Save up to IDR 180,000 in GRAB Application

The program is valid for Danamon Debit, Credit & Charge Cards during the period from 1st to 31st of August 2025 (Program Period”).

The program is valid for Cardholders as follows: Debit Cards, Danamon Credit Cards bearing the JCB, Visa, Mastercard and American Express logos, and Danamon American Express Charge Cards, but is not valid for Corporate Credit Cards and Charge Cards (“Cards”).

1. Cardholders must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel Cardholders' participation in this Program if Cardholders do not comply with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
3. Cardholders are fully responsible for all risks of loss, claims, lawsuits, and/or demands related to their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.

4. The Program is valid with the following details:

   1. The program offers discounts of up to IDR 180,000 (one hundred and eighty thousand rupiah) for transactions made on the GRAB app using the Card during the Programme Period.
   2. The program is valid for transactions made on the GRAB app, including Grabfood, Dine Out Deals, GrabBike, GrabCar, GrabExpress and GrabMart.

4. Valid on the Grab app for GrabFood, Dine Out Deals, GrabBike, GrabCar, GrabExpress, and GrabMart with payment using a Card.
5. The program is subject to the quota as stated in the table above.
6. Cardholders agree that they will not receive any price reductions/discounts if the daily quota has been exhausted (as stipulated in point III 4 c above) even if the Programme Period has not ended.
7. For the Dine Out Deals feature, the Program is only valid for purchases made through the Grab app.
8. The Program is valid every day, including national holidays, during the Program Period.
9. The Program is valid for 1 (one) transaction per day with the same Card number.
10. The Program is valid for both primary and additional Cards.
11. The Program can be combined with other programs and/or promotions.
12. By making a transaction in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be subject to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program. Transactions made by the Cardholder constitute valid proof of the Cardholder's participation in the Program and the Cardholder's agreement to be subject to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.

Cardholders will receive benefits from the Program when making purchases and payments on the GRAB app using aCard that is valid for this Program.

1. Cardholders and/or Cardholders' representatives may submit complaints regarding banking products/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email a hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
2. The complaint handling procedure can be accessed via the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

1. The products and/or services of the merchant partner are not the products and responsibility of Bank Danamon and are therefore entirely the responsibility of the merchant partner. If there are any problems and/or complaints regarding the products, services, and/or Program, please contact the merchant partner concerned.
2. Cardholders declare that there are no and will be no transactions that are suspected of money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the laws and regulations applicable in Indonesia.
3. If there are indications of fraud, cheating, misuse, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering, and/or other actions that are not in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of Bank Danamon products/services, cancel participation in the Program, or cancel the benefits of the Program for the relevant Cardholder. The Cardholder remains obligated to settle all outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
4. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral part of the “General Terms and Conditions of Banking Services Accounts of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk” and other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between the provisions of the aforementioned documents and the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program shall prevail.
5. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend/change/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to benefits, risks, fees, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, as well as other changes, the Cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of such changes by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Cardholder agrees that the Cardholder is deemed to have accepted such changes if the Cardholder does not submit an objection within the aforementioned period. If the Cardholder does not agree to such changes, the Cardholder has the right to cancel their participation in the Program by first settling all obligations of the Cardholder to Bank Danamon (if any).
6. If any irregularities are found in relation to this Program or if fraud is suspected, Cardholders are advised to immediately notify Hello Danamon.
7. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority.
8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Scheme.

Cardholders must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals claiming to represent Bank Danamon and promising prizes of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or claiming to represent the Program are outside the authority of Bank Danamon.
