The program runs from 17 August 2026 to 30 July 2027 (“Program Period”).

The Program applies to installment payments at GoFit Gym Indonesia outlets. Click here for a list of all outlets.

1. The Program applies to Cardholders as follows: Bank Danamon credit cards bearing the Visa, Mastercard, JCB and American Express logos, and Bank Danamon American Express charge cards; however, it does not include corporate credit cards and charge cards (“Cards”).
2. Cardholders must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
3. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Cardholder’s participation in this Program if the Cardholder fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
4. Cardholders are fully responsible for any risks of loss, demands, lawsuits and/or claims arising from their participation in and/or cancellation of their participation in this Program.
5. The Program is valid subject to the following details:
   1. The program consists of installment plans with 0% (zero per cent) interest, applicable to tenors of 3 (three), 6 (six) and 12 (twelve) months (“Installment Conversion”).
   2. The program applies to transactions of at least IDR 1,000,000.00 (one million Rupiah).
   3. The program is valid at all GoFit Gym Indonesia outlets.
   4. Each transaction under the Installment Conversion scheme will incur an administration fee of IDR 25,000.00 (twenty-five thousand Rupiah), which shall be borne by the Cardholder.
   5. Transactions under the Installment Conversion scheme will not earn D-Points or Membership Rewards Points.
   6. Applications for the Installment Conversion scheme can be made at the time of transaction in person (offline) at any GoFit Gym Indonesia outlet.
6. The program is valid every day, including on public holidays, throughout the Program Period.
7. The program applies to both primary and supplementary cards.
8. The program may be combined with other programs and/or promotions.
9. By making transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. The transactions carried out by the Cardholder constitute valid proof of the Cardholder’s participation in the Program and the Cardholder’s agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

1. Cardholders and/or their representatives may lodge a complaint regarding banking transactions or services, either verbally or in writing, via the nearest Bank Danamon branch, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or by email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

1. The products and/or services of the merchant partner are not the products of, nor the responsibility of, Bank Danamon; they are therefore entirely the responsibility of the merchant partner. Should there be any issues and/or complaints regarding the products, services and/or the Program, please contact the relevant merchant partner.
2. The Cardholder declares that there are no, and will be no, transactions indicating money laundering offences and/or other transactions prohibited under the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
3. Should there be any indication of fraud, deception, misuse, irregular transactions, abnormal transactions, money laundering offences and/or other actions that do not comply with applicable laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of Bank Danamon’s products/services, cancel participation in the Program, or revoke the provision of Program benefits to the Cardholder concerned. The Cardholder remains obliged to settle all outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
4. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program form an integral and inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk”, the “General Terms and Conditions of Membership for Danamon American Express Credit and Charge Cards” and other terms and conditions relating to banking products and/or services. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between those provisions and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall prevail.
5. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend, modify or supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any amendments, additions or updates to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified via the communication channels available at Bank Danamon. In the event of any changes to the benefits, risks, fees, terms and conditions set out in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, as well as any other changes, the Cardholder is entitled to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date on which Bank Danamon notifies such changes via Bank Danamon’s communication channels. The Cardholder agrees that they shall be deemed to have accepted such changes if they do not raise an objection within the aforementioned period. Should the Cardholder not agree to such changes, they are entitled to cancel their participation in the Program, provided they first settle all outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
6. Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program be prohibited, unenforceable, invalid or declared null and void by a government regulation or court ruling, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, and such other provisions shall remain in full force and effect and shall be enforceable as set out in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
7. Should any irregularities relating to this Program be discovered, or should any suspected fraud occur, Cardholders are advised to contact Hello Danamon immediately.
8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia, and is a member of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation.
9. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program have been aligned with applicable laws and regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

Cardholders must be wary of fraud perpetrated by individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon who promise prizes of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties or third parties in connection with, or on behalf of, the Program are beyond the control of Bank Danamon.
