Save Up To IDR 750,000 at Blibli, Shopee and Tokopedia
15 September 2026 - 31 December 2026These General Terms and Conditions of the Save Up To IDR 750,000.00 at Blibli Program (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) apply to customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) who hold and transact using a Card (“Cardholders”) and participate in the Save Up To IDR 750,000.00 at Blibli Program (“Program”), organised by Bank Danamon in cooperation with its merchant partner, Blibli.
The Cardholder hereby agrees to and is bound by all provisions of these General Program Terms and Conditions as follows:

Program Period
The Program runs from 15 September 2026 to 31 December 2026 (“Program Period”).

Program Participant Criteria
The Program is valid for Bank Danamon Credit Card with Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express logos and Bank Danamon American Express Charge Card, but not valid for Danamon Corporate Credit Cards and Charge Cards (“Cards”).

Terms and Conditions of the Program
- Cardholders must read and understand these General Program Terms and Conditions.
- Bank Danamon may reject or cancel a Cardholder’s participation in the Program if the Cardholder does not meet these General Program Terms and Conditions.
- The Cardholder is fully responsible for any risk of loss, demand, legal action and/or claim arising from their participation in and/or cancellation of participation in the Program.

The following conditions apply to the Program:
- The Program offers a discount of up to IDR 750,000 (seven hundred and fifty thousand rupiah) on transactions made through the Blibli app (Android or iOS).

Danamon Visa, Mastercard and JCB Credit Cards:
- The Program is available every day, including public holidays, from 00.01 am to 11.59 pm during the Program Period.
- The Program is valid for full payment or installment transactions.
- The Program is valid for 1 (one) transaction per month with the same card number for 1 (one) Blibli user account.
- The Program is valid for Main and Supplementary Cards.
- The Program is not valid for accumulated and/or multiple transactions.
- The Program is non-refundable.

The Program is not valid for transactions in the following categories:
- Vouchers (mobile phone credit, data, gaming, travel and tours, shopping and event tickets);
- Top-ups (mobile phone credit, data packages, e-money and roaming);
- Bills (PLN electricity, BPJS, Telkom, PDAM, postpaid services and loan installments);
- Tickets (train, flight and bus);
- Entertainment (game vouchers, local deals, event tickets and entertainment); and
- Donations and financial products (donations, zakat and business loans).
- The Cardholder agrees that no discount will be granted once the quota referred to in item C.4.b above has been exhausted, even if the Program Period has not ended.
- The Program applies to purchases using delivery services supported by Blibli.
- Blibli may revoke the discount or, if necessary, cancel the transaction or suspend the account if there are indications that a user has misused a promo code.
- By making a transaction in accordance with these General Program Terms and Conditions, the Cardholder is deemed to have read and understood them, agreed to participate in the Program and agreed to be bound by them. The transaction constitutes valid evidence of the Cardholder’s participation in the Program and agreement to be bound by these General Program Terms and Conditions.

Cardholder Complaints
- The Cardholder and/or their representative may submit a complaint about a banking product or service verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch, Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or by email to hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
- The complaint-handling procedure is available at www.danamon.co.id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Other Terms and Conditions
- These General Program Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the “General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership”, the “General Terms and Conditions of Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership”, and other terms and conditions relating to banking products and/or services. If any of those provisions differ from or conflict with these General Program Terms and Conditions, these General Program Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
- The products and/or services provided by the merchant partner are neither products nor the responsibility of the Bank; they are entirely the responsibility of the merchant partner. For any issues and/or complaints relating to those products, services and/or the Program, the Cardholder may contact the relevant merchant partner.
- The Cardholder hereby agrees to and is bound by all provisions of these General Program Terms and Conditions as follows:
- The Cardholder declares that there are no, and will be no, transactions suspected of involving money laundering and/or other transactions prohibited under applicable Indonesian laws and regulations.
- If there are indications of fraud, deception, misuse, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering and/or other acts contrary to applicable laws and regulations, the Bank may cancel the transaction, terminate use of the Bank’s products or services, cancel participation in the Program and/or cancel the Program benefits granted to the Cardholder concerned. The Cardholder remains obliged to settle all obligations to the Bank (if any).
- If any provision of these General Program Terms and Conditions is prohibited, unenforceable, invalid or declared void by a government or court decision, this will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain effective, binding and enforceable as set out in these General Program Terms and Conditions.
- If the Cardholder notices any irregularity relating to the Program or suspects fraud, they are advised to inform Hello Danamon immediately.
- These Program Terms and Conditions are prepared in Indonesian and English. If there is any discrepancy in their provisions or interpretation, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
- The headings and terms used in these General Program Terms and Conditions are intended solely to make their contents easier to understand.
- These General Program Terms and Conditions comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
- PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia, and is a participant in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation.
WARNING
Cardholders must beware of fraudsters claiming to represent the Bank and promising prizes of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal act committed by another or third party in connection with, or in the name of, the Bank or the Program is outside the Bank’s authority.
These General Terms and Conditions of the Save Up To IDR 750,000.00 at Shopee Program (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) apply to customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) who hold and transact using a Card (“Cardholders”) and participate in the Save Up To IDR 750,000.00 at Shopee Program (“Program”), organised by Bank Danamon in cooperation with its merchant partner, Shopee.

- The voucher will automatically appear on the “My Vouchers” page and becomes valid once selected at checkout in the Shopee app.
- If the voucher does not appear, the quota has been exhausted.
- The Program is available every day, including public holidays, from 10.00 am to 10.00 pm during the Program Period.
- The Program is valid for full payment or installment transactions.
- The Program is valid for 1 (one) transaction per month with the same card number for 1 (one) Shopee user account.
- The Program is valid for Main and Supplementary Cards.
- The Program is not valid for accumulated and/or multiple transactions.

The Program is not valid for transactions in the following categories:
- Vouchers (mobile phone credit, data, gaming, travel and tours, shopping and event tickets);
- Top-ups (mobile phone credit, data packages, e-money and roaming);

- Over-the-counter medicines;
- Subcategories of precious metals, valuable jewellery, SIM cards and e-money; and
- Motorcycles.
- The Cardholder agrees that no discount will be granted once the quota referred to in item C.4.b above has been exhausted, even if the Program Period has not ended.
- The Program applies to purchases using delivery services supported by Shopee.
- Shopee may revoke the discount or, if necessary, cancel the transaction or suspend the account if there are indications that a user has misused a promo code.
- By making a transaction in accordance with these General Program Terms and Conditions, the Cardholder is deemed to have read and understood them, agreed to participate in the Program and agreed to be bound by them. The transaction constitutes valid evidence of the Cardholder’s participation in the Program and agreement to be bound by these General Program Terms and Conditions.

If any of those provisions differ from or conflict with these General Program Terms and Conditions, these General Program Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
- The products and/or services provided by the merchant partner are neither products nor the responsibility of the Bank; they are entirely the responsibility of the merchant partner. For any issues and/or complaints relating to those products, services and/or the Program, the Cardholder may contact the relevant merchant partner.
- The Cardholder hereby agrees to and is bound by all provisions of these General Program Terms and Conditions as follows:
- The Cardholder declares that there are no, and will be no, transactions suspected of involving money laundering and/or other transactions prohibited under applicable Indonesian laws and regulations.
- If there are indications of fraud, deception, misuse, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering and/or other acts contrary to applicable laws and regulations, the Bank may cancel the transaction, terminate use of the Bank’s products or services, cancel participation in the Program and/or cancel the Program benefits granted to the Cardholder concerned. The Cardholder remains obliged to settle all obligations to the Bank (if any).
- If any provision of these General Program Terms and Conditions is prohibited, unenforceable, invalid or declared void by a government or court decision, this will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain effective, binding and enforceable as set out in these General Program Terms and Conditions.
- If the Cardholder notices any irregularity relating to the Program or suspects fraud, they are advised to inform Hello Danamon immediately.
- These Program Terms and Conditions are prepared in Indonesian and English. If there is any discrepancy in their provisions or interpretation, the Indonesian version shall prevail.

- The Program is valid for full payment or installment transactions.
- Program is valid for 1 (one) transaction per month with the same card number for 1 (one) Tokopedia user account.
- The Program is valid for Main and Supplementary Cards.
- The Program is not valid for accumulated and/or multiple transactions.
