Danamon BISA Haji is a special hajj package financing service according to sharia principles with ujrah payments to provide convenience for people who want to register for Special Hajj. Get a faster portion number, light installments with a certain period of time, and a shorter departure waiting period compared to regular Hajj.

Danamon Syariah collaborates with trusted Special Hajj Travel Providers (PIHK) in providing registration and Special Hajj services for Danamon BISA Haji Customers.

Contract

  1. Akad Wa'ad is a statement of the Customer's will to register for a Special Hajj Package to PIHK Partners as a representative of the Bank.
  2. The Ijarah Contract is a contract for the transfer of benefits for the provision of services between Ajir (service provider/Bank) and Musta'jir (service recipient/Customer) for the object of Ijarah in the form of a Special Hajj Package (PHK) where the Bank receives Rewards (ujrah) from the Customer.
  3. Wakalah Agreement, (i) the granting of power of attorney from the Bank to the PIHK Partner to provide and serve the Customer in the fulfillment of the Special Hajj Package at the time agreed between the Bank and the Customer; and (ii) the granting of power of attorney from the Customer to the Bank to apply for the cancellation of the registration of the Special Hajj in the event that the Customer defaults based on the financing contract

Cost Description

Administration Fees

* Placing the initial administration fee according to the number of packages per financing

  • IDR 2,000,000 (two million Rupiah) for 1 (one) Special Hajj Package.
  • IDR 1,500,000 (one million five hundred Rupiah) for 1 (one) Special Hajj Package if the number of Special Hajj Packages submitted for Financing is more than 1 (one) package.

Ujrah

The amount of ujrah depends on the nominal and duration of financing.

Note: will be informed at the time of financing application.

The Cost of Ta'widh

IDR 100,000/month if there is a delay in payment.

Ujrah Discount

Customers are still required to pay principal and ujrah receivables until maturity. The bank has the right to provide discounts on fees that must be paid proportionally.
Note: the maximum amount of the discount on the ijarah fee is the amount of the unpaid ujrah (at the time of repayment until maturity).
