Program Description

General Terms and Conditions of the Get an E-Voucher worth IDR 200,000 (Two Hundred Thousand Rupiah) for the Redemption of D-Points / Membership Rewards® Points into AirAsia Miles Program (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) are the terms and conditions applicable to program participants taking part in the Get an E-Voucher worth IDR 200,000 (Two Hundred Thousand Rupiah) for the Redemption of D-Points / Membership Rewards® Points into AirAsia Miles (“Program”) organised by PT BIGLIFE Digital Indonesia (“AirAsia”).

Program participants hereby agree to and are bound by all the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period

The program runs from 1 August 2026 to 31 August 2026 (“Program Period”).

Program Participant Criteria

This program is open only to Program Participants who meet the following criteria (“Program Participants”):

  1. Holders of Danamon Grab, JCB Precious, Mastercard® Platinum, Mastercard® World, Mastercard® World Business, World Elite™ Mastercard® , Visa Platinum, Visa Infinite, American Express® Blue, American Express® Gold Credit Cards; as well as Danamon American Express® Green, American Express® Gold, American Express® Rose Gold Charge Cards, dan Danamon Platinum Card® (“Cards”); and
  2. Members of the loyalty and rewards program operated by AirAsia (“AirAsia Miles”), who hold a valid membership number at the time of participating in the Program

General Terms and Conditions of the Program

  1. Program Participants must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Program Participant’s participation in this Program if the Program Participant fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Program Participants bear full responsibility for any risks of loss, demands, lawsuits and/or claims arising from their participation in and/or cancellation of their participation in this Program.
  4. The program is valid for a minimum redemption of 170,000 (one hundred and seventy thousand) AirAsia miles during the Program Period.
  5. The redemption of D-Points / Membership Rewards® Points must be carried out via the Danamon’s official channels.
  6. The E-Voucher is valid for the purchase of non-AirAsia flight tickets.
  7. The E-Voucher is valid with no minimum transaction amount.
  8. The E-Voucher’s unique code is valid via the official AirAsia website and/or the AirAsia MOVE app.
  9. The E-Voucher is valid until 30 September 2026.
  10. E-Vouchers not used by 30 September 2026 will expire and cannot be extended or replaced.
  11. The use of e-vouchers is subject to AirAsia’s applicable terms and conditions.
  12. The General Terms and Conditions of the Program are subject to change at any time in accordance with the policies of the Program organiser, namely AirAsia. For the latest information regarding the Program, please visit the AirAsia promotions webpage.

Rewards

  1. Program participants who meet all the Program Terms and Conditions are entitled to a reward in the form of a flight e-voucher worth IDR 200,000 (two hundred thousand rupiah).
  2. The e-voucher will be sent in the form of a unique code via the communication channel specified by Danamon (WhatsApp, SMS or email) no later than 30 working days after the end of the Program Period.

Program Participant Complaints

  1. Program Participants may submit complaints regarding banking products/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Danamon’s branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. Procedures regarding complaint handling services can be accessed through the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program constitute an integral and inseparable part of the General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership and other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between such provisions and these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the provisions under these General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall prevail.
  2. Products, services and/or benefits provided by AirAsia are the responsibility of AirAsia and are not products or responsibilities of Danamon. In the event of any issues and/or complaints in relation to such products, services and/or benefits, please contact AirAsia.
  3. The Program Participant hereby agrees and acknowledges that the Danamon has the right to amend/modify/supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified through the communication media available at Danamon. In the event of any changes in benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Program Participant has the right to submit an objection in writing to Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date such changes are notified by Danamon through its communication media. The Program Participant agrees that the Program Participant shall be deemed to have approved such changes if the Program Participant does not submit an objection within such period. If the Program Participant does not agree to such changes, the Program Participant has the right to cancel participation in the Program by first settling all obligations of the Program Participant to Danamon (if any).
  4. The Program Participant declares that there are no and will not be any transactions indicated as money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  5. In the event of any indication of fraud, cheating, misuse, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering and/or actions that are not in accordance with laws and regulations, Danamon has the right to cancel transactions, terminate the use of Danamon’s products/services, cancel participation in the Program, as well as cancel the provision of Program benefits to the relevant Program Participant. The Program Participant remains obligated to settle all obligations to Danamon (if any).
  6. In the event that any irregularities related to this Program are found or if any fraud is suspected to have occurred, the Program Participant is advised to immediately report it to Hello Danamon.
  7. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program have been adjusted to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including regulations of the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan).
  8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant of the Deposit Insurance Corporation (Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan).

Reminder

Program Participants must remain vigilant against fraud committed by irresponsible parties claiming to represent Danamon by offering rewards in any form. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by third parties associated with or claiming to represent the Program are beyond the authority of Danamon.
