The Program is valid from 17 March – 31 December 2026 ("Program Period").

This program is valid for Danamon Customers who have and transact with a Danamon Visa Infinite Credit Card ("Program Participant").

1. Program Participants are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
2. Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel the Program Participant's participation in this Program if the Program Participant does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
3. Program Participants are solely responsible for any risk of loss, lawsuits, legal action, and/or claims in connection with the Program Participant's participation and/or cancellation of participation.
4. The Program offer details are as follows:
   1. Save 15% up to IDR 750.000 with a minimum transaction of IDR 2.500.000 for all Program Participants using Klook.
   2. Save IDR 225.000 with a minimum transaction of IDR 1.500.000 for new users.
   3. Save 10% up to IDR 500.000 with a minimum transaction of IDR 3.000.000 for hotel products.
   4. Save IDR 300.000 with a minimum transaction of IDR 2.500.000 for all destination products in China.
   5. Save 10% up to IDR 300.000 with a minimum transaction of IDR 3.000.000 for all destination products in Japan.
   6. Save IDR 150.000 with a minimum transaction of IDR 1.000.000 for all destination products in Vietnam.
5. This program is valid under the following conditions:
   1. The Program is only valid for bookings made through Klook Application and Website and does not apply to bookings made through third-party platforms.
   2. The Program does not apply to activities listed under the non-eligible activities list, including flights, Klook Gift Cards, and others, unless otherwise stated.
   3. The Program is limited and may vary across countries and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
   4. The Program will be applied on the checkout page if the coupon is successfully used.
   5. The Program is not redeemable for cash, non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be sold to any third party.
   6. Minimum transaction price is the price before adding insurance fees and other fees in a single booking number.
   7. The Program cannot be combined with other coupons or offers.
   8. Program Participants are required to pay the fee according to in-app and Klook Website charges related to the selected service.
   9. This offer is only valid for 1 (one) transaction per card and per Klook account during the program period.

7. Visa reserves all rights in connection with this Program, including the right to amend or interpret the Terms and Conditions, change the list of participating partners, and terminate or suspend the Program at its sole discretion without prior notice.
8. Other terms and conditions related to Danamon's cards and products and/or services, as long as they are not otherwise regulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program are declared to remain valid and binding on the Program Participant and become an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
9. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership. These terms and conditions remain in effect as long as they are not otherwise provided for in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
10. Program Participants hereby agree and acknowledge that Danamon reserves the right to correct/amend/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Danamon. In the event of a change in benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, Program Participants have the right to submit their objections in writing to Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of changes made by Danamon through Danamon's communication media. The Program Participant agrees that the Program Participant is deemed to have agreed to the changes in the event that the Program Participant does not raise any objections within such time frame. If the Program Participant does not agree to such changes, the Program Participant has the right to cancel the Program membership by first settling all Program Participant's obligations to Danamon (if any).
11. The Program Participant declares that there is no and will not be any transaction that indicates money laundering and/or other transactions that are not allowed under the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
12. In the event of any indication of fraud, violations and/or irregularities in transactions, Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, cancel participation in the Program, or award prizes to the relevant Program Participant.
13. Program Participants can submit complaints about banking products/services orally or in writing through the nearest Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

4. If there is an indication of fraud, violation, abuse, transaction irregularities, improper transactions, money laundering and/or actions that are not in accordance with laws and regulations, Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, stop using Danamon products/services, cancel participation in the Program, or cancel the provision of Program benefits to the Program Participant concerned. Program Participants are still required to pay off all their obligations to Danamon (if any).
5. If irregularities are found related to this Program or if it is felt that fraud has occurred, Program Participants are advised to immediately inform Hello Danamon.
6. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
7. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a guaranteed participant from the Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Program Participants should be aware of fraud committed by individuals on behalf of Danamon by promising rewards of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties/third parties related to or on behalf of the Program are beyond Danamon's authority.
