Program Description

The General Terms and Conditions of the Save 15% Program at The Publish Group (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) are the terms and conditions applicable to customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) who own and transact using a Card (“Cardholders”) who participate in the Save 15% Program at The Publish Group (“Program”) organised by Bank Danamon in collaboration with merchant partner The Publish Group (“The Publish Group”).

Cardholders hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program as follows:

Program Period

The program is implemented during the period from 5 September 2025 to 30 September 2026 (“Program Period”).

Participating Outlet

The program is valid for every transaction at the following The Publish Group merchant brands:
  • The Lynx, located at Grand Mecure Hotel Kemayoran Lantai LG Jalan Angkasa Kavling B6 Mega Kemayoran, Superblok, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta City, Jakarta 10610;
  • Café Chapter, located at Ruko golf island blok E No 99&101, Kamal Muara, Kecamatan Penjaringan, Jkt Utara, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta 14470; and
  • The Publish, located at Jl. Gunawarman No.20, Senopati, Kec. Kby. Baru, Kota Jakarta Selatan, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta 12110.

Program Terms and Conditions

  1. The program applies to Cardholders of the following types: (i) Bank Danamon Debit Cards bearing the Mastercard & GPN logos; and (ii) Bank Danamon Credit Cards bearing the Visa, Mastercard, JCB, & American Express logos, as well as Bank Danamon American Express Charge Cards, but excluding corporate Credit Cards and Charge Cards (‘Cards’).
  2. Cardholders are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  3. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Cardholder's participation in this Program if the Cardholder does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  4. Cardholders are fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  5. The Program consists of a 15% (fifteen percent) discount with a minimum transaction amount of IDR 500,000 (five hundred thousand Rupiah) before tax and service charges for payment transactions at The Publish Group.
  6. The Program is valid with a maximum discount of IDR 250,000.00 (two hundred and fifty thousand Rupiah).
  7. The Program is valid for both primary and supplementary Cards.
  8. The Program is valid for 1 (one) transaction per day with the same Card number.
  9. The Program is valid for dine-in meals.
  10. The program is valid every day, including public holidays, during the Program Period.
  11. The programme is not valid for multiple transactions and does not apply to separate bill payments (split bill).
  12. The program does not apply to any form of alcoholic beverages.
  13. The program cannot be combined with other programmes and/or promotions..
  14. By making a transaction in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and to be subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. The transaction made by the Cardholder is valid proof of the Cardholder's participation in the Program and the Cardholder's agreement to be subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

Cardholder Complaints

  1. Cardholders and/or Cardholders representatives may file complaints regarding banking transactions/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. The complaint handling procedure can be accessed via the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. The products, services, and/or benefits of merchant partners are not products of Bank Danamon and are not the responsibility of Bank Danamon, but are entirely the responsibility of the merchant partners. If there are any problems and/or complaints regarding these products, services, and/or benefits, please contact the merchant partner concerned.
  2. Cardholders declare that there are no and will be no transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the laws and regulations applicable in Indonesia.
  3. If there are indications of fraud, cheating, misuse, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering, and/or other actions that are not in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of Bank Danamon products/services, cancel participation in the Program, and/or cancel the benefits of the Program to the Cardholder concerned. The Cardholder remains obligated to settle all outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  4. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral part of the ‘General Terms and Conditions of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk Banking Accounts and Services’, ‘General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership’ and other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these provisions and the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the General Terms and Conditions of this Program shall prevail.
  5. Cardholders hereby agree and acknowledge that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend/change/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program and other changes, the Cardholder has the right to submit his/her objection in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of such changes by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Cardholder agrees that the Cardholder is deemed to have accepted such changes if the Cardholder does not submit an objection within the aforementioned period. If the Cardholder does not accept such changes, the Cardholder has the right to cancel their participation in the Program by first settling all obligations of the Cardholder to Bank Danamon (if any).
  6. If any provision in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program is prohibited or cannot be enforced or becomes invalid or void by law due to a government or court decision, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, and the other provisions shall remain valid and binding and enforceable as stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  7. If any irregularities related to this Program are found or if any fraud is suspected, the Cardholder is advised to immediately inform Hello Danamon.
  8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Agency (LPS).
  9. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

Reminder

Cardholders must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon by promising prizes of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or acting on behalf of the Programme are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
