Program Top It Up Gift

The program is valid from 2-31 January 2026 ("Program Period").

This program is open to Bank Danamon customers who meet the following criteria ("Customers"):

1. Individuals who have a Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB savings account or non-individuals who have a Danamon LEBIH/Danamon LEBIH iB savings account; or
2. Customers who are selected and invited by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon branch offices.

1. Every Customer participating in this Program must first register by completing and signing the Program Participation Form.
2. Customers must ensure that they have updated their data, including but not limited to their address, telephone number and email address.
3. Customers must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
4. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Customer's participation in this Program if the Customer does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
5. Customers are fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
6. The Program is valid for Customers who have completed the Form, deposited funds, hold funds and/or opened an account as stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
7. The Program Scheme options are as follows:
   1. Hold Fund Scheme
      1. Fresh Fund
         1. Customers are required to deposit fresh funds into their Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB/Danamon LEBIH/Danamon LEBIH iB accounts by: (i) depositing cash into the account through a Bank Danamon branch office; or (ii) funds transferred to the Customer's account used for participation in this program originating from another bank account ("Fresh Fund Deposit").
         2. Customer funds must be hold in accordance with the nominal amount listed in the table in point III.7,a.i.4 below, on the same day as the Customer's participation in this Program.
         3. Fresh Fund Placements must be made a maximum of 7 (seven) calendar days before hold the funds.
         4. Customers who have made Fresh Fund Placements and hold funds will receive prizes as specified in the table below ("Fresh Fund Grand Prizes"):

      2. Retention
         1. The Retention Scheme only applies to customers who have been selected and invited by Bank Danamon.
         2. Customers who have been selected and invited by Bank Danamon are required to hold funds in accordance with the nominal amount stated in the table in point III.7,a.ii.4 below, on the same day that the customer participates in this Program.
         3. Customers may hold funds as specified in point 2 using funds released from hold based on the Hold Fund Scheme – Fresh Fund or funds already in the Customer's account that are free from any form of being hold or encumbrance.
         4. Invited Customers who have hold funds will receive a prize as specified in the table below ("Fund Retention Grand Prizes"):

   2. Term Savings Scheme
      1. The Term Savings scheme applies specifically for individual customers.
      2. Customers are required to open a Tabungan Cita2Ku Berhadiah Account/Hajj Savings Account by filling out the Tabungan Cita2Ku Berhadiah Account/Hajj Savings Account opening form at a Bank Danamon branch.
      3. Customers are required to provide funds in the amount of the Initial Deposit and one Monthly Deposit (for the first debit) in their Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB account, which will be the source account for debits to their Tabungan Cita2ku Berhadiah Account/Hajj Savings Plan. The debit must be successfully made on the same date as the opening date of the Tabungan Cita2Ku Berhadiah Account/Hajj Savings Plan, in accordance with the Initial Deposit and Monthly Deposit amounts stated in point III.7,b.v below.
      4. Customers must provide a minimum amount of Monthly Deposit (for the second and subsequent Monthly Deposits) and a minimum balance in the Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB account used as the source account for debiting to the Tabungan Cita2ku Berhadiah Account/Hajj Savings Plan account every month, before the debit date to the Tabungan Cita2ku Berhadiah Account/Hajj Savings Plan Account.
      5. Customers who have fulfilled the requirements as stated in points ii to iii above will receive a prize with the following conditions ("Grand Prize for Term Savings"):

8. Customers may participate in this Program more than once during the Program Period.
9. Customers will still receive interest (conventional) or profit sharing (sharia) in accordance with applicable regulations.
10. Customers may cancel their participation and unhold their funds in this Program by visiting the Bank Danamon branch where they registered for the Program and are required to sign:
    1. Program Cancellation Form (for customers participating in the Hold Fund Scheme); or
    2. Program Cancellation Form and Cita2ku Prize Savings Account/Hajj Savings Account Closure Form (for customers participating in the Term Savings Account Opening Scheme).
11. Customers who cancel their participation in the Program will be charged a Penalty Fee/Prize Replacement Fee by Bank Danamon debiting the Bank Danamon account in the Customer's name.

1. The Fresh Fund Grand Prize, Retention Grand Prize and/or Term Deposit Grand Prize ("Prize") shall be awarded to Customers within a maximum period of:
   1. 20 (twenty) working days (for cashback prizes)
   2. 30 (thirty) working days (for physical goods/vouchers delivered to the Greater Jakarta area)
   3. 35 (thirty-five) working days (for physical goods/vouchers delivered outside the Greater Jakarta area)
   4. 60 (sixty) working days (for motor vehicle prizes)
   since the Customer's funds have been hold and/or declared to have fulfilled all the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. Information regarding the status of fulfilment of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program can be obtained at the latest at the end of the following month through the Bank Danamon branch office where the Customer participates in this Program.
2. The Prize will be sent to the Customer's address as recorded in the Bank Danamon system. If Bank Danamon is unable to deliver the prize due to an incomplete customer address or an address that differs from the one recorded in Bank Danamon's system, the prize will be sent to the Bank Danamon branch where the customer participated in the Program. The Bank Danamon branch will inform the customer so that they can collect the prize themselves at the designated Bank Danamon branch.
3. Specifically for cashback prizes, they will be credited to the Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB/Danamon LEBIH/Danamon LEBIH iB account that is included in the Program.
4. Specifically for e-voucher prizes, the following conditions apply:
   1. Bank Danamon will send a link containing a confirmation form for the e-voucher gift via email to the customer's email address registered in the Bank Danamon system within a maximum of 20 (twenty) working days from the date the customer's funds are held and/or declared to have met all the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
   2. By filling out the form on the link, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Customer is providing the data to a third party gift provider that collaborates with Bank Danamon.
   3. The Customer is required to complete their personal data (name, shipping address, telephone number, email address) on the form in the link within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date Bank Danamon sends the confirmation form link.
   4. The failure to receive or deliver the e-voucher prize due to delays or errors in filling out the data on the link is entirely the Customer's responsibility.
   5. The validity period of the e-voucher prize and its terms and conditions can be found in the applicable terms and conditions of the e-voucher.
5. Specifically for motor vehicle prizes, the following conditions apply:
   1. Provided in off the road condition. Off the road refers to vehicles that are not yet equipped with tax documents and vehicle numbers.
   2. The type and colour of the Prize will be provided according to availability. Bank Danamon does not accept special requests for colours, sizes, upgrades, exchanges or anything else that does not match the Prize specifications.
6. Specifically for Joint Accounts: Joint OR or Joint AND:
   1. Specifically for motor vehicle prizes, Bank Danamon is not involved in the process of determining ownership.
   2. Prizes must be accepted by all account holders. If one of the account holders is unable to accept the prize, the account holder who is unable to do so may authorise another account holder to accept the prize.
7. Bank Danamon reserves the right, with prior notification to Customers, to replace the Prize with another prize of equivalent value if the Prize specified in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program becomes unavailable.
8. The type and colour of the Prize cannot be selected.
9. The Gift tax shall be borne by Bank Danamon. All matters relating to the calculation and reporting of taxes on Gifts received by Customers shall be the sole responsibility of the Customers (self assessment basis).
10. All types of Gifts received by Customers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
11. Bank Danamon does not guarantee the Prizes obtained by Customers under this Program. Therefore, any complaints regarding the quality of the Prizes must be addressed directly to the manufacturer of the Prizes.
12. Customers are required to inspect the Gift before accepting it. If the Gift received by the Customer is damaged/defective (due to manufacturing/shipping), the Customer must report this to the Bank Danamon branch office where they registered for the Program no later than 1 (one) working day after the Gift is received by the Customer.

1. The Customer hereby authorises Bank Danamon to: (i) block and unblock funds in accordance with the Cancellation Form and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program; and/or (ii) debit the Customer's account at Bank Danamon for the payment of Penalty Fees if the Customer cancels the Program or fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
2. The authorisation granted by the Customer in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program is granted to the Bank with the right of substitution and as long as the Customer's obligations to the Bank have not been fully fulfilled, such authorisations cannot be revoked or terminated for any reason, including but not limited to the reasons stated in Article 1813 (termination of authority: by the revocation of the authority by the principal; by notification of termination of authority by the principal; by the death, incapacity or bankruptcy of the principal or the agent), 1814 (the principal may revoke the authority whenever he/she so desires, and if there are grounds for doing so, compel the attorney to return the power of attorney held by him) and 1816 (the appointment of a new attorney to carry out the same business shall result in the revocation of the first power of attorney, effective from the date of notification of the appointment to the latter) The Civil Code and these powers are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.

1. Customers may submit complaints regarding banking products/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
2. The complaint handling procedure can be accessed via the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Customer-Complaint-Handling

1. Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, unless otherwise stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, shall remain valid and binding on the Customer and form an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
2. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program form an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Accounts and Banking Services and the General Terms and Conditions of Sharia Accounts and Banking Services issued by Bank Danamon. These terms and conditions remain in force unless otherwise stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
3. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend/change/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of such changes by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Customer agrees that the Customer is deemed to have agreed to the changes if the Customer does not submit an objection within that period. If the Customer does not agree to the changes, the Customer has the right to cancel their participation in the Program by first settling all of the Customer's obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
4. The Customer declares that there are no and will be no transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
5. If there are indications of fraud, cheating, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering and/or actions that are not in accordance with laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, cancel participation in the Program, and/or the awarding of rewards to the Customer concerned. Customers remain obligated to settle all their obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
6. If any provision in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program is prohibited or cannot be implemented or becomes invalid or is declared null and void by a government or court decision, this shall not affect the validity of other provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, and the other provisions shall remain valid and binding and can be implemented as stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
7. The Customer agrees that the placement of funds in a savings account with a return above the maximum interest rate guaranteed by the Deposit Insurance Corporation is not guaranteed by the Deposit Insurance Corporation. The prize received by the Customer is also calculated as a component of the maximum guaranteed interest rate. The Customer can find out about changes to the maximum guaranteed interest rate through a Bank Danamon branch office or through Hello Danamon.
8. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the provisions on guaranteed interest rates based on the regulations of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).
9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).

Customers must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon by promising gifts of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other/third parties associated with or acting on behalf of Bank Danamon or the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
