Program Description

These General Terms and Conditions of this GRAB 81st Indonesian Independence Day Program (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) set out the terms and conditions applicable to customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) who hold and make transactions using debit cards, charge cards and credit cards (“Cardholders”) who participate in the GRAB 81st Indonesian Independence Day Program (“Program”) organised by Bank Danamon in collaboration with its merchant partner PT Grab Teknologi Indonesia (“GRAB”).

Cardholders hereby agree to and are bound by all the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program as follows:

Program Period

The program runs from 1 August to 31 August 2026 (“Program Period”).

Participant Criteria

The program applies to Cardholders as follows: Debit Cards, Danamon Credit Cards bearing the JCB, Visa, Mastercard and American Express logos, and Danamon American Express Charge Cards; however, it does not apply to Corporate Credit Cards and Corporate Charge Cards (“Cards”).

Program's General Term and Condition

  1. Cardholders must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Cardholder’s participation in this Program if the Cardholder fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  3. Cardholders are fully responsible for any risks of loss, demands, lawsuits and/or claims arising from their participation in and/or cancellation of their participation in this Program.
  4. The Program is valid subject to the following details:
    • The program offers a discount of up to IDR 70,000 (seventy thousand rupiah) on transactions made via the GRAB app using a card during the program period.
    • The program applies to transactions made via the GRAB app, including Grabfood, GrabBike and GrabCar.
    • The program operates as follows:

    • Valid on the Grab app for GrabFood, GrabBike and GrabCar services when paying by card
    • The program is subject to the quotas as set out in the table above.
    • Cardholders agree that they will not receive any price reductions or discounts once the daily quota has been exhausted (as stipulated in point III 4 c above), even if the Program Period has not yet ended
    • The Program is valid every day, including on public holidays, throughout the Program Period.
    • The Program is valid for 1 (one) transaction per day using the same Card number.
    • The Program applies to both primary and supplementary Cards.
    • The Program may be combined with other programs and/or promotions.
    • By making a transaction in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of this Program. Any transaction made by the Cardholder constitutes valid proof of the Cardholder’s participation in the Program and the Cardholder’s agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.

Prize Awarding Mechanism

Cardholders will benefit from the Program when making purchases and payments via the GRAB app using a Card valid under this Program.

Customer Complaints

  1. The Cardholder and/or the Cardholder’s representative may submit complaints regarding banking transactions/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. Procedures regarding complaint services can be accessed through the website www.danamon.co.id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Other Term and Conditions

  1. Products and/or services of merchant partners are not products or responsibilities of Bank Danamon, therefore they are fully the responsibility of the respective merchant partners. In the event of any issues and/or complaints in relation to such products, services, and/or the Program, please contact the relevant merchant partner.
  2. The Cardholder declares that there are no and will not be any transactions indicated as money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  3. In the event of any indication of fraud, cheating, misuse, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering and/or other actions that are not in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel transactions, terminate the use of Bank Danamon products/services, cancel participation in the Program, as well as cancel the provision of Program benefits to the relevant Cardholder. The Cardholder remains obligated to settle all obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  4. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program constitute an integral and inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions of Accounts, JCB, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards, and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk” and other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between such provisions and these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the provisions under these General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall prevail.
  5. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to amend/modify/supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified through communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of any changes in benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on these General Terms and Conditions of the Program as well as other changes, the Cardholder has the right to submit an objection in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date such changes are notified by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon’s communication media. The Cardholder agrees that the Cardholder shall be deemed to have approved such changes if the Cardholder does not submit an objection within the period mentioned above. If the Cardholder does not agree to such changes, the Cardholder has the right to cancel participation in the Program by first settling all obligations of the Cardholder to Bank Danamon (if any).
  6. In the event that any irregularities related to this Program are found or if any fraud is suspected to have occurred, the Cardholder is advised to immediately inform Hello Danamon.
  7. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program have been adjusted to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including regulations issued by the Financial Services Authority.
  8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant of the Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Warning

The Cardholder must remain vigilant against fraud carried out by irresponsible parties claiming to represent Bank Danamon by promising rewards in any form. Any fraud or other criminal acts carried out by other/third parties associated with or claiming to represent the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
