Program Description

The Program General Terms and Conditions 0% Installment up to 24 Months at Wall Street English Indonesia (“Program General Terms and Conditions”) constitute the terms and conditions applicable to Cardholders of 0% Installment up to 24 Months at Wall Street English Indonesia organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Danamon") in collaboration with merchant partner PT Wahana Semesta Ilmu (“Wall Street English Indonesia”).

Cardholders hereby agrees to and is bound by all provisions set forth in the following Program General Terms and Conditions:

Program Period

The Program shall be conducted during the period commencing on 1 March 2026 until 28 February 2027 (“Period of Program”).

Participant Criteria

The program is valid for Danamon customers who have and transact with the following types of cards ("Cardholders"): Danamon Credit Cards with the JCB, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express logos, as well as Danamon American Express Charge Cards. However, it is not valid for Corporate Credit Cards and Corporate Charge Cards (‘Cards’).

Program's General Term and Condition

  1. Cardholders are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Cardholder's participation in this Program if the Cardholder does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Cardholders are fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with the Cardholder's participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. The program is valid as follows:
    1. Wall Street English Indonesia will offer special benefits in the form of 0% installments for up to 24 months to Danamon cardholders who make transactions at Wall Street English Indonesia

    2. This 0% installment scheme applies to transactions of at least IDR 500,000 (five hundred thousand Rupiah)
    3. This promotion is available to both new and existing customers who are willing to change their payment method to the Danamon Credit Card Installment Plan.
    4. A single credit card may be used for more than one transaction during the program period
    5. A transaction conversion fee of IDR 25,000 per transaction will be charged to the customer.
    6. The program may be combined with other programs and/or promotions.
    7. By making transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. The transactions carried out by the Cardholder serve as valid proof of the Cardholder’s participation in the Program and the Cardholder’s agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

Prize Awarding Mechanism

Cardholders will benefit from the Program when making purchases and payments at Wall Street English Indonesia using a Card valid under this Program.

Customer Complaints

  1. Cardholders or their representative may submit complaints related to banking products and/or services either verbally or in writing through the Danamon’s nearest branch office, via Hello Danamon at 1-500-090, or by email to hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. The procedures for the customer complaint service may be found on the official website of Danamon at the following link: www.danamon.co.id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Other Term and Conditions

  1. The products, services, and/or benefits provided by the Partner are the sole responsibility of the Partner and do not constitute products or responsibilities of Danamon. In the event of any issues and/or complaints related to such products, services, and/or benefits, please contact the relevant Partner.
  2. Cardholders represents and warrants that the Cardholders is not currently engaged in, and will not engage in, any transactions that may be indicative of money laundering and/or any other transactions prohibited under the prevailing laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.
  3. In the event of any indication of fraud, misconduct, deception, irregular transactions, unreasonable transactions, money laundering, and/or any actions that are contrary to applicable laws and regulations, Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of Danamon’s products/services, revoke the Cardholders participation in the Program, and/or cancel the provision of Program benefits to the relevant Program Participant. Cardholders shall remain obligated to fulfill all outstanding obligations to Danamon, if any.
  4. These Program General Terms and Conditions is an inseparable part of The General Terms and Conditions of Membership for Danamon Bank Cards, the General Terms and Conditions of Membership for Danamon American Express Credit Cards and Charge Cards, and the General Terms and Conditions of Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, as well as other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, shall apply. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between such terms and conditions and Program General Terms and Conditions, the Program General Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
  5. Cardholders agrees and acknowledges that Danamon reserves the right to amend/change/or supplement these Program General Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes shall be communicated through the Bank’s available communication media. In the event of any change in the benefits, risks, fees, and general terms and conditions and other changes, the Cardholders has the right to submit a written objection to Danamon within 30 (thirty) Business Days from the date of such notification by Danamon via its available communication channels. Cardholders agrees that if no objection is submitted within the specified period, the Cardholders shall be deemed to have accepted the changes. If the Cardholders does not agree with the changes, the Cardholders has the right to discontinue Program participation by first completing all obligations to Danamon (if any).
  6. In the event that any irregularities related to the Program are discovered, or if any fraudulent activity is suspected, Cardholders is advised to promptly report such matters through Hello Danamon.
  7. These Program General Terms and Conditions have been adjusted to comply with the prevailing laws and regulations, including regulations issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
  8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan/OJK) and Bank Indonesia, and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Program of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).

Warning

Cardholders must exercise due caution against fraudulent activities perpetrated by individuals or entities falsely claiming to represent Danamon and offering rewards in any form. Danamon shall not be held liable for any acts of fraud or other criminal conduct committed by third parties in connection with or under the pretense of association with Danamon or this Program.
