Special Price Of IDR 70 For The PBB Payment Administration Fee

The Program runs from 7 October to 31 December 2026 (“Program Period”).

Customers eligible to participate in the Program must meet the following criteria:

1. Customers who hold an active Danamon savings account during the Program Period;
2. Customers who have registered for and use the latest version of the D-Bank PRO app; and
3. The Program is also available to Bank Danamon employees.

Hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”.

1. Customers must read and understand these General Program Terms and Conditions.
2. Bank Danamon may reject or cancel a Customer’s participation in the Program if the Customer does not meet these General Program Terms and Conditions.
3. The Customer is fully responsible for any risk of loss, demand, legal action and/or claim arising from their participation in and/or cancellation of participation in the Program.
4. Under the Program, Customers may receive a special price of IDR 70 (seventy rupiah) (“Special Price”) for the administration fee on PBB payment transactions through D-Bank PRO, as follows:

5. By making a Transaction in accordance with these General Program Terms and Conditions, the Customer is deemed to have read and understood them, agreed to participate in the Program and agreed to be bound by them. The Customer’s Transaction constitutes valid evidence of participation in the Program and agreement to be bound by these General Program Terms and Conditions.

1. Special Price
1. The Special Price will be applied immediately when the Customer makes a Transaction, provided that the Program Quota remains available.
2. Customers are not charged a fee to participate in the Program.
3. The Customer understands and agrees that if the Program Quota is exhausted before the Program Period ends, the Customer will not receive the Special Price Reward.

1. PBB is neither a product nor the responsibility of Bank Danamon. For any issues and/or complaints, please contact the party responsible for PBB.
2. These General Program Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the “General Terms and Conditions of Bank Danamon Accounts and Banking Services” and the “General Terms and Conditions of D-Bank PRO”. Those terms and conditions remain applicable unless otherwise stipulated in these General Program Terms and Conditions.
3. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon may revise, amend or supplement these General Program Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any revision, addition or update will be notified through Bank Danamon’s available communication channels. If there are changes to the benefits, risks, fees, terms or conditions under these General Program Terms and Conditions, the Customer may submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date on which Bank Danamon gives notice through its communication channels. The Customer agrees that they will be deemed to have accepted the changes if they do not object within that period. If the Customer does not accept the changes, they may cancel their participation in the Program after first settling all obligations to Bank Danamon (if any). The Customer declares that there are no, and will be no, transactions suspected of involving money laundering and/or other transactions prohibited under applicable Indonesian laws and regulations.
4. The Customer agrees that Bank Danamon may cancel the Special Price Reward granted under the Program if the Customer does not meet these General Program Terms and Conditions.
5. The Customer declares that there are no, and will be no, transactions suspected of involving money laundering and/or other transactions prohibited under applicable Indonesian laws and regulations.
6. If there are indications of fraud, deception and/or transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering and/or acts contrary to applicable laws and regulations, Bank Danamon may cancel the Transaction, cancel participation in the Program and/or cancel the Special Price Reward granted to the Customer concerned. The Customer remains obliged to settle all obligations to Bank Danamon.
7. These General Program Terms and Conditions comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI), and is a participant in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).

Customers must beware of fraudsters claiming to represent Bank Danamon and promising rewards in any form. Any fraud or other criminal act committed by another or third party in connection with, or in the name of, the Program is outside Bank Danamon’s authority.
