10% Savings Program at Hario Café Tokyo in Jakarta

The Program is implemented during the period from May 1, 2026 to April 30, 2027 ("Program Period").

This program can only be participated by Program Participants who meet the following criteria:

1. Customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (the "Bank") who own and transact using Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card and Danamon JCB Treasure Credit Card ("Program Participant").

1. Program Participants are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
2. The Bank reserves the right to refuse or cancel the Program Participant's participation in this Program if the Program Participant does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
3. Program Participants are solely responsible for all risks of losses, claims, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with the Program Participant's participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
4. Valid for Program Participants who have and transact using Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card and Danamon JCB Treasure Credit Card ("Card").
5. Valid at Hario Café Tokyo in Jakarta located at One Satrio & Pondok Indah .
6. Valid for savings of 10% (ten percent) before tax and service charges.
7. Maximum savings of IDR 100,000.
8. The program is valid for dine-in and takeaway.
9. The Program is valid every day during the Program Period.
10. The program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promos.
11. Program Participants must use the Card for payment.
12. Program Participants are required to notify the officer and show the JCB Special Offers promo page before making a transaction to get a discount on this Program.

14. By making transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program during the Program Period, the Program Participant is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and is subject to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program. The Transaction made by the Program Participant is valid evidence of the Program Participant's participation in this Program and the Program Participant's consent to be subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

1. Program Participants may submit complaints regarding banking products/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Danamon branch, via Hello Danamon at 1-500-090, or by email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

1. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Banking Accounts and Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk and the General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership. These Terms and Conditions remain valid as long as they are not otherwise regulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
2. The products, services and/or benefits provided by JCB are the responsibility of JCB, and are not the products and responsibilities of the Bank. If there are any problems and/or complaints in relation to such products, services, and/or benefits, please contact JCB.
3. The Program Participant hereby agrees and acknowledges that the Bank has the right to correct/amend/complete the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at the Bank. In the event that there is a change in benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Program Participant has the right to submit his/her objection in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of the change made by the Bank through the Bank's communication media. The Program Participant agrees that the Program Participant is deemed to have agreed to the change in the event that the Program Participant does not raise any objection within that period. If the Program Participant does not agree to the change, then the Program Participant has the right to cancel the Program Participant's participation by first settling all Program Participant's obligations to the Bank (if any).
4. Program Participants declare that there are no and will not be transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not allowed based on the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
5. If there are indications of fraud, fraud, abuse, transaction irregularities, improper transactions, money laundering and/or actions that are not in accordance with laws and regulations, the Bank has the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of the Bank's products/services, cancel the Program participation, or cancel the provision of Program benefits to the Program Participant concerned. Program Participants are still obliged to pay off all their obligations to the Bank (if any).
6. If irregularities are found related to this Program or if it is felt that fraud has occurred, Program Participants are advised to immediately inform Hello Danamon.
7. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a guarantee participant of the Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Program Participants must be careful of fraud committed by individuals on behalf of the Bank by promising prizes in any form. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or on behalf of the Program are beyond the Bank's authority.
