Program Description

General Terms and Conditions of the Save 20% Staying at IHG Hotels and Resorts Across Asia Pacific with Danamon Visa Credit Card Program ("General Program Terms and Conditions"). These are the General Terms and Conditions applicable to customers who participate in the Save 20% Staying at IHG Hotels and Resorts Across Asia Pacific with Danamon Visa Credit Card Program ("Program") hosted by Visa Indonesia ("Visa").

Program Participants hereby agree and are bound by all the provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period

The Program is valid from 1 January – 31 December 2026 ("Program Period").

Participant Criteria

This Program is valid for Danamon Customers who have and transact with Danamon Visa Classic, Visa Gold, Visa Platinum, and Visa Infinite Cards ("Program Participants").

Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Program Participants are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel the Program Participant's participation in this Program if the Program Participant does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Program Participants are solely responsible for any risk of loss, lawsuits, legal action, and/or claims in connection with the Program Participant's participation and/or cancellation of participation.
  4. The Program offers 20% savings with Best Flexible Rate (BFR) at participating IHG hotels and resorts in Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Maldives, Laos, Japan, Micronesia, Australia, New Zealand, South Pacific Islands, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau, India, Bangladesh, and Nepal.
  5. This program is valid under the following conditions:
    1. Booking must be made at least 120 hours (5 days) prior.
    2. Program Participant can only book through this designated link and The booking must be made with Danamon Visa Credit Card.
    3. For direct bookings, changes or cancellations without penalty are allowed up to 72 hours prior to the arrival date
    4. Rates on the website are quoted per room per night.
    5. Rate details may vary by region and by participating hotel.
    6. The Program is subject to availability and blackout dates, including other applicable terms and conditions are determined by the participating hotels.
    7. The Program is only applicable for Program Participants that have joined IHG One Rewards.
    8. The Program cannot be combined with other offering including promo from IHG One Rewards.

  10. Visa reserves all rights in connection with this Program, including the right to amend or interpret the Terms and Conditions, change the list of participating partners, and terminate or suspend the Program at its sole discretion without prior notice.
  11. Other terms and conditions related to the card and Danamon's products and/or services, as long as they are not otherwise regulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program are declared to remain valid and binding on the Program Participant and become an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  12. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership. These terms and conditions remain in effect as long as they are not otherwise provided for in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  13. Program Participant hereby agrees and acknowledges that Danamon reserves the right to correct/amend/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Danamon. In the event of a change in benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Program Participant has the right to express his/her objection in writing to Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of the change made by Danamon through Danamon's communication media. The Program Participant agrees that the Program Participant is deemed to have agreed to such changes in the event that the Program Participant does not raise any objections within such timeframe. If the Program Participant does not agree to such changes, the Program Participant has the right to cancel the Program membership by first completing all of the Program Participant’s obligations to Danamon (if any).
  14. Program Participant declares that there are no and will not be transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  15. In the event of any indication of fraud, violations and/or irregularities in transactions, Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, cancel participation in the Program, or award a prize to the Program Participant concerned.
  16. Program Participant can submit complaints about banking products/services orally or in writing through the nearest Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or by email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

Other Conditions

  1. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Banking Accounts and Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk and the General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership, the General Terms and Conditions of Credit Card Membership, such Terms and Conditions remain valid as long as they are not otherwise regulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  2. Program Participants hereby agree and acknowledge that Danamon reserves the right to correct/amend/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time.   3. The Program Participant declares that there is no and will not be any transaction that indicates money laundering and/or other transactions that are not allowed under the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  4. If there is an indication of fraud, violation, abuse, transaction irregularities, improper transactions, money laundering and/or actions that are not in accordance with laws and regulations, Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, stop using Danamon products/services, cancel participation in the Program, or cancel the provision of Program benefits to the Program Participant concerned. Program Participants are still required to pay off all their obligations to Danamon (if any).
  5. If irregularities are found related to this Program or if it is felt that fraud has occurred, Program Participants are advised to immediately inform Hello Danamon.
  6. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
  7. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a guarantee participant from the Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Warning

Program Participants should be aware of fraud committed by individuals on behalf of Danamon by promising rewards of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties/third parties related to or on behalf of the Program are beyond Danamon's authority.
