Program Description

The General Terms and Conditions of JCB Ramen Artisan Week 2026 (“General Terms and Coniditions of the Program”) constitute the applicable terms and conditions for Program Participants who take part in the JCB Ramen Artisan Week 2026 (“Program”), organized by PT JCB International Indonesia (“JCB”).

Program Participants hereby agree to and are bound by all provisions set forth in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program as outlined below:

Program Period

The Program will be conducted on Friday, 5th June 2026, from 18.00 to 22.00 Western Indonesia Time (“Program Period”).

Program Participant Criteria

This Program is only open to Program Participants who meet the following criteria:

  1. Customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Danamon”) who own Danamon JCB Precious credit card (“Program Participant”).
  2. Customers who have registered (RSVP) and received confirmation of attendance from JCB.

General Terms and Conditions of the Program

  1. Program Participants are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Danamon reserves the right to reject or cancel any Program Participant’s participation in this Program if the Program Participant does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Program Participants are fully responsible for any risks, losses, claims, lawsuits, and/or demands related to their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this program.
  4. Program applies to cardholders of JCB Precious credit card (“Card”).
  5. Program is valid at Yashinoki Yokocho, Plaza Senayan Level P5.
  6. Program Participants must make a registration (RSVP) through the JCB Registration Team contact at +62 877-5053-5356 and will receive confirmation of participation as long as quota is still available.
  7. Program quota is limited for 30 (thirty) invitations, where each invitation is allowed to bring 1 (one) guest.
  8. Program Participants who have already made an RSVP must re-register upon arrival at the event location.
  9. Complimentary menu items are available in limited quantities and will be provided to Program Participants on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
  10. If complimentary items have been fully redeemed, Program Participants may continue ordering additional items by making payment using the Card.
  11. By making a transaction in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program during the Program Period, the Program Participant is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. The transaction made by the Program Participant serves as valid proof of participation in the Program and the Program Participant’s agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

Program Participant Complaints

  1. Program Participants can submit complaints regarding banking products/services through the nearest Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. Procedures regarding the complaint service can be accessed via the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. These General Program Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Account and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk and the General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership. Those terms and conditions remain in effect as long as they are not regulated otherwise in these General Program Terms and Conditions.
  2. Products, services, and/or benefits provided by JCB are the responsibility of JCB and are not products or the responsibility of the Danamon. If there are obstacles and/or complaints related to these products, services, and/or benefits, please contact JCB.
  3. Program Participants hereby agree and acknowledge that the Danamon has the right to amend/change/supplement these General Program Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to these General Program Terms and Conditions will be announced through the Danamon's available communication media. In the event of changes to benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on these General Program Terms and Conditions, the Program Participant has the right to submit a written objection to Danamon within 30 (thirty) business days from the date the notification of change is made by the Danamon through the Bank's communication media. The Program Participant agrees that they are deemed to have agreed to the changes if they do not submit an objection within that period. If the Program Participant does not agree to the changes, then the Program Participant has the right to cancel their participation in the Program after first settling all of their obligations to the Danamon (if any).
  4. Program Participants declare that there are no and will be no transactions indicated as money laundering criminal acts and/or other transactions not permitted under the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
  5. If there are indications of fraud, deception, misuse, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering criminal acts, and/or actions not in accordance with laws and regulations, then the Danamon has the right to cancel transactions, terminate the use of Danamon products/services, cancel Program participation, and/or cancel the provision of Program benefits to the relevant Program Participant. The Program Participant remains obligated to settle all their obligations to the Danamon (if any).
  6. If irregularities related to this Program are found or if fraud is suspected, it is recommended that the Program Participant immediately inform Hello Danamon (1-500-090).
  7. These General Program Terms and Conditions have been adjusted to comply with statutory regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority.
  8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant of the deposit insurance program of the Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Program Participants must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals acting in the Danamon's name by promising rewards in any form. All fraud or other criminal acts committed by other/third parties associated with or carried out in the name of the Program are beyond the Danamon's authority.
