Save IDR 81,000 at Astro

The program runs from 1 August 2026 to 31 August 2026 (“Program Period”).

The Program is valid for Danamon Mastercard Debit Card (“Card”).

1. Cardholders must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
2. The Bank reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Cardholder’s participation in this Program if the Cardholder fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
3. Cardholders are fully responsible for any risks of loss, demands, lawsuits and/or claims arising from their participation in and/or cancellation of their participation in this Program.
4. Program is subject to the following terms and conditions:
   1. The Program offers a discount of IDR 81,000.00 (eighty-one thousand rupiah) with minimum transactions of IDR 700,000.00 (seven hundred thousand rupiah), applicable to all product purchases made via the Astro app.
   2. The program is subject to a maximum of 135 (one hundred and thirty-five) transaction quotas during the Program Period using the promo code: HUTRI81.
   3. The program applies to transactions made via full payment.
   4. The program is valid every day, including public holidays, from 00:00 to 23:59 WIB during the Program Period.
   5. The program is valid for only 2 (two) transactions using the same Card number during the Program Period.
   6. The Program is not valid for multiple transactions.
   7. Cardholders agree that they will not receive a discount if the quota as set out in section 4.b above has been exhausted, even if the Program Period has not yet ended.
   8. The Program applies to purchases made using delivery services supported by Astro.
   9. The program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promotions.
5. By carrying out transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Programme and to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of this Program. Any transactions carried out by the Cardholder shall constitute valid evidence of the Cardholder’s participation in the Program and of the Cardholder’s agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.

1. The Cardholder and/or the Cardholder’s representative may submit complaints regarding banking transactions/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
2. Procedures regarding complaint services can be accessed through the website www.danamon.co.id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

These General Terms and Conditions of the Program constitute an integral and inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions of Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk”, “General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Debit/ATM Card”, “General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership”, and other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between such provisions and these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the provisions under these General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall prevail.
2. Products and/or services of merchant partners are not products or responsibilities of the Bank; therefore, they are fully the responsibility of the respective merchant partners. In the event of any issues and/or complaints in relation to such products, services, and/or the Program, the Cardholder may contact the relevant merchant partner.
3. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that the Bank has the right to amend/modify/supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified through the communication media available at the Bank. In the event of any changes in benefits, risks, costs, terms, and conditions based on these General Terms and Conditions of the Program as well as other changes, the Cardholder has the right to submit an objection in writing to the Bank within 30 (thirty) working days from the date such changes are notified by the Bank through the Bank’s communication media. The Cardholder agrees that the Cardholder shall be deemed to have approved such changes if the Cardholder does not submit an objection within the period mentioned above. If the Cardholder does not agree to such changes, the Cardholder has the right to cancel participation in the Program by first settling all obligations of the Cardholder to the Bank (if any).
4. The Cardholder declares that there are no and will not be any transactions indicated as money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
5. In the event of any indication of fraud, cheating, misuse, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering, and/or actions that are not in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, the Bank has the right to cancel transactions, terminate the use of the Bank’s products/services, cancel participation in the Program, as well as cancel the provision of Program benefits to the relevant Cardholder. The Cardholder remains obligated to settle all obligations to the Bank (if any).
6. If any provision in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program is, due to any government or court decision, prohibited, unenforceable, becomes invalid, or is declared null and void by law, such condition shall not affect the validity of the other provisions in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, and such other provisions shall remain valid, binding, and enforceable as stipulated in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
7. In the event that any irregularities related to this Program are found or if any fraud is suspected to have occurred, the Cardholder is advised to immediately report it to Hello Danamon.
8. These Terms and Conditions of the Program are prepared in Indonesian and English. In the event of any discrepancy in interpretation between the Indonesian and English versions, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
9. The headings and terms used in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program are solely intended to facilitate understanding of the contents of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
10. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program have been adjusted to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including regulations issued by the Financial Services Authority.
11. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant of the Deposit Insurance Corporation.

The Cardholder must remain vigilant against fraud carried out by irresponsible parties claiming to represent the Bank by promising rewards in any form. Any fraud or other criminal acts carried out by other/third parties associated with or claiming to represent the Bank or the Program are beyond the authority of the Bank.
