The Program is open to Bank customers who hold and transact using the following credit cards ("Cardholders"): Danamon American Express Gold Card (BIN "3755391" and "3755394") and Platinum Card (BIN "3755392"). Corporate Cards ("Card") are not eligible for this program. 

1. Cardholders must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
   
2. The Bank reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Cardholder's participation if they do not meet the Program's terms and conditions.
   
3. The Cardholder assumes full responsibility for any risks, losses, claims, or legal actions arising from their participation or cancellation in the Program.
   
4. The Program applies under the following conditions:

      1. Harlan Holden Café:
      1. 20% cashback with a maximum cashback of IDR 30,000.
      2. Minimum transaction: IDR 150,000.
      3. Program valid for Danamon American Express Gold Card and Platinum Card Danamon
      2. Harlan Holden Clothing Store:
      1. 10% cashback with a maximum cashback of IDR 1,000,000.
         
      2. Minimum transaction: IDR 3,500,000.

   1. The program at MASARI offers a 10% (ten percent) discount, with a maximum discount of IDR 1,000,000.00 (one million Rupiah) for a minimum transaction of IDR 5,000,000.00 (five million Rupiah).

   3. The program at MASARI is valid for one transaction per card number.
      
   4. The program at MASARI is valid every day, including national holidays, during the program period.
      
   5. The program at MASARI is applicable to all MASARI offline stores.
      
   6. The program at MASARI is valid for both primary and supplementary cards.
      
   7. The program at MASARI can be combined with other promotions and/or programs.
      
   8. The terms and conditions of this Program at MASARI  are subject to change at any time with prior notice to the Cardholder and are entirely at the discretion of Bank Danamon.

   5. Programs at PILLAR
   1. The program at PILLAR offers a 10% (ten percent) discount, with a maximum discount of IDR 1,000,000.00 (one million Rupiah) for a minimum transaction of IDR 5,000,000.00 (five million Rupiah).
      
   2. The program at PILLAR is valid for one transaction per card number.
      
   3. The program at PILLAR is valid every day, including national holidays, during the program period.
      
   4. The program at PILLAR is applicable to all PILLAR offline stores.
      
   5. The program at PILLAR is valid for both primary and supplementary cards.
      
   6. The program at PILLAR can be combined with other promotions and/or programs.
      
   7. The terms and conditions of this Program are subject to change at any time with prior notice to the Cardholder and are entirely at the discretion of Bank Danamon.
      
   8. These Terms and Conditions are an integral and inseparable part of the applicable Terms and Conditions.
5. By conducting transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. Any transactions made by the Cardholder serve as valid proof of the Cardholder’s participation in the Program and their agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
   
   

1. The products and/or services offered by merchant partners are not the responsibility of the Bank. Any issues or complaints related to the product, service, or program should be directed to the respective merchant partner.
   
2. The Cardholder declares that all transactions comply with applicable Indonesian laws and regulations and do not indicate money laundering or any other prohibited activity.
   
3. If there are indications of fraud, irregular transactions, money laundering, or any violation of applicable laws, the Bank has the right to:
   
1. Cancel the transaction
   
2. Terminate card usage
   
3. Revoke participation in the Program
   
4. Withhold benefits from the Cardholder
   
5. Require the Cardholder to fulfill all financial obligations to the Bank (if any)
4. These General Terms and Conditions form an integral part of:
   
1. “General Terms and Conditions of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk Account and Banking Services”
   
2. “General Terms and Conditions of Membership of Danamon Credit Card and Charge Card of Danamon American Express”
   
3. Other applicable banking product and service regulations
   
4. In the event of a conflict, these Program Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
5. The Bank reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these General Terms and Conditions at any time.
   
1. Any changes will be communicated through the Bank’s available channels.
2. If the changes affect benefits, risks, costs, or terms, the Cardholder has 30 (thirty) business days from the date of notification to submit an objection in writing.
   
3. If no objection is raised within this period, the Cardholder is deemed to have accepted the changes.
   
4. If the Cardholder disagrees, they have the right to withdraw from the Program, provided all obligations to the Bank are settled.

8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Corporation.
   
9. These General Terms and Conditions comply with relevant laws and regulations, including Financial Services Authority provisions.
   

Cardholders should be vigilant against fraud attempts by individuals falsely claiming to represent the Bank and offering prizes. The Bank is not responsible for fraud or criminal acts committed by third parties in connection with the Program.
