Program Description

General Terms and Conditions of the Get 26% Cashback up to IDR 130,000 (one hundred and thirty thousand rupiah) at Papaya Fresh Gallery for New Holders of the Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) constitute the terms and conditions applicable to Program Participants taking part in the Get 26% Cashback up to IDR 130,000 (one hundred and thirty thousand rupiah) at Papaya Fresh Gallery for New Holders of Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card (“Program”) organised by PT JCB International Indonesia Tbk (“JCB”).

Program Participants hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period

The Program will be carried out during the period from 1 July 2026 to 30 May 2027 (“Program Period”)

Program Participant Criteria

This program can only be participated by Program Participants who meet the following criteria:

  1. New Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card cardholders approved by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Danamon”) starting from July 2026 (“Program Participants”), Program Participants whose cards are approved by May 2027 may still make eligible transactions within a maximum period of 90 calendar days from the card approval date.

General Terms and Conditions of the Program

  1. Program Participants must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Program Participant’s participation in this Program if the Program Participant fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Program Participants are fully responsible for any risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims relating to their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. Program applies to transactions made at all Papaya Fresh Gallery outlets in Indonesia on the 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th, and 30th of each month,
  5. Program applies with a minimum of one transaction of IDR 500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand Rupiah). Transactions cannot be combined with other transactions to meet the minimum spend requirement and must be made within a maximum period of 3 (three) months from the card approval date, as stated in table number 9.
  6. Program applies for cashback of 26% (twenty six percent) with a maximum cashback of IDR 130,000 (One Hundred Thirty Thousand Rupiah) for each transaction.
  7. Program Participants are entitled to receive cashback a maximum of 3 (three) times during the Program Period.
  8. Quota is limited for the first 2,000 (two thousand) Program Participants during the Program Period.
  9. Cashback will be received within a maximum of 3 (three) months after each Program Period ends, with the following illustration:

  10. Program applies to for both Primary and Supplementary Cards
  11. Cashback will not be granted if the card is closed, blocked, inactive, and/or if there are overdue payments.
  12. By making transactions in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions during the Program Period, Program Participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions. Transactions made by Program Participants serve as valid proof of their participation in this Program and their agreement to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions.

Program Participant Complaints

  1. Program participants may submit complaints regarding banking products or services either verbally or in writing via their nearest Danamon branch, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or by email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. The complaints procedure can be accessed via the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. These General Terms and Conditions form an integral and inseparable part of the General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk and the General Terms and Conditions for Danamon Credit Card Membership. These terms and conditions shall remain in force unless otherwise provided for in these General Terms and Conditions.
  2. The products, services and/or benefits provided by JCB are the responsibility of JCB, and are not the products or responsibility of Danamon. Should there be any issues and/or complaints regarding such products, services and/or benefits, please contact JCB.
  3. Program Participants hereby agree and acknowledge that Danamon reserves the right to amend, modify or supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any amendments, additions or updates to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified via the communication channels available at the Bank. In the event of changes to benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions under these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Program Participant is entitled to submit a written objection to Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of such changes by Danamon via the Bank’s communication channels. Program Participants agree that they shall be deemed to have accepted such changes if they do not raise an objection within the mentioned period. Should a Program Participant not agree to such changes, they are entitled to cancel their participation in the Program provided they first settle all outstanding obligations to Danamon (if any).
  4. The Program Participant declares that there are no, and will be no, transactions indicating money laundering offences and/or other transactions prohibited under the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
  5. Should there be any indication of fraud, misconduct, misuse, irregular transactions, unusual transactions, money laundering offences and/or actions contrary to applicable laws and regulations, Danamon reserves the right to cancel transactions, terminate the use of the Bank’s products/services, cancel participation in the Program, or revoke the provision of Program benefits to the relevant Program Participant. Program Participants remain obliged to settle all outstanding obligations to Danamon (if any).
  6. Should any irregularities regarding this Program be discovered or if fraud is suspected, Program Participants are advised to immediately inform Hello Danamon.
  7. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been aligned with applicable laws and regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority.
  8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a member of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Reminder

Program participants must be wary of scams perpetrated by individuals acting in the name of Danamon who promise prizes of any kind. Any scams or other criminal acts committed by third parties in connection with or in the name of the Program are beyond Danamon’s control.
