Buy 1 Get 1 FLIX Cinema Movie Ticket Every Sunday

The Program runs from October to November 2026 on the following dates (“ Program Period”):

Customers eligible to participate in the Program must meet the following criteria:

1. Customers who hold a Danamon savings account and/or a Danamon Credit Card together with a savings account that remains active during the Program Period;
2. Customers who have registered for and use the latest version of the D-Bank PRO app; and
3. The Program is also available to Bank Danamon employees.

Hereinafter referred to as the “ Customer”.

1. Customers must read and understand these General Program Terms and Conditions.
2. Bank Danamon may reject or cancel a Customer’s participation in the Program if the Customer does not meet these General Program Terms and Conditions.
3. The Customer is fully responsible for any risk of loss, demand, legal action and/or claim arising from their participation in and/or cancellation of participation in the Program.
4. Under the Program, Customers may receive one complimentary ticket under the Buy One Get One (“ B1G1”) scheme when purchasing one cinema ticket offline at any FLIX Cinema outlet in Indonesia using a Debit Card as the QRIS Source of Fund (“ QRIS Debit”) or a Credit Card as the QRIS Source of Fund (“ QRIS CC”) in D-Bank PRO (“ Transaction”).
5. Each CIF (Customer Information File) is entitled to a maximum of 1 (one) Transaction during the Program Period.
6. The Reward quota is 50 (fifty) Transactions at each FLIX Cinema outlet during the Program Period (“ Program Quota”), as detailed below:

7. By making a Transaction in accordance with these General Program Terms and Conditions, the Customer is deemed to have read and understood them, agreed to participate in the Program and agreed to be bound by them. The Customer’s Transaction constitutes valid evidence of participation in the Program and agreement to be bound by these General Program Terms and Conditions.

1. The Reward is 1 (one) complimentary ticket after the Customer purchases 1 (one) cinema ticket.
2. Customers are not charged a fee to participate in the Program.
3. The Customer understands and agrees that if the Program Quota is exhausted before the Program Period ends, the Customer will not receive a complimentary ticket with the purchase of a cinema ticket.

1. Customers may submit complaints about banking products or services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch, Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or by email to hellodanamon@danamon.co.id, which is available 24 hours a day.

1. FLIX Cinema’s products and/or services are neither products nor the responsibility of Bank Danamon; they remain entirely FLIX Cinema’s responsibility. For any issues and/or complaints relating to those products, services and/or the Program, please contact FLIX Cinema.
2. Other terms and conditions relating to banking products, services and/or transactions remain applicable and binding on the Customer, and form an integral part of these General Program Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise stipulated herein.
3. These General Program Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the “General Terms and Conditions of Bank Danamon Accounts and Banking Services” and the “General Terms and Conditions of D-Bank PRO”. Those terms and conditions remain applicable unless otherwise stipulated in these General Program Terms and Conditions.
4. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon may revise, amend or supplement these General Program Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any revision, addition or update will be notified through Bank Danamon’s available communication channels. If there are changes to the benefits, risks, fees, terms or conditions under these General Program Terms and Conditions, the Customer may submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date on which Bank Danamon gives notice through its communication channels. The Customer agrees that they will be deemed to have accepted the changes if they do not object within that period. If the Customer does not accept the changes, they may cancel their participation in the Program after first settling all obligations to Bank Danamon (if any). The Customer declares that there are no, and will be no, transactions suspected of involving money laundering and/or other transactions prohibited under applicable Indonesian laws and regulations.
5. The Customer agrees that Bank Danamon may cancel the complimentary ticket Reward under the Program if the Customer does not meet these General Program Terms and Conditions.
6. The Customer declares that there are no, and will be no, transactions suspected of involving money laundering and/or other transactions prohibited under applicable Indonesian laws and regulations.
7. If there are indications of fraud, deception and/or transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering and/or acts contrary to applicable laws and regulations, Bank Danamon may cancel the Transaction, cancel participation in the Program and/or cancel the complimentary ticket Reward granted to the Customer concerned. The Customer remains obliged to settle all obligations to Bank Danamon.
8. These General Program Terms and Conditions comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI), and is a participant in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).

Customers must beware of fraudsters claiming to represent Bank Danamon and promising complimentary ticket Rewards in any form. Any fraud or other criminal act committed by another or third party in connection with, or in the name of, the Program is outside Bank Danamon’s authority.
