Program Implementation

General Terms and Conditions of the Danamon Member Get Member (MGM) Program November 2025 - April 2026 ("General Terms and Conditions of the Program") are the terms and conditions that apply to Customers who participate in the Danamon Member Get Member (MGM) Program November 2025 - April 2026 (“Program”) organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) and form an integral and inseparable part of the Danamon Member Get Member (MGM) Program Participation Form November 2025 - April 2026 (“Form”).

Customers hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period

The registration period for the Program by Referring Customers and the opening of accounts for Prospective Customers is valid from 1 November 2025 to 30 April 2026 ("Program Period").

Program Participant Criteria

  1. Danamon Bank individual customers who refer new Danamon Bank customers to this Program ("Referring Customers").
  2. Prospective individual customers who have never opened or held any products/services/accounts with Danamon Bank ("Prospective Customers").
  3. The program does not apply to Bank Danamon employees. 

(The Referring Customer and Prospective Customer are collectively referred to as "Customers").

Program Terms and Conditions

  1. To participate in this Program, the Referring Customer must first register by signing the Form and signing the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Referring Customers must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program and sign the form before the Referred Customer opens an account.
  3. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel the participation of the Referring Customer and/or the granting of rewards for this Program at any time if the Referring Customer and/or Prospective Customer does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  4. The Referring Customer is fully responsible for all risks of losses, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with the participation and/or cancellation of the Referring Customer's participation in this Program.
  5. Prospective Customers are required to open a Bank Danamon savings account (not applicable for digital and current account products).
  6. Bank Danamon reserves the right to accept, delay or reject a Prospective Customer's application to open an account in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the savings account opening requirements and for this purpose Bank Danamon will notify the Prospective Customer in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations.
  7. Prospective Customers are required to participate in a fund blocking program with a minimum period of 3 months currently in effect at Bank Danamon during the Program Period as stipulated in the separate general terms and conditions of the program.
  8. Prospective Customers must meet the general terms and conditions of the program as referred to in point 7 above, which are regulated separately from this Form and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  9. The fund requirements for Prospective Customers are fresh funds (fresh fund), namely: (i) funds deposited in cash through a Bank Danamon branch office; or (ii) funds transferred to a savings account opened by the Prospective Customer from a bank account other than an account at Bank Danamon.
  10. If there are Prospective Customers opening joint accounts (joint account AND/OR), then all of these Prospective Customers must be new customers, with the following conditions:
    1. Prospective Customers are not permitted to open joint accounts (joint account AND/OR) together with Referring Customers; and
    2. The joint account opened is counted as 1 (one) Prospective Customer even if all Prospective Customers who open the account are new customers.
  11. Prospective Customers are not permitted to have a joint account (joint account AND/OR) with the Referring Customer.
  12. The Referring Customer and Prospective Customer are not permitted to have the same residential address (correspondence address registered and recorded in the Bank Danamon system).
  13. If there is more than one Referring Customer referring the same Prospective Customer, the Referring Customer who is entitled to receive the reward is the first Referring Customer who meets the General Terms and Conditions of this Programme based on the data recorded at Bank Danamon and based on the earliest date of receipt of the Form by Bank Danamon.
  14. There are no fees charged to Program Participants for participating in this Program.

Terms for Referrer Reward

  1. For 1 (one) Referring Customer, they may refer a maximum of 15 (fifteen) Prospective Customers each month, with the following mechanism:

    Privilege Prospective customers are required to participate in the program with a minimum deposit of IDR 500,000,000, which will be blocked for a minimum of three months. 1-2 Prospective Customers IDR 500,000 per Prospective Customer
    >= 3 Prospective Customers IDR 2,000,000 per Prospective Customer
    Reward Illustration::
    In the same month, Referring Customer A referred two prospective customers who participated in the IDR 50,000,000 fund blocking program for Optimal and three prospective customers who participated in the IDR 500,000,000 fund blocking program for Privilege.
    Based on this, the reward value received by Referring Customer A is IDR 6,300,000 (six million five hundred thousand rupiah), with the following details:

  2. Specifically for Referring Customers who have a total of Privilege Customer referrals as per the table below during the Program Period, they will receive an additional reward in the form of:

    Note
    1. Rewards will be calculated based on the segments of Prospective Customers recommended by the Referring Customer.
    2. In the event that the Prospective Customer opens an AND/OR joint account, then the joint account will be counted as 1 (one) Prospective Customer irrespective all Prospective Customers must be new customers.
    3. Cash rewards will be credited to the Referrer's active Rupiah Savings account registered in the Programme within a maximum of 45 (forty-five) working days from the date the Customer meets the Programme's general terms and conditions.
    4. Travel vouchers or the remaining value of travel vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and will be given to Referring Customers who meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Programme no later than 45 (forty-five) working days from the end of the Program Period. They will be sent to the Referring Customer's branch as recorded in the Bank Danamon system and will be handed over by a marketing officer.
    5. The net prize amount has been tax-deducted, with the prize tax borne by Bank Danamon.
    6. Proof of tax deduction for cash rewards can be obtained through Bank Danamon branches.


Other Terms and Conditions

  1. The verification and approval process of opening a savings account is the exclusive authority of Bank Danamon.
  2. Bank Danamon's decisions concerning the Program, including but not limited to the acquisition of personal data of Prospective Customers for the purposes of determining whether the Referring Customer receives the reward are final and shall be inviolable against all Customers who participate in the Program, both Prospective Customers and Referring Customers.  
  3. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program form an integral part of the "General Terms and Conditions of Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk" and the "General Terms and Conditions of Sharia Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk". In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these terms and conditions and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall prevail.
  4. Customers hereby agree and acknowledge that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend/change/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of such changes by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Customer agrees that the Customer is deemed to have agreed to the changes if the Customer does not submit an objection within that period. If the Customer does not agree to the changes, the Customer has the right to cancel their participation in the Program by first settling all of the Customer's obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  5. The customer declares that there are no transactions that indicate money laundering and/or transactions that are not permitted under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  6. If there are indications of fraud, cheating, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, indications of money laundering and/or indications of actions that are not in accordance with laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, participation in the Program and/or the awarding of prizes to the Customer. Customers remain obligated to settle all their obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  7. If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program is prohibited or cannot be implemented or becomes invalid or is declared null and void by a government or court ruling, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, and the other provisions shall remain valid and binding and can be implemented as stipulated in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  8. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority.
  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia, and is a participant in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Reminder

Beware of fraud. Make sure the Customer is careful and not deceived by individuals claiming to represent Bank Danamon promising rewards. All forms of fraud or other acts committed by other / third parties associated with this Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
