Earn 10% Bonus Enrich Points with Danamon Credit and Charge Cards

The Program is valid from July 11 – August 18, 2026 (the "Program Period").

This program applies to Danamon Cardholders who have and transact with Danamon Credit & Charge Cards in active condition and without arrears. ("Program Participant").

1. Program Participants are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
2. Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel the Program Participant's participation in this Program if the Program Participant does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
3. Program Participants are solely responsible for any risk of loss, lawsuits, legal action, and/or claims in connection with the Program Participant's participation and/or cancellation of participation.
4. The Program offers an additional 10% Bonus Enrich Points for Program Participants who convert their reward points into Enrich Points during the Program Period, with the following details:
   1. Danamon American Express Green and GRCC Gold Credit Card with a minimum conversion of 60,000 Membership Rewards® Points.
   2. Danamon American Express® Gold Card with a minimum conversion of 50,000 Membership Rewards® Points.
   3. Danamon Platinum Card® with a minimum conversion of 40,000 Membership Rewards® Points.
   4. Danamon Mastercard Platinum Credit Card, Danamon Visa Platinum Credit Card, Danamon Grab Credit Card, Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card, Danamon Mastercard World Credit Card, Danamon Visa Infinite Credit Card, and Danamon Mastercard World Elite™ Credit Card with a minimum conversion of 15,000 D-Point.
5. This program is valid with the following conditions:
   1. Program Participants must convert their reward points into Enrich Points during the Program Period to be eligible for the additional 10% Bonus Enrich Points.
   2. The Bonus Enrich Points will be awarded on top of the regular Enrich Points received from the conversion.

   4. Enrich Points, consisting of Base Points and Bonus Points, will be credited to the Program Participant’s Enrich account within a maximum of 14 working days after the bank submits the conversion data.
   5. Once submitted, point conversions cannot be cancelled or reversed.
   6. Base Points are valid for 3 years from the crediting date, while Bonus Points are valid for 1 year from the crediting date.
6. Malaysia Airlines reserves all rights in connection with the Program, including the right to amend or interpret the Terms and Conditions, change the list of participating partners, and terminate or suspend the Program at its sole discretion without prior notice.
7. Other terms and conditions related to Danamon's cards and products and/or services, as long as they are not otherwise regulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program are declared to remain valid and binding on the Program Participant and become an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
8. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership. These terms and conditions remain in effect if they are not otherwise provided for in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
9. Program Participants hereby agree and acknowledge that Danamon reserves the right to correct/amend/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Danamon. In the event of a change in benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, Program Participants have the right to submit their objections in writing to Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of changes made by Danamon through Danamon's communication media. The Program Participant agrees that the Program Participant is deemed to have agreed to the changes in the event that the Program Participant does not raise any objections within such time frame. If the Program Participant does not agree to such changes, the Program Participant has the right to cancel the Program membership by first settling all of the Program Participant's obligations to Danamon (if any).
10. Program Participants declare that there are no and will not be transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
11. In the event that there is an indication of fraud, violation and/or irregularity in the transaction, Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, cancel participation in the Program, or award a prize to the relevant Program Participant.
12. Program Participants can submit complaints about banking products/services orally or in writing through the nearest Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Banking Accounts and Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk and the General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership, the General Terms and Conditions of Credit Card Membership, and the Terms and Conditions remain valid as long as they are not otherwise regulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.

3. The Program Participant declares that there is no and will not be any transaction that indicates money laundering and/or other transactions that are not allowed under the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
4. If there is an indication of fraud, violation, abuse, transaction irregularities, improper transactions, money laundering and/or actions that are not in accordance with laws and regulations, Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, stop the use of Danamon products/services, cancel participation in the Program, or cancel the provision of Program benefits to the relevant Program Participant. Program Participants are still required to pay off all their obligations to Danamon (if any).
5. If irregularities are found related to this Program or if it is felt that fraud has occurred, Program Participants are advised to immediately inform Hello Danamon.
6. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
7. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a guarantee participant from the Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Program Participants should be aware of fraud committed by individuals on behalf of Danamon by promising rewards of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties/third parties related to or on behalf of the Program are beyond Danamon's authority.
