Program Description

These General Terms and Conditions of the ‘Custom Reward (For Customers)’ Program (“Custom Reward Terms and Conditions for Members”) set out the terms and conditions applicable to customers participating in the ‘Custom Reward’ Program (“Program”) organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank”) and form an integral and inseparable part of the ‘Custom Reward’ Program Participation Form (“Program Participation Form”).

The Customer hereby agrees to and undertakes to be bound by all provisions in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period

Program will be conducted from 1 May 2026 until 31 July 2026 (“Program Period”).

Participant Criteria

This Program may be participated in by those who meet the following criteria:

  1. Customers who are not yet registered with the Bank (new to bank), who are members of PT Eralink Tour Travel Planner who open an account with the Bank using remarks code ECORBE1373, and activate a D-Bank PRO
  2. Not applicable to Payroll customers

Here in after referred to as the (“Customer”).

General Terms and Conditions of the Program

  1. Customer must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Bank has the right to refuse or cancel the Customer’s participation in this Program if the Customer does not comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Customer shall be fully responsible for all risks, losses, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with the Customer’s participation and/or the cancellation of the Customer’s participation in this Program.
  4. Customer must open an account with the Bank (any type except a Payroll Savings account) and activate a D-Bank PRO account during the Program Period.
  5. Upon opening a Bank account and activating a D-Bank PRO account, the Customer is entitled to receive MAP Voucher worth IDR 100.000,- from Danamon (“Reward”).
  6. By opening an account and activating a D-Bank PRO account in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer shall be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions of the Program. Such transaction constitutes valid evidence of the Customer’s participation in the Program and agreement to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  7. Customer’s participation in this Program is free of charge.

Reward Provisions

  1. Customers who have met the Program Terms and Conditions are entitled to receive the Reward as determined under the Program.
  2. Reward cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or any other form.
  3. Reward for an opened account will be granted monthly, no later than 60 (sixty) calendar days in the following month (example: if Customer A opens an account on 14 March 2026, the Reward for such account opening will be granted no later than 60 (sixty) calendar days from the last day of March 2026).
  4. Reward quota is limited to the first 100 (one hundred) Customers who meet the Program Terms and Conditions.
  5. If the Reward quota has been exceeded, the Customer agrees that they will not receive the Reward, even if the Program Period has not ended.

Eligibility Review

1

  • Customer A does not yet have a Danamon account (NTB / new-to-bank).
  • Customer A opened a DANAMON LEBIH PRO (IDR) account and entered remarks code ECORBE1373 on 3 May 2026, during the Program Period.
  • Customer A activated D-Bank PRO account on 3 May 2026, during the Program Period

Eligible to recieve a reward in the form of MAP Voucher worth IDR 100.000,-

  • Customer B already has a DANAMON LEBIH PRO account (ETB / existing-to-bank).
  • Customer B opened a D-Save account and entered remarks code ECORBE1373 during the Program Period.
  • Customer B activated the D-Bank PRO account on 3 May 2026, during the Program Period.

Not eligible to recieve a reward in the form of Voucher MAP senilai Rp 100.000,-


Customer Complaints

  1. Customers submit complaints regarding banking products/services, either verbally or in writing, through the nearest Bank branch or Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. The procedures complaints can be accessed through the Bank’s official website at the following link: www.danamon.co.id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Others Terms and Conditions

  1. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program form an integral and inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk”, the “General Terms and Conditions of D-Bank PRO”, and/or other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between those provisions and these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, these General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall prevail.
  2. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to revise/amend/supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any change/addition/update to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified through the communication channels available at Bank Danamon. In the event of any changes to benefits, risks, fees, terms and conditions under these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer is entitled to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) business days from the date Bank Danamon provides such notice through Bank Danamon’s communication channels. The Customer agrees that the Customer shall be deemed to have accepted such changes if the Customer does not submit an objection within such period. If the Customer does not agree to the changes, the Customer is entitled to cancel participation in the Program, provided that the Customer first settles all of the Customer’s obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  3. If there are any indications of fraud, dishonesty, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering and/or actions that are not in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction, cancel participation in the Program, and/or cancel the granting of the Reward to the relevant Customer. The Customer remains obligated to settle all of the Customer’s obligations to Bank Danamon (if any)
  4. The Customer agrees that the placement of funds in a savings account with returns above the maximum deposit insurance interest rate set by the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (Lembaga Penjaminan Simpanan) is not covered by the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation. Any Reward received by the Customer is also taken into account as a component of the maximum deposit insurance interest rate. The Customer may obtain information on changes to the maximum deposit insurance interest rate through Bank Danamon branch offices or via Hello Danamon.
  5. If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program is, due to any government or court ruling, prohibited or cannot be implemented, or becomes invalid or is declared null and void by operation of law, such circumstance shall not affect the validity of the other provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, and such other provisions shall remain valid, binding, and enforceable as stipulated in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  6. If any irregularities related to this Program are found or if any fraud is suspected, the Ecosystem is advised to promptly report it via Hello Danamon.
  7. These Program Terms and Conditions are made in Indonesian and English. In the event of any differences in provisions or interpretation between the Indonesian and English versions, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
  8. The titles and terms used in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program are solely intended to facilitate understanding of the contents of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  9. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program have been adjusted to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including regulations issued by the Financial Services Authority.
  10. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia, and is a member of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan).

Warning

Customers must remain vigilant against fraud committed by individuals impersonating the Bank by promising rewards in any form. Any fraud or other criminal acts carried out by other/third parties in connection with, or in the name of, the Bank or this Program are outside the Bank’s responsibility.
