- As the customer has met the program terms and conditions, they were eligible to participate in this program and receive an iPhone 17 Pro Max 2 TB as a reward.
- In the 3rd, 4th, and 5th months, the customer did not make monthly deposits of IDR 6.1 million into the Cita2Ku Berhadiah Savings Account, so the account was closed by Bank Danamon and the customer was charged a penalty fee of IDR 53,500,000. The penalty fee will be paid by the customer in a single payment, with Bank Danamon debiting the customer's account at Bank Danamon.
