customer;
    2. Any joint account opened shall be counted as 1 (one) Prospective Customer, notwithstanding that all Prospective Customers opening such account are new customers.
  10. The Prospective Customer is not permitted to have a joint account (joint account AND/OR) with the Referrer Customer.
  11. The Referrer Customer and the Prospective Customer must not share the same residential address (correspondence domicile address registered and recorded in the Bank Danamon system).
  12. In the event that more than one Referrer Customer refers the same Prospective Customer, the Referrer Customer who is eligible to receive the reward shall be the first Referrer Customer who meets the General Terms and Conditions of the Program based on the data recorded by Bank Danamon and the earliest date of receipt of the Form by Bank Danamon.
  13. No fees shall be charged to Program Participants for participation in this Program.

Terms for Referrer Reward

  1. For 1 (one) Referring Customer, they may refer a maximum of 15 (fifteen) Prospective Customers each month, with the following mechanism:

    Privilege Prospective customers are required to participate in the program with a minimum deposit of IDR 500,000,000, which will be blocked for a minimum of three months. 1-2 Prospective Customers IDR 500,000 per Prospective Customer
    >= 3 Prospective Customers IDR 2,000,000 per Prospective Customer
    Reward Illustration::
    In the same month, Referring Customer A referred two prospective customers who participated in the IDR 50,000,000 fund blocking program for Optimal and three prospective customers who participated in the IDR 500,000,000 fund blocking program for Privilege.
    Based on this, the reward value received by Referring Customer A is IDR 6,300,000 (six million five hundred thousand rupiah), with the following details:

  2. Exclusively for Referring Customers who achieve a total number of Privilege Customer referrals in accordance with the table below during the Program Period, they will be entitled to receive additional rewards in the form of:

    Note
    1. Rewards shall be calculated based on the segmentation of the Prospective Customers referred by the Referrer Customer.
    2. In the event that the Prospective Customer changes their segmentation as stated in the Form at any time, the applicable segmentation shall be the segmentation in accordance with the Program participated in by the Prospective Customer.
    3. Cash rewards shall be credited to the Referrer Customer’s Rupiah savings account that is active and registered in the Program no later than 45 (forty-five) working days after the Customer fulfills the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
    4. Travel vouchers or any remaining value thereof are non-cashable, and will be granted to the Referrer Customer who fulfills the General Terms and Conditions of the Program no later than 45 (forty-five) working days after the end of the Program Period, which will be delivered to the Referrer Customer’s branch as recorded in Bank Danamon’s system and handed over by a marketing officer.
    5. The Bank applies applicable tax regulations to this Program. Any tax obligations shall be the responsibility of each respective party to the relevant tax authority.
    6. The Referrer Customer will receive a Tax Withholding Slip (if any) for the rewards, which may be obtained at Bank Danamon branch offices.


Other Terms and Conditions

  1. The verification and approval process of opening a savings account is the exclusive authority of Bank Danamon.
  2. Bank Danamon's decisions concerning the Program, including but not limited to the acquisition of personal data of Prospective Customers for the purposes of determining whether the Referring Customer receives the reward are final and shall be inviolable against all Customers who participate in the Program, both Prospective Customers and Referring Customers.  
  3. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program form an integral part of the "General Terms and Conditions of Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk" and the "General Terms and Conditions of Sharia Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk". In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these terms and conditions and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall prevail.
  4. Customers hereby agree and acknowledge that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend/change/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of such changes by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Customer agrees that the Customer is deemed to have agreed to the changes if the Customer does not submit an objection within that period. If the Customer does not agree to the changes, the Customer has the right to cancel their participation in the Program by first settling all of the Customer's obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  5. The customer declares that there are no transactions that indicate money laundering and/or transactions that are not permitted under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  6. If there are indications of fraud, cheating, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, indications of money laundering and/or indications of actions that are not in accordance with laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, participation in the Program and/or the awarding of prizes to the Customer. Customers remain obligated to settle all their obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  7. If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program is prohibited or cannot be implemented or becomes invalid or is declared null and void by a government or court ruling, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, and the other provisions shall remain valid and binding and can be implemented as stipulated in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  8. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority.
  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia, and is a participant in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Reminder

Beware of fraud. Make sure the Customer is careful and not deceived by individuals claiming to represent Bank Danamon promising rewards. All forms of fraud or other acts committed by other / third parties associated with this Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
