Program Top It Up Gift

The program is valid from 4 May to 30 June 2026 ("Program Period").

This program is open to Bank Danamon customers who meet the following criteria ("Customers"):

1. Individuals who have a Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB savings account or non-individuals who have a Danamon LEBIH/Danamon LEBIH iB savings account; or
2. Customers who are selected and invited by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon branch offices.

1. Every Customer participating in this Program must first register by completing and signing the Program Participation Form.
2. Customers must ensure that they have updated their data, including but not limited to their address, telephone number and email address.
3. Customers must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
4. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Customer's participation in this Program if the Customer does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
5. Customers are fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
6. The Program is valid for Customers who have completed the Form, deposited funds, hold funds and/or opened an account as stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
7. The Program Scheme options are as follows:
   1. Hold Fund Scheme
      1. Fresh Fund
         1. Customers are required to deposit fresh funds into their Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB/Danamon LEBIH/Danamon LEBIH iB accounts by: (i) depositing cash into the account through a Bank Danamon branch office; or (ii) funds transferred to the Customer's account used for participation in this program originating from another bank account ("Fresh Fund Deposit").
         2. Customer funds must be hold in accordance with the nominal amount listed in the table in point III.7,a.i.4 below, on the same day as the Customer's participation in this Program.
         3. Fresh Fund Placements must be made a maximum of 7 (seven) calendar days before hold the funds.
         4. Customers who have completed the Fresh Fund Deposit and the holding of funds will receive a prize as set out in the table below (“Fresh Fund Grand Prize”):

      2. Fund Retention
         1. The Fund Retention Scheme applies exclusively to customers selected and invited by Bank Danamon.
         2. Customers selected and invited by Bank Danamon are required to block funds in accordance with the amounts listed in the table in point III.7.a.ii.4 below, on the same day as the Customer’s participation in this Program.
         3. Customers may freeze funds as per clause 2 using funds already held in their Bank Danamon account, which are free from any form of freeze or charge.
         4. Invited Customers who have held funds will receive a prize in accordance with the terms set out in the table below (“Main Fund Retention Prize”):

   2. Fixed-Term Savings Scheme
      1. This scheme is specifically for individual customers.
      2. Customers must open a Tabungan Cita2Ku Berhadiah Account/Tabungan Rencana Haji Account by completing the Tabungan Cita2Ku Berhadiah Savings/Hajj Savings Plan Account opening form at a Bank Danamon branch.
      3. Customers must provide funds equivalent to the Initial Deposit and a single Monthly Deposit (for the first debit) in their Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB account, which serves as the source account for debits to the Tabungan Cita2Ku Berhadiah Account/Tabungan Rencana Haji Account. This debit must be successfully processed on the same date as the opening of the Tabungan Cita2Ku Berhadiah Account/Tabungan Rencana Haji,, in accordance with the Initial Deposit and Monthly Deposit amounts specified in point III.7.b.v below.
      4. Customers must ensure that the Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB account used as the source account for monthly debits to the Tabungan Cita2ku Berhadiah Account/Tabungan Rencana Haji Account holds a minimum balance equal to the Monthly Deposit amount (for the second and subsequent Monthly Deposits) each month, prior to the debit date to the Tabungan Cita2ku Berhadiah Account/Tabungan Rencana Haji.
      5. Customers who have fulfilled the requirements set out in points ii to iii above will receive a prize subject to the following conditions (“Grand Prize for Fixed-Term Savings”):

8. Customers may participate in this Program more than once during the Program Period.
9. Customers will continue to receive the interest rate (conventional) or profit-sharing (Sharia) in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
10. Customers who participate in the Retention Fund Blocking Scheme as per point III.7.a.ii above with a Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB Savings Account during the Program Period will receive an additional prize in the form of a MAP e-Voucher worth IDR 100,000.00 (one hundred thousand rupiah) (“Additional Prize”), a maximum of 1 (one) time during the Program Period and not applicable on a cumulative basis.
11. Customers may cancel their participation and unhold funds in this Program by visiting the Bank Danamon branch where they registered for this Program, and the Customer must sign:
    1. the Program Withdrawal Form (for customers participating in the Fund Holding Scheme); or
    2. the Program Withdrawal Form and the Tabungan Cita2ku Berhadiah Account/Tabungan Rencana Haji Closure Form (for customers participating in the Fixed-Term Savings Account Opening Scheme).
12. Customers who cancel their participation in the Program will be charged a Penalty Fee/Prize Replacement Fee, which Bank Danamon will debit from the Bank Danamon account held in the Customer’s name.

1. The Fresh Fund Grand Prize, Retention Grand Prize and/or Term Deposit Grand Prize ("Prize") shall be awarded to Customers within a maximum period of:
   1. 20 (twenty) working days (for cashback prizes)
   2. 30 (thirty) working days (for physical goods/vouchers delivered to the Greater Jakarta area)
   3. 35 (thirty-five) working days (for physical goods/vouchers delivered outside the Greater Jakarta area)
   4. 60 (sixty) working days (for motor vehicle prizes)
   since the Customer's funds have been hold and/or declared to have fulfilled all the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. Information regarding the status of fulfilment of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program can be obtained at the latest at the end of the following month through the Bank Danamon branch office where the Customer participates in this Program.
2. Prize delivery will be made to the Bank Danamon branch where the Customer is participating in the Program. The Bank Danamon branch will notify the Customer so that the Customer may collect the Prize in person at the designated Bank Danamon branch.
3. Specifically for cashback prizes, they will be credited to the Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB/Danamon LEBIH/Danamon LEBIH iB account that is included in the Program.
4. Specifically for e-voucher prizes, the following conditions apply:
   1. Bank Danamon will send a link containing a confirmation form for the e-voucher gift via email to the customer's email address registered in the Bank Danamon system within a maximum of 20 (twenty) working days from the date the customer's funds are held and/or declared to have met all the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
   2. By filling out the form on the link, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Customer is providing the data to a third party gift provider that collaborates with Bank Danamon.
   3. The Customer is required to complete their personal data (name, shipping address, telephone number, email address) on the form in the link within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date Bank Danamon sends the confirmation form link.
   4. The failure to receive or deliver the e-voucher prize due to delays or errors in filling out the data on the link is entirely the Customer's responsibility.
   5. The validity period of the e-voucher prize and its terms and conditions can be found in the applicable terms and conditions of the e-voucher.
5. Specifically for motor vehicle prizes, the following conditions apply:
   1. Provided in off the road condition. Off the road refers to vehicles that are not yet equipped with tax documents and vehicle numbers.
   2. The administration of tax documents and vehicle license numbers can be processed at a dealer appointed by Danamon Bank's partner Vendor.
   3. The type and colour of the Prize will be provided according to availability. Bank Danamon does not accept special requests for colours, sizes, upgrades, exchanges or anything else that does not match the Prize specifications.
6. Specifically for Joint Accounts: Joint OR or Joint AND:
   1. Specifically for motor vehicle prizes, Bank Danamon is not involved in the process of determining ownership.
   2. Prizes must be accepted by all account holders. If one of the account holders is unable to accept the prize, the account holder who is unable to do so may authorise another account holder to accept the prize.
7. Bank Danamon reserves the right, with prior notification to Customers, to replace the Prize with another prize of equivalent value if the Prize specified in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program becomes unavailable.
8. The type and colour of the Prize cannot be selected.
9. The Gift tax shall be borne by Bank Danamon. All matters relating to the calculation and reporting of taxes on Gifts received by Customers shall be the sole responsibility of the Customers (self assessment basis).
10. All types of Gifts received by Customers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
11. Bank Danamon does not guarantee the Prizes obtained by Customers under this Program. Therefore, any complaints regarding the quality of the Prizes must be addressed directly to the manufacturer of the Prizes.
12. Customers are required to inspect the Gift before accepting it. If the Gift received by the Customer is damaged/defective (due to manufacturing/shipping), the Customer must report this to the Bank Danamon branch office where they registered for the Program no later than 1 (one) working day after the Gift is received by the Customer.

1. The Customer hereby authorises Bank Danamon to: (i) block and unblock funds in accordance with the Cancellation Form and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program; and/or (ii) debit the Customer's account at Bank Danamon for the payment of Penalty Fees if the Customer cancels the Program or fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
2. The authorisation granted by the Customer in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program is granted to the Bank with the right of substitution and as long as the Customer's obligations to the Bank have not been fully fulfilled, such authorisations cannot be revoked or terminated for any reason, including but not limited to the reasons stated in Article 1813 (termination of authority: by the revocation of the authority by the principal; by notification of termination of authority by the principal; by the death, incapacity or bankruptcy of the principal or the agent), 1814 (the principal may revoke the authority whenever he/she so desires, and if there are grounds for doing so, compel the attorney to return the power of attorney held by him) and 1816 (the appointment of a new attorney to carry out the same business shall result in the revocation of the first power of attorney, effective from the date of notification of the appointment to the latter) The Civil Code and these powers are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.

1. Customers will not be eligible to receive the Reward if their participation in the Program does not comply with the applicable Program Terms and Conditions.
2. If a Customer receives a Reward in the form of an e-voucher but does not use the e-voucher until its validity period expires, the e-voucher Reward shall be deemed forfeited and cannot be re-claimed for any reason.
3. Customers are not entitled to receive the Additional Reward if the quota for the Additional Reward in the Program has been fulfilled.

1. Customers may submit complaints regarding banking products/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
2. The complaint handling procedure can be accessed via the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Customer-Complaint-Handling

1. Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, unless otherwise stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, shall remain valid and binding on the Customer and form an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
2. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program form an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Accounts and Banking Services and the General Terms and Conditions of Sharia Accounts and Banking Services issued by Bank Danamon. These terms and conditions remain in force unless otherwise stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
3. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend/change/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of such changes by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Customer agrees that the Customer is deemed to have agreed to the changes if the Customer does not submit an objection within that period. If the Customer does not agree to the changes, the Customer has the right to cancel their participation in the Program by first settling all of the Customer's obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
4. The Customer declares that there are no and will be no transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
5. If there are indications of fraud, cheating, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering and/or actions that are not in accordance with laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, cancel participation in the Program, and/or the awarding of rewards to the Customer concerned. Customers remain obligated to settle all their obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
6. If any provision in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program is prohibited or cannot be implemented or becomes invalid or is declared null and void by a government or court decision, this shall not affect the validity of other provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, and the other provisions shall remain valid and binding and can be implemented as stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
7. The Customer agrees that the placement of funds in a savings account with a return above the maximum interest rate guaranteed by the Deposit Insurance Corporation is not guaranteed by the Deposit Insurance Corporation. The prize received by the Customer is also calculated as a component of the maximum guaranteed interest rate. The Customer can find out about changes to the maximum guaranteed interest rate through a Bank Danamon branch office or through Hello Danamon.
8. The titles and terms used in these General Program Terms and Conditions are solely intended to facilitate understanding of the contents of these General Program Terms and Conditions.
9. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the provisions on guaranteed interest rates based on the regulations of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).
10. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).

Customers must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon by promising gifts of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other/third parties associated with or acting on behalf of Bank Danamon or the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
