Program Description

The General Terms and Conditions of the program of 0% (zero percent) Installment up to 12 (twelve) months at Bayu Buana ("General Terms and Conditions of the Program") apply to customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon") who own and transact using a Card ("Cardholder") and participate in the of 0% (zero percent) Installment up to 12 (twelve) months at Bayu Buana ("Program"), which is organized by Bank Danamon in collaboration with PT Bayu Buana Tbk (“Bayu Buana”) merchant partners.

By participating in this Program, the Cardholder agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Program Period

The program runs from January 10, 2025 until June 30, 2026 ("Program Period").

Program Terms and Conditions

  1. The program applies to Cardholders of Bank Danamon credit cards bearing the Visa, Mastercard, JCB, or American Express logos, as well as American Express Charge Cards, but excludes Corporate Cards (“Card”).
  2. Cardholders must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Cardholder’s participation in this Program if the Cardholder does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  4. The Cardholder is solely responsible for any risks, losses, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims arising from their participation in, or cancellation of participation in, this Program.
  5. The program is valid under the following provisions:

    2. Bank Danamon will charge an administration fee of IDR 25,000.00 (twenty-five thousand rupiah) for each transaction converted into installments by the Cardholder. Merchant partners do not impose any additional fees. Details of applicable fees are available at bdi.co.id/tarifdanbiaya.
    3. Transactions converted into installments do not earn D-Points or Membership Rewards Points.
    4. Requests to convert a transaction into installments must be made directly at the time of purchase—either in-store or online—and must not have been submitted previously through other channels (e.g., SMS, email). 
  6. This Program cannot be combined with other Bank Danamon programs and/or promotions.
  7. By conducting a transaction in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by its terms. Such transactions constitute valid evidence of the Cardholder’s participation and consent to these General Terms and Conditions.

Customer Complaints

  1. Program participants can submit complaints about banking products or services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. Procedures for complaint services can be accessed via the website: https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Additional Terms and Conditions

  1. Products and/or services from merchant partners are solely the responsibility of the merchant partner and not of Bank Danamon. For any issues or complaints regarding products, services, or the Program, Cardholders are advised to contact the relevant merchant partner directly.
  2. Cardholders affirm that their transactions comply with applicable Indonesian laws and regulations and are not indicative of money laundering or other prohibited activities.
  3. Bank Danamon reserves the right to:
    • Cancel transactions, terminate Card usage, or revoke participation in the Program if there are indications of fraud, unusual transactions, money laundering, or any other actions violating applicable laws.
    • Require Cardholders to fulfill any outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon.
  4. Terms and conditions related to other banking products or services remain valid and binding unless explicitly stated otherwise in this Program’s terms.
  5. These Program Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the: General Terms and Conditions of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk Banking Accounts and Services, General Terms and Conditions of Debit Cards/ATM Danamon, General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership, and General Terms and Conditions of Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership.”
  6. Bank Danamon reserves the right to revise, amend, or supplement the Program’s terms. Any updates will be communicated through official Bank Danamon channels. Cardholders may object in writing within 30 (thirty) working days of receiving such updates. If no objection is received within this period, the changes will be deemed accepted.
  7. Cardholders may submit complaints regarding banking services or transactions through the nearest Bank Danamon branch, Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  8. Details of Bank Danamon’s complaint-handling procedures are available at: https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.
  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Agency guarantee.
  10. These terms comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including those stipulated by the Financial Services Authority.

Notice

Cardholders must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals claiming to represent Bank Danamon and offering prizes. Any fraud or crime committed by third parties in connection with this Program is beyond Bank Danamon’s responsibility.
